What contains more energy carrots or grapes? What is more cleansing carrots or grapes? What food is more astringent in its pulling properties carrots or grapes? I think with a little common sense you all know that answer to these questions.

If you understand the lymphatic system and how that ties to how you heal and detoxify you want to understand how to detoxify properly. You don’t want to waste time thinking that just because a food is raw and juiced it’s going to take away all your problems. It’s about how you move the lymphatic system and how you eliminate the waste in it.

Grapes for one are a food designed for the homo sapiens and carrots for like a bunny or herbivore species. You always want to go for the raw food most compatible with your body, and carrots even though being alkaline and full of nutrition are not foods designed for us. Grapes are also much more energetic, astringent, and contain more energetics. It’s not about nutrients in the sense of draining the swamp, it’s about the energetics and astringent properties and fruit clean not veggies at least not like fruits.

It’s simple to go on a 7-day carrot juice feast and then go on a 7-day grape juice feast. I think you’re going to learn fast what’s more detoxifying and how you open up the doors to purge the lymphatic waste out of the body. When you want to heal you don’t want to waste a whole lot of time on the vegetable matter, or vegetable juice. You want to open up the doors effectively and pull out the acids that are causing degeneration to your cells and tissue.

Grapes will clean and crack open the kidneys much better then carrots can ever do. Your kidneys are your main eliminative channel to drain your lymphatic system so you want to clean them so they can drain and grapes will do that much more effectively and also proteins are what overwork the kidneys and suppress the filtering process and drinking carrot juice all day you would be surprised on how much protein can add up from just carrot juice. Grape juice is very low in protein structures and not complex in them, so it’s easy for the body to discard the protein for the amino acid structures. The more complex the protein the harder the kidneys have to work. I’m not saying that carrot protein is bad for you and creates an acid ash in the body, I’m just saying it’s more work on the kidneys compared to grapes. You want to prove the least about if work on the body do it can rest, heal and repair.

Grape juice will dissolve tumors and move lymph more aggressively and this vital to do when you have degeneration to cells and acid pocket fluids forming on your body. Carrot juice is not going to dissolve a tumor as grape juice can. Grapes for one are loaded on nutrition and they detoxify the body which is what’s impotent for the body to rebuild into a new healthy one. Grapes are also loaded on nutrition so you never have to worry about that and this is why so many people have thrived and healed themselves on the grape diet for a season.

Carrot juice has healed many people as well but when your highly advanced in degeneration regarding your health you don’t want to waste your time on 2nd best detoxification when you can have the best and that’s fruit juice feasting and dark grapes being a good choice because of the powerful astringent properties of dark grapes like Concord grapes.

Carrots are somewhat starchy as well and starchy is sticky which creates residues and also slows down detoxification, rather then accelerates it. Raw vegetables also only contain 8-9k units of angstrom energy and fruits about 9-12k units of energy. This is a big difference and energy is what you want to activate the nervous system which controls a lot of functions in the human body and it’s the energy that wakes up the body to heal and repair quicker so why waste your time with lower energetic foods? Energy and hydration are the most important not nutrition. For one, you need to fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination to even benefit from nutrition. And energy and hydration will encourage the kidneys to filter, pull out the acids that are breaking down your lymph system and every cell and spaces in tissue in the human body and when you do that then you can fix those 4 aspects of the body to get the benefits from nutrition. If you know focus on foods for nutrition even though fruit and berries are very high already, then you could end up eating foods that don’t promote detoxification and end up leaving the body on a stagnation state regarding your lymphatic system.

It’s all about clearing out the mucus, acids and all the metabolic waste that ends up on the giant lymphatic system that’s connected to all the tissue throughout all the body. Your organs and glands are just cells and cells eat and poop and the waste is discarded to the lymph system and this fluid system is connected to everything gland, organ, and tissue in the body and you have to remove it. If you’re in trouble and need to detox effectively then I recommend you go with grape juice feasting over carrot juice feasting because grapes for one are more powerful for moving lymph and two grapes are designed by nature for the human anatomy, physiology, and biology not carrots or any vegetables for that matter.
