Stimulation to the body aggravates the endocrine glands and causes them to produce more steroids and hormones then the body should produce and then creates dependency which means the glands need the caffeine to produce the chemicals you are lacking to “function”

Also, most plants that are high in caffeine are also acidic to the body and you want to keep the body in an alkaline state because acids damage cells leading to dysfunction and dis-ease.

Caffeine is not healthy and stimulation is not the energy to the body. Focus on the fruit for energy and the fruit will hydrate and alkalize the body and also fruit is brain and nerve fuel and helps the body detoxify.

Caffeine works the adrenals to produce Neurotransmitters and overtime when you become addicted and increase your caffeine dose your adrenals will rely on the caffeine to produce Neurotransmitters and will not produce them on there own and when the adrenals get worked and shut down not only do you fail to produce Neurotransmitters to activate the autonomic nervous system which your nerves and muscles need you also will struggle to be able to utilize minerals, metabolize sugar and you will affect your hormonal sex production in a negotiable way.

The nervous system should be in a relaxed state, not a stimulated state. The body is not supposed to produce constant adrenaline and be in fight and flight all the time. When you abuse caffeine and the adrenals go down you could end up affecting the way your kidneys filter waste out of your lymphatic system and how you remove your bowel waste as well. When people’s adrenal glands go down they can run into issues with constipation and need caffeine, stimulants, and laxatives to go to the bathroom and not knowing that the adrenals need assistance because they control muscles and nerves which the bowels are a muscle.

Don’t rely on caffeine for energy because if you crash and burn with the effect fades off this is a clear sign that it’s not natural and when caffeine affect your mood in a negative way this means that you are putting a beating on your liver as well and also when you start getting constant anxiety on caffeine this means you are really wearing out your adrenal glands and again when you lose kidney filtration because the adrenals go down your lymphatic system gets backed up and when you don’t remove acids and toxins out of the body they get stored in tissue and you will end up losing your health and running into systemic acidosis.

Change your diet and hydrate and alkalize with the living foods and very soon you will have natural energy with no comedown and you won’t negatively affect your nervous system and run into all kinds of lymphatic issues down the road. If you need caffeine in the morning to wake up your glands are in terrible shape and also if your diet is full of dead food and dead animals then yeah you may need stimulants just to function but caffeine is never a thought when your body is alkaline and your fuel is based around fruit which happens to be 10-12000 angstrom units of energy which means you don’t need stimulates to function due to living in on unnatural diet nature didn’t design for you.
