A fruit diet by itself is really where it’s at when it comes to effective detoxification and veggies and cooked foods will not get you where you need to be when it comes to draining your lymphatic system.
You need the astringents and citrus is the most pulling fruit and my favorite citrus for that is oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. The astringent fruits are what pulls on the lymph system and clean the kidneys. Mangoes are underestimated with there pulling power, especially the ataulfo mangoes because they are very sweet but in my experience, the mangoes were a great fruit for pulling out mucus and also for tightening the skin tone and cleaning lymph out of the skin! You don’t want to know what I have dry brushed out of me when I was on my long term mango island feast. However, the citrus is the most pulling fruits and I think even more so then the grapes. Grapes and lemons, however, are draino for the bowels.
Lemons are the best fruit for kidney filtration hands down and if you dry fast on top then you’re going to get kidney filtration. If you keep the diet simple in the less is more approach, and you be consistent then you will see for yourself how much more effectively you detox when you focus on a simple fruit diet focused on the citrus fruits as the stable and the mangoes for the “meat” if you will and for best satiation.
Citrus juice will clean the bowels very effectively and navel orange juice is heaven in a glass ? if you can’t handle lemons and grapefruits then try and find some good navel oranges to pull on the lymphatic system so you can remove the acids that are breaking down your cells and tissue creating dis-ease in the body. Remember the astringent fruits are the pullers so if you have ulcerations in the bowels and Inflammation in the body, then the astringent fruits will expose those weaknesses because they will try and remove the acids that are burning you up and acids when they come out, can sting you a little in the process.
When you go for the citrus fruit you want to make sure to avoid them at the grocery stores that are green, and not in season. Citrus fruits should have a nice smell and not be green. If the oranges or other citrus varieties are green then they were picked unripe and will be more acidic then nature intended and this can damage your teeth and burn you when consumed. Oranges should be sweet and if they are sour they were picked way too soon and they are unripe fruit.
Oranges are a nutrient-dense fruit and high in calcium which keeps bones and connective tissue strong. Lemons not only the most astringent lymph moving fruit but also jam-packed with vitamin C and grapefruits are about 65% vitamin C and this is what you want to strengthen the immune system while you clean out the lymphatic system.
Mangoes might be the highest source of vitamin C and also vitamin A which is what tones and strengthens the skin and this is why mangoes are the best for those with skin problems and can tone the skin while you remove the acids out of the body that damage it. Mangoes are also high in vitamin b6 which helps the body produce melanin which also protects the skin and helps the body get more vitamin D from the sun.
Mangoes also being high in vitamin b6 help to active brain function and also helps the Adrenal glands produce Neurotransmitters which control the autonomic nervous system. Either way, it’s about how well you clean out the terrain in the body and it’s the astringent properties of the fruit and the electromagnetic energy that accomplish that, not the nutrition. The facts are though that you can get all your nutrition on the fruit and if you really pay attention to the RDA requirements for “nutrition” you will see that fruit meets all these “ requirements” and go ahead and be a nerd and Chronometer that sh*t and find out for yourself.
Don’t worry about nutrition but instead focus on hydration and energy and the water-rich juicy fruits provide that need. If you want to detox effectively you want to focus on the citrus fruits because they clean the lymph system, kidneys and bowels effectively. If you want to tone and strengthen your skin while you detox and it’s mango season then I would focus on the mangoes without question for that.
I could live on orange juice and mangoes and one day when I have a fruit ranch full of mango trees and navel orange trees I will be able to create this reality! Focus on the fruit for health and for detoxification and if you want to thrive on fruit and enjoy the bounty and flavors I would move to the tropics and grow your own you can pick ripe on the tree, but still even the shit fruit will clean your lymphatic system and doesn’t contribute to backing it up, and that’s how you really get healthy is by cleaning the body’s sewer system (lymphatic system) and its an all fruit diet that accomplishes that not a diet of veggies, cooked foods and god forbid dead rotting animal tissue because these “foods” contribute to clogging up the body and it’s the fruit that cleans out the body and takes out all the trash that has been backing up in the body and never taken to the dump.
