Animal products weaken the heart


Proteins from animal products clearly have been shown to cause damage to cells leading to degeneration (“cancer”) the human body is not built to handle proteins from animal products. But Jon there are these cultures and these civilizations of people that are in good health and they eat dead animal tissue!? Yep and there are also civilizations like the Eskimo’s that base there diet on animal tissue that have a record of terrible health and it’s quite obvious the status quo in the western world that the majority of people that eat animal tissue are dealing with bowel problems, reproductive problems, kidney problems and cancers of many kinds and when the animal foods are discontinued their health improves.

People that go from meat-based to plant-based make drastic improvements when it comes to heart health and many have reversed heart “disease” on a plant-based diet. The animal proteins damage cells but they also plaque up the arteries and endothelial cells which leads to heart attacks, strokes, and heart failure.

Too much cholesterol in the diet weakens the heart because cholesterol is a lipid that sticks to the walls of the arteries that protect the heart from being damaged by acids. Not only will you create cholesterol in the body from the acid ash animal products dump in the lymphatic system in the body but you are eating the cholesterol of the animal as well and this is causing stagnation and when energy is being blocked dis-ease is around the corner.

Dairy, dead tissue of all forms and eggs are high proteins and high cholesterol foods and the saturated fats also weaken the heart leading to heart failure.

It’s easy to understand why the body doesn’t function on high proteins and dead animal tissue when you simply observe the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Humans are neither carnivores, omnivores, or herbivores by design and are anatomy doesn’t even resemble the animals that are carnivores, omnivores or herbivores. Humans are frugivores by design meaning are body is designed to function on fruit and when humans eat a diet mainly of fruit and don’t eat animal products the body eliminates properly and feels proper as well. Fruits clean out the body and meat, dairy and eggs clog up the body and damage the eliminative organs that eliminate the waste leading to interstitial lymphatic constipation or systemic acidosis terms coined by Robert Morse ND.

The human body is designed for simple sugars in ripe fruit and fruit is low in protein meaning it’s not an essential nutrient for the human body and when you go outside of foods low in protein your body gets inflamed from the proteins and also foods high in protein are hard on the digestive system when it comes to the Homo sapiens.

Humans can deal with plant proteins much better then animal proteins and the scientific literature is clear on that. If you have kidney issues and bowel issues however you want to focus on low protein foods (even the plant origins) and of course you want to hydrate the body with alkaline chemistry which is found in fruits and vegetables.

If you have heart problems and already have had strokes, heart attacks and are dealing with heart “disease” which is really just acidosis of the heart you want to stop eating animal products because it’s the animal proteins and processed foods, of course, that got you in this situation with your heart failing. You want to remove the plaque build-up in the arteries so you can create blood flow and proper circulation to the heart so you can keep your heart beating so you can stay alive haha and you will need a fruit diet to successfully regenerate the heart and yes you can remove the plaquing just by simply removing animal products because at least you eliminate foods that contain cholesterol and saturated fats but you must eliminate oils from the diet as well.

You can reverse heart “disease” on a Whole Foods plant-based diet low in fat and oil-free but if you want to regenerate the entire body and improve function at the highest level you want to base your diet around raw foods not cooked foods because remember if you have a heart issue you have a systemic issue as well because it’s never just one location the entire body is involved systemically and a diet that promotes regenerative detoxification and the natural diet for humans is a fruitarian diet because humans are designed as frugivores.
