Acidic foods pull calcium out of the body


Calcium is a great source to buffer acids that enter the body. The body is full of calcium so if you put acid chemistry in the body from acidic food then your body is going to want to buffer the acid chemistry by stealing calcium from bone and connective tissue because calcium is a great antacid. Obviously, the issue with acid-forming cooked foods is that when you saturate the body with these foods you will deal with the blowback of running into joint issues, spinal issues and connective tissue issues of all kind such as varicose veins, spider veins, herniation, depression, brittle fingernails, low calcium levels, fibroids, hemorrhoids, osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis, prolapsing of any organs, bone spurs and the like.

Losing calcium due to systemic acidosis can lead to depression and chronic pain throughout the body. Foods like milk, dead animal tissue, grains and beans and the like are acid dominate foods which mean more inflammation in the body. Inflammation is simply just a reaction caused by acid stagnation in the body.

Acidic foods put ware and tare on the eliminative organs meaning that mucus, calcification, and ulceration to tissue regarding the bowels, kidneys, and skin take place and lymphatic waste builds up in the body and if lymph doesn’t get removed then you will deal with systemic inflammation and your body will continue to steal calcium to buffer the acids until the acids get removed through the process of detoxification. You want to remove acids out of the body and you want to keep the body hydrated and alkaline so that you are not creating an alkaline medium environment in the body.

If you eat foods that are alkaline and you eat foods that clean the body and promote the detoxification process then you can avoid creating a problem where the body is forced to rob calcium from bones to try and create a proper ph in the body to maintain homeostasis.

Fruits and veggies in the there raw and natural state will alkalize the body and lower inflammation in the body simply because they are not adding on an acid load in the body and fruits help the kidneys to filter the acids out of the body before the body tries to steal calcium to buffer them.

Acids that enter the body can also damage the parathyroid gland that is responsible for allowing the body to utilize calcium properly so you can strengthen bone and connective tissue so if you build up acids in the body leading to systemic acidosis and you damage the very gland that allows you to store and utilize calcium and you maintain a diet that is acidic and you clog up the lymphatic system then you will run into serious bone and connective tissue related problems and it will not be fun living in a body that is hard, full of pain and also dealing with depression as a result of losing calcium.

If you already are dealing with these related problems and you want to fix them I highly encourage a fruit-based raw vegan diet and you start dry fasting to open up the kidneys so you can drain the sewage that is camping out in space around cells in the body and get your skin sweating and kidneys filtering so you can encourage the body to heal and repair itself under the alkaline sky and you will be happy that you address the cause to the problem instead of not addressing the cause due to an acidic diet, and taking isolated calcium-rich supplements will only harden up the body even more and especially if the parathyroid gland is down and you fail to utilize the isolated calcium your consuming.

Raw living foods such as fruits and leafy greens protect the body from acidosis and cooked foods encourage the body to rob calcium out of bone and connective tissue due to the acid dominate chemistry in them. Raw foods hydrate and alkalize and cooked foods dehydrate and block the flow of energy of elimination and if you don’t eliminate acids then acids will eventually eliminate you ?
