Diets and protocol thinking is creating eating disorders, due to the conditioning of the diet industries, and the false nutritional advice given. So your best to get far away from intellectualism, and use our intuition, common sense, and your body’s singles regarding positive and negative responses.

Yes there is a specific diet most compatible with our species design? Yes I believe that’s a diet of fruits, berries, and melons.

The problem is the treatment based thinking of adding on things, rather then taking away. Less is more, and healing is a fasting experience, if anything.

Because humans have destroyed their microbiome, and depleted the body of natural bacteria, and have created sewage congestion in their lymphatic system, we have sensitivities to foods of all kinds, and some can’t even tolerate fruit, the most compatible foods for humans. The goal is to detox the sewage out, clean the lymphatic system, get the kidneys filtering, and then the body will not react to the natural foods anymore.

I hear the question a lot about can I have this, and can I have that? Well the circumstance and situation regarding the case is always different in the person without question, but there is always a foundation whether that’s balance, detox, and what’s what, regarding specific things.

For detox instead of focusing on what fruit you can eat, just keep it simple, and eat whatever water rich sub/acid and acid fruit varieties you have access to that’s in season, and is most fresh and ripe. The water rich fruits will hydrate your body, because if your dealing with systemic acidosis, then you are very dehydrated on a cellular level. The water rich fruits will also promote the best cleaning, because they are astringent.

For balance this is a subject of understanding what your body can tolerate and handle, and you need to learn for yourself regarding your body’s responses with positive and negative outcomes. For example some people can eat a lot of salads, and have no digestive issues, and others will get very gasy and bloated. For this person I would stick to green juice, or just stick to fruit, because you don’t have a biological “need” for greens, because humans are not herbivores. Some people can eat more fat, and another person on a high fruit diet, if they eat too much fat, run into blood sugar problems, deal with fermentation, and run into fungal issues if their not carful. Listen to your body, and honor its responses. If your filtering and eliminating, and you can have a larger percentage of fats, and you feel energized, then who cares, for your own personal balance due your thing, and who cares what the “expert” says regarding dues and don’ts.

You need to understand what’s what for healing, and what’s what for personal balance in an imperfect out of balanced world. My point is, don’t adopt a rigid perfect natural hygiene lifestyle, if it creates anxiety and mental obsession, instead just let your body teach you, and if it’s not on the “list” but you feel fine when your consuming it, then who cares, if you need some balance, or the food that’s not on the “list” doesn’t effect your detox, and elimination cycles, then eat it, and move on, and don’t be so attached to your physical body.

However for love, and spiritual purposes, I don’t support animal foods, nether for health, the animals, detox, or for “balance”. But when we talk about the plant food kingdom, and your getting healthy on the raw foods based around fruits, berries, and melons, then you figure out what helps your detox, and what your body is telling you regarding the foods. I will say this, that the plant foods higher in fats and proteins, seem to be the most offensive to the human body with most people, but again for your personal balance you need to experiment, and listen to what your body is telling you. How is your digestion?, how is your inflammation responses?, how is your mood?, and how are your energy levels?, this is what’s important, not what some guru says you must eat, and what you must eliminate!

In my experience for detoxification an all fruit diet with herbs is most superior for cleaning and eliminating cellular waste, and fixing the organs, nerves, glands, and with getting proper kidney filtration, and bowel transit time ability, and of course this really is the natural diet for humans anyways.

Because we are not living in the garden of Eden, and you decide to have other whole plant foods, raw or cooked, who cares! Just know when to detox, know when to find your balance, and do your best with the availability of plant foods, and fruits you have access to in the climate you live in, and the affordability etc.

At the end of the day instead of following a perfect list, your body will tell you, especially when you detox, and adopt a fruit based raw food diet for a long enough time, and then you start adding in other plant food varieties, whether that’s cooked, steamed or raw. Go on your natural diet (raw and fruit based) for at least 3-6 months, and then experiment with other plant foods, if you can, and are not desperate to detox, and heal a condition your suffering with. Your body will tell you what is not a problem and what is.

Go ahead and follow the gurus diet list, and listen to what your body’s signals and responses are doing, and then make the decision for yourself, instead of being a religious follower, and feeling stuck.

Understand though when the body expresses negative responses when your on a detox, and the sewage is coming out, then you don’t blame the food, this is your body eliminating, and your toilet bowel, urine, and having cold and flu like reactions, and skin problems for a season is normal, detox is eliminating metabolic waste of all kinds, so it’s going to be a season of feeling worse, before you feel better.

The moral of the story is to use your common sense, instead of rigid black and white rules. Your body is the greatest teacher, and the fruits and living foods are the best, because all animals including humans thrive on the raw foods, and at levels, the cooked foods will cause a state of dis-ease!

Detox, and play around if you desire, just understand your body is the greatest teacher, so listen to it, and also use your common sense, and let your intuition guide you!
