Almost all “vegan” diets are deficient except...


For one human need to stop being confusing with terms regarding diets. Vegan is not a diet primarily. Veganism roots are philosophy and stance. Vegan is causing no harm to sentient animals or supporting the needless suffering of innocent animals. It’s also standing up for the act of causing needless suffering to innocent animals for the production of materialism, and “foods”.

None animal-based diets are unhealthy, well most of them are, and most of the diets that are “vegan” are unhealthy food humans eat. I can’t stand it when the “vegan” diet gets lumped into a diet that is species specific. I adopt and promote a diet that is designed for my body. Veganism is a stance regarding standing up for animals, and I stand by that too. But the facts are just because you don’t eat meat, eggs, and dairy doesn’t mean you’re eating healthy, and most of the time you’rw not if your eating starches, processed foods, and cooked plant foods.

When it comes to a nutrient dense, and energetic diet, then you need to get into the raw foods, and you need to understand what raw foods are designed for your body.

Cooked foods whether that’s animal based or plant-based is not in harmony with nature, and your body, because you are a product if you will of nature. The fire was a tool to protect humans due to being in unnatural habitats. If you can’t run around in cold climates naked, then it’s common sense you’rw not in harmony with nature and your natural dwelling place. Nature didn’t provide clothing and didn’t have to when humans once lived in the tropical jungle once upon a time, because you would not get cold or have the need for fire to break down “Foods” to soften them to somewhat digest them properly. Fruit ripe, and especially on the tree, needs no altering whatsoever!

Humans for millions of years back when the earth was a tropical forest, were feasting on a diet strictly of fruit, not leaves, roots, shoots or vegetables. Also, the topical sun kept humans warm, so there was no need for fire to stay warm, and fire to use for “food”.

Nature even today and from the beginning of time has gifted this earth we inhabit with fruit, fruit seeds, and abundance regarding a variety of fruit to feast on. Fruits are highly energetic foods, they are loaded with nutrients, and just the right amount of nutrients, and ratio we need as humans to function. Fruits hydrate, provide energy and clean the body as they should. Foods are to nourish the body, and clean out the debris that renter the body. Foods are not supposed to create stagnation of mucus, acids, and microbial waste, and every food apart from fruits and starchless veggies will create stagnation of lymph, and block the flow of energy on the human body.

Humans struggle on “vegan” diets because they lack foods that contain electromagnetic energy, and even the store bought picked unripe fruit grown in chemical souls lack the energy they should produce. However, the fruits regarding the foods are still the best we have regarding energy and magnetics that fuel the human body. Cooked plants don’t fuel, they rob the body of hydration, and they cause dehydration. If the food lacks energy and magnetics, so will your body.

It’s about energy and hydration, and this nutrition trend is only causing more confusion and mindless debates of silliness! It’s about energy, and it’s about foods specific to your biology and design.

You also must understand the level of damage you created to your body growing up on acidic chemical based foods, and that it takes time to remove the stagnation, and fruits are going to clean you, and also promote detoxification. This brainwashed millennial generation, just wants it now, with very little work invested in the elimination process. Sorry but 20 + years of damaging your physical organism is going to take more than a few months to fix when it comes to the damages you created.

We also need to understand that fruit is not the same, vegetables are not the same. And I’m sorry but beans, grains, and starches are not even foods, they are just edible plants, and survival options to get carbon when the fruit is not available. So we can’t judge a diet based on the production of how we farm foods, picking fruit way to unripe, and then putting chemicals on them like pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, ripening chemicals, and the radiation process. It’s disgusting what the negative forces have done to the fruit and vegetables.

A fruit diet 100% raw is a naturally healthy diet. Instead of eating grains, beans, starches, eggs, meat, and dairy, humans need to start growing their own fruit or move to a tropical place to where you can eat the fruit of the tree or vine the way nature intended it.

I lived on mangoes only for 7 months and they were radiated, picked too soon, and grown on low-quality soil, and I had zero signs of deficiency. I actually showed improvements. Just one fruit and I was more efficient regarding nutrition than when I was eating fruits, veg, and various cooked plant foods. I was the most deficient and malabsorped when I was eating a variety of foods, and at that time I was eating 100% organic and mostly local foods as well. I grew up in Southern California, so I had the ability to get “quality” food.

For one, you can’t talk about “deficiency” until you detoxify the body, and fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and eliminate your waste properly. You can’t fix these issues regarding the lymphatic system on dead foods void of energy, magnetic, and astringent power.

When you filter through your kidneys and skin on a diet that promotes regenerative detoxification, you can fix these issue and begin to thrive on your natural diet. Your natural diet is a diet of fruits and berries, and even though melons are man-made fruits, they still hydrate and move lymph, so they are an option. Who doesn’t like watermelons right ?

You can adopt a diet of fruits and vegetable but the facts are regarding science and are physiology, humans are not designed for vegetables, nuts, and seeds. I’m not a fruit nazi, and I’m not perfect with my diet outside the tropics, however, I’m not in denial, and believe with my own investigation, personal experience, and common sense that the human diet is a diet of fruit exclusively.

The problem is the fruit is like tasteless dog biscuits these days in most places outside the tropics, so having salads is understandable. You must understand though that most veggies and possibly all of them are not intended to be eaten due to the rough fibrous cellulose fibers that are very difficult to digest and break down. Humans are not herbivores, and we don’t have grinders and multiple stomachs able to process them, let alone need the “minerals” in them, simply because nature and our biology are not designed to consume them!

“Vegan diets are deficient! And 98% of the diets humans eat, and the foods we are eating plastered with chemicals are not healthy. A diet of fruit grown in local tropical soils will regenerate your body, and create optimal health simply because it’s the way nature intended things regarding the human-specific diet.

This diet happens to be a “vegan diet” but understand that cooked foods are not healthy whether it’s vegan or not. Fruits and veggies smothered in chemicals and the radiation, hybridization and the GMOs are not healthy, but one thing to be true is that fruit still holds its ground when it comes to the regeneration of highly depleted humans. This is a fact, not theory and no diet whether it’s vegan or animal-based cant regenerate the “incurables” but fruit and fasting has been able to create this reality and I’ve witnessed it first hand, and have been blessed to help so many of these “incurables” with fruit, herbs, and fasting.

Humans are judging diets based on what limitations of diets humans are on. Who has been on fruit only for several years? Most people can’t even go 30 days on fruit only, and bitch about their health!!! No need to be cocky but I can’t help it, because I know first hand what poor health is all about, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and chronic anxiety and depression are all about. I also know what it’s like to climb out of the suffering on fruit, herbs, and fasting, and also living on one fruit over half a year! So I think I have some authority on the matter, and also why I can be a little corky from time to time when I hear the bs, because I know first hand the confusion is just confusion, and that fruit is king for regeneration, and also to maintain optimal health.

The facts are regardless of what we do in an out of a balanced world regarding the foods, is that humans are exclusively designed for fruit, the same way cows are exclusively designed for grass!
