There’s all kinds of talk going around weather an all-fruit diet is enough to heal. For one we must be careful making statements like that in regards to fruit not being enough to heal the body because there has been thousands of people that have reversed serious chronic degenerative dis-eases on entire fruit diets, and the most success has been with the neurological cases.
The human body does not have an essential need for vegetables. When somebody damage is their bodies and impairs the ability to utilize and absorb what they need from the foods, then certainly adding vegetables can help with symptoms. But dealing with symptoms in a way that’s not primarily designed for the body to heal is not going to restore and regenerate a problem that could truly only be regenerated through on a level of detoxification that’s encouraged in the food that humans are designed to eat, and two by the encouragement of kidney filtration which is vital with healing.
Without kidney filtration there is no regenerative healing because if the acids don’t come out they stay dormant in the body and you can’t recover. The reason why I believe that vegetables can help with symptoms, for one because they slow down detox so that the body isn’t healing at a rapid pace but more of a moderate pace, and to get absorption from vegetables versus fruits when it comes to nutrition and minerals is extremely more difficult then it would be from just eating your fruits whole. Chewing on a piece of kale is going to be very difficult to actually utilize and absorb the nutrition in that kale, and this is why people juice the kale in order to get the nutrition into the cells to actually get utilization from them to benefit but at the end of the day is there something missing in the fruit that we must get out of the vegetables? In all reality this is not the case but because there is some really low quality fruit, then the nutrition quality is low and mineral quality is low but you don’t need vegetables and juices to make up for this mineral and nutrition loss in the low quality fruit because you can get all of that in the herbs alone.
Mother Nature has created herbs for medicine for all species so every species can benefit from the herbs because the nutrition and minerals are more bioavailable and they absorb more rapidly in the bloodstream, and we have proof of this in regards to the aid of detoxification, and also they contain astringent power to move the lymphatic system, and the vegetables don’t. And mother nature or “god” has created the lymphatic system in are bodies for daily detoxification, and the herbs they have been known to heal and regenerate specific glands that are responsible for getting rid of lymphatic waste which happened to be the kidneys. For those that have practiced the art of detoxification and have had trouble filtering through their kidneys can attest that green juice or vegetables in their quantity do not help to aid in kidney filtration but can actually stop it or decrease it. I’m not speaking for those that have been blessed with kidneys that function well, and don’t have a problem with filtration by eating vegetables, I’m talking about those that have really damage their kidneys and lymphatic system, that get their kidneys filtering on fruit, but plateau on the vegetables very quickly, hence proves that they don’t aid in detoxification and can either suppress it, or drastically slow it down.
In all reality we must understand the simple concept of detoxification and true regenerative healing and this doesn’t take place by adding on nutrition. I really believe that the nutrition concept is silly when it comes to removing lymphatic waste material from the body. When your body is damaged you can’t even utilizing or absorb nutrition well anyways so it’s a dead-end focus and waste of money to put all your energy and focus on nutrition. The way things work is the less you consume, the more the body heals. This is why people get great results when they fast and eat less.
The reason why fruits are the best option for healing and regeneration is not necessarily because of the power of the fruit itself even though they are astringent and do get things moving quickly, it’s because they digest quickly and help the body focus on areas that are damaged rather than putting too much of its energy on the digestion of the food itself. The digestive energy that goes into eating vegetables is way more difficult for the body than it is for fruits, and there’s a good reason for this because humans are designed for fruits because we have a primatish physiology and anatomy for them. If you have been on an all fruit diet for long enough, and you start experimenting with specific vegetables, you will know what I’m talking about when it comes to the lack of digestive power, you will feel more tired and weighed down, and it will kill your detox purses if you were on the fruits. You may feel more better temporarily because you slow down the detox, but eventually your body will plateau and tell you very quickly to go back to the fruits because you will experience more benefits with digestion and energy. Without energy and optimal digestion it’s hard for the body to heal.
