3 major causes of digestive problems


Poor food combining

if you combine starch with a protein expect fermentation in the body. If you already have health problems then expect the blowback of gas, bloat, and burping. You combine starches with none carbohydrate-based protein sources, fats with sugars, and foods that have drastic digestive speeds that could interact with digestion. Even better eat raw foods full of enzymes that digest your foods for you and don’t burden the pancreas and gallbladder.

Eat your fruits by themselves (mono meals) eat melons by themselves and don’t mix your fruits with greens or vegetables because the digestive times are much different. Fruits digest quickly and veggies digest slowly because they are not food designed for the Homo sapiens. If you eat simple and combine your foods correctly and focus on more mono eating you will digest properly and avoid the irritation and discomfort of gas, bloat, and burping. Remember fermentation is fuel for candida and cause of candida overgrowths.

Sulfur gut

sulfa rich pharmaceuticals, processed foods, hygiene products, spices, supplements and the like that contain synthetic sulfates or concentrated isolated sulfur when consumed consistently end up accumulating a sticky substance in the lymph system and especially in the GI tract and stomach and sulfur is a very gassy substance by itself and it’s very sticky gluey. This sulfur will feed fungus in the body and when food goes into a gut with sulfur caked to the walls you will always deal with some form of discomfort until you pull it out through detoxification and the fruits being astringent help with that especially the fruit juices. You want to avoid eating even foods that contain natural sulfur with a gut compromised by the synthetic stuff. Any food high in sulfur will cause gas for you and be naturally gassy for anyone and also are to digest like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, onions, garlic, and any other high sulfur veggies and possibly even avocados being a fruit high in sulfur and durian fruit. Animal products are not healthy for any reason so eggs and any animal products that contain sulfur will be the worst option for you with digestion issues and a gut full of synthetic sulfur.

Pancreatic weakness

If you have a genetic weakness in your pancreas and also a diet that is acid and mucus forming and a clogged up lymphatic system and kidneys not filtering to heal and repair the pancreas you will have a problem digesting all carbohydrate sources of foods whether that’s simple sugar carb sources and complex. The fruit is the best option for a person with this weakness because again fruit is a food intended for the human’s physiology and also a food easy to digest for that reason and fruits are high in enzymes to help you digest the fruit itself.

Your pancreas is supposed to produce enzymes to help you break down your carbohydrates and if the pancreas is weak and asleep and doesn’t help you with that process then you will end up partially digesting your foods and if your pancreas is damaged enough you may not digest your foods at all.

You want to clean and strengthen and it will take a diet that promotes that and that’s a diet of fruits, berries, melons, and herbal botanicals. If you open up your kidneys and you filter the acids out of the pancreas then the pancreas can regenerate and fix its function for your body. Same thing with sulfur in the gut. You want to pull out this super glue with astringent fruits which are the sub/acid fruits and the acid fruit varieties.

If you clean out the body of acids and other waste that cause dysfunction like metals, chemicals, virals, bacterium’s, parasites, fungus and the like and you pull out the mucus as well you will soon improve the quality of how you digest, absorb, utilize and eliminate your foods.