Instead of focusing on diet, and what contains the most minerals and nutrition, and all this hearsay about foods, put your focus on fasting, and in my opinion the only true fasting that exist is dry fasting. Living on juice is not a fast. When the body wants to fast naturally, because it’s broke down and damaged, it’s hard to even physically drink water let alone juice or even eat the food itself. This is a signal of your body telling you that it wants to heal itself and that the way it’s going to heal itself effectively is by dry fasting. I think that second to dry fasting would be an herb fast and that would be just consume herbal tinctures in a small amount of water 3 times a day for an extended period of time. The reason I believe this is because I’m strongly convinced that herbs were created for medicinal purposes not necessarily the fruits and vegetables.
All species in nature chew on the herbs to get the healing properties from them. So the real only food that heals the body or aids and acceleration of healing in my opinion are the herbs. Apart from the herbs the most effective way to heal is by dry fasting, it’s not about adding in nutrition, so you really don’t need the fruits and vegetables to heal, but because of the level of damage in the human body we need to detoxify at specific levels, and make specific steps and for the average person with the toxic body in the world today, they must continue to eat or they can shock their system and damage their organs, and end up really hurting themselves or dying. This is why I promote transition, and eventually making less more, simple mono fruit eating when you do eat, but put more of an emphasis on dry fasting which will open up the kidneys and empty the sewage system in the body which aides in the productivity of healing.
I lived for 7 months straight entirely on mangoes an herbal tinctures or herbal teas, most people will say that I was lacking nutrition, but in my personal opinion I think I was getting way more nutrition than I actually needed to heal. What I know now is that it’s not about the food but it’s about the dry fasting. When I started intermittent dry fasting that’s when I really opened up my kidneys to get the acid sewage out, and when the acid sewage started coming out that’s when I started to benefit more and more everyday in regards to healing my body systemically.
I hear it over and over again from people not healing fast enough by just eating the foods from sunup to sundown, their bodies are so radically damaged, they’re begging them to dry fast. If you just start dry fasting from 12 hours every day you could easily work up to 16 to 20 hours in a 2 to 3 month period. We must look at this with common sense, so that we can get our minds centered properly. All animals in nature dry fast when the Sun goes down.
This is because when the sun goes down we’re not designed to eat and drink because in nature it’s time to go to bed and winedown and let the body rest and recover. There are so many cultures around the world that fast, and don’t over-eat like we do in the west, and we’re always looking for a specific remedy and Band-Aid to treat a problem, when all we must do is just learn fasting is a diet, and completely natural for all species. If we get our minds off of the nutrition focus and understand how simple it is, and how many cultures live and thrive on very little amounts of nutrition. It’s funny that in the west we get over amounts nutrition if we want to, but there is very little changes in optimal health. If you don’t open your kidneys it doesn’t matter what you put in your body, because you must get rid of the acid waste in order to fix digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminate metabolic waste from the body. Fasting is what allows the body to fix these components. A simple all fruit diet, with herbs, and intermittent dry fasting in my opinion is more than you need when you want to create regenerative detoxification. Give your body a rest from all the heavy digestion that comes in with the vegetables, and cooked foods, there’s no such thing as protein deficiency either but of course that’s another topic.
The facts that remain is vegetables are not essential for healing, and in all reality fruits aren’t either, but we need to eat and detoxify at a specific level but eventually we can move up to high levels of fasting, with very little food coming in, and benefit optimal health to prove that this nutrition myth and this food focus is not how you heal yourself. Make it easy on your body, and focus on the foods that do digestive best because we do have to consume food, because nature has designed this as well, or else we wouldn’t have a digestive system designed to eat. The real question is though it’s how much do we need to eat, and how often do we need to eat, and in my opinion it’s not as much as we think, and that’s why there are people that don’t eat every single day and actually are very healthy on eating 3 to 4 times a week. Fruits, herbs when it comes to ingesting chemistry is all that you need, so you can play around with your vegetables all you want, and they will not leave behind acid or mucus residues, but in all reality we will just slow down the body from healing, and most people need that, because without mental balance and faith in nature, fasting could cause harm to them.
