Does anyone truly desire veggies on a fruigivorous diet?


If you have a salad for dinner even if you add salt, fat and like a raw marina for example to make it “taste good” but then you have sweet fruit afterwards then it’s not satisfying, and makes no sense to lower your energy with lower vibrational foods. I will admit that an all fruit diet is the best, but sometimes I want to sedate myself with some greens and fats because they are sedating when your on the fruit levels and eating at least 90% fruit 100% raw.

I’ve built a habit of sedating myself because I take on a lot of energy from people as a practitioner, and sometimes my energy levels are out of this world, and I leave my body, and when I’m educating my clients I’m giving all my energy to give them the best consult they deserve to heal and transition.

I’m no longer going to go to the veggies to lower my energy at the end of the day because it’s a useless tool, because I always eat fruit afterward anyways, because I’m not truly satisfied with veggies no matter how I dress it up. We are sweet seeking creatures and that’s why even the SAD eaters go for the ice cream after their dinner.

Humans are sweet carbon based species and get their satiation from sweet fruits and will thrive at their best on water rich fruits for optimal digestion.

For those healers that are in my friends list you don’t need to “balance” out with foods that don’t do your body good, and also don’t satisfy you making you go to the sweet fruits to late at night because your salad or veggie fruit meal did not fully satisfy you, this is not balance anyways, and quite the opposite, it’s addiction!

Veggies can be a tool to slow down detox, for transitioning, but for the long term in my opinion will not satisfy you, simply because you’re not designed for them, and on a raw food diet you will get your satisfaction from the high carbon fruits, not the low calorie veggies that are bitter, and you need to add salt, fat and even fruit to it in order to enjoy it, and how do you really enjoy it anyways if you have to eat sweet fruit soon after?

Sweet fruits don’t need any alterations and they actually taste their best eaten by themselves. (Mono meals) you can’t say this for veggies. Their is the unique rare person that can chew on some kale by itself, and enjoy it, but this is not the norm, and not even close.

In nature and you have an option to uproot a head of lettuce, or pick the tree ripen mangoes, what are you going to be enticed by and desire more? What’s going to digest the best, and give you the energy you need? And what’s going to taste better? Let’s me honest with ourselves, and ask ourselves the questions why the hell are we eating veggies? If this Scenario presented itself in nature away from the conditioning and propaganda of needing your “veggies” to thrive on a raw food diet.

Some will say we have damaged the earth and the fruits don’t have enough “nutrition” we need!! And you need to supplement with veggies? Really well the veggies also are depilated of nutrition these days, and also vibrate and contain much less energy then even the shit fruit, and they are not sustainable, and makes no sense to force feed yourself with them if you have no innate desire to eat them.

If you clean out your body and fix digestion, absorption, utilization and element your waste properly, then you can sustain yourself on very little food anyways, which proves this lack of nutrition myth to simply be just be a myth.

There are countless examples of people that don’t over eat, eat only fruit, and thrive on very little with ZERO deficiencies, and are also not lacking muscle and holding weight on themselves just fine.

Veggies make no sense for practicality, health, detoxification and satiation, because they don’t really attract us and they are very difficult to enjoy raw and plain by themselves.

Fruits, berries and melons are all you need, and will find yourself satisfied on them alone!

If your thriving on a high fruit diet and you eat 20% veggies awesome!! I understand and have no judgment towards you, but for me it’s important to be real and transparent with myself, and say that I don’t feel my best energetically, and my digestion is not good even on a 90% mono fruit diet, and 10% veggie fruits or lettuces, my body only likes 100% fruit. The fatty fruits will suck my energy the next day, and it takes me like 4 hours to fully get out of the “fat funk”

If you eat fats on top of carbs, or fruits on top of fats to soon, you can create fermentation and create candida issues because of it. It’s more convenient for your health and detox when you avoid fatty fruits when your on a high carb fruit based diet, and this is why it’s recommend to have your fats with your greens at your last meal, so you don’t run into this issue. But this issue can never be resolved if your feeling left unsatisfied, and needing to eat sweet fruit soon after eating fats, because this will happen to most people on a high carb fruit based diet, and it then becomes self sabotage, and your left feeling defeated or frustrated.

Ive tried to have a salad or a veggie fruit meal without fats and salt, and I can’t enjoy it, and mixing fruit with greens can also be a bad combo for proper digestion, and if you’re not carful can also cause fermentation. Apples are an exception with greens, but I would rather just have the apples and toss out the greens.

I’ve created a useless habit with fats and salt and I once was so content with just fruit alone without the desire for veggies fruits or lettuce, or fatty fruits that don’t digest well in my body, because I’ve damaged my gallbladder and liver.

I’m braking this habit, because it makes no sense to use other raw foods not designed for me that may be alkaline but still suck my energy and impair my digestion because I’m seeking to find a grounding balance.

I have to just deal with the energy I get form the high vibrational fruits, and learn to just meditate and do some yoga to center my shakra balance to calm the mind chatter, instead of using the other raw foods as a tool that’s not very effective, if I’m not even satisfied with the natural flavor of the foods.

I think that it’s adrenal burn out because of a lot of energy spent on others, and when the adrenals are over stimulated, you crave salt or the sodium in the veggies. People say it’s the minerals they crave, but I think it’s really the salt and fat they crave.

If we are biological fruit eaters, and fruits are naturally low in sodium, then it’s not an essential need to seek the foods high in them, especially if their not even satisfying. If we fix are body’s and especially the adrenals that are responsible in the utilization of minerals, then I think that we will get enough in quality fruits alone in it’s perfect ratio and proper balance.

It’s not the veggies and fats you crave, it’s the salt and spice you crave. Who eats a bland no sugar avocado by itself and enjoys it? Congrats if that’s you but I can’t, and often add salt and spice when I eat them, and I’m over wasting my time with that nonsense!

You also should stop having salads, and veggies because you don’t want to be judged by the outside world, and feel like a fruit only freak, and I know some of you take on this low consciousness, because you don’t want to feel judged, but stop playing that game, because if you need fruit after your salad, then it makes no sense to have the salad, because you got no fulfillment out of it, and you feel more comfortable eating a salad in public rather then a bowel of fruit! Wear your confidence and, who cares what people think!

We all have are weaknesses, and we need to transition at some level, but if we are real with ourselves, we only want the fruit, because that’s where we get the best digestion, energy and real satisfaction from are meals.

It’s time to end the useless cycle of eating foods we are not satisfied with, and some of you think they are important because of the “nutrition” all the nutrition is found in the fruits and herbal botanicals, and don’t need to eat veggies or drink green juices for that. None of you really desire veggies by themselves anyways, and if you do then go have yourself 3 heads of Romain by themselves and try not to eat fruit afterwards when your stalked up with fruit on your counter.

It’s a new day, a new beginning, and let’s embrace are fruit eating instincts on a fruitarian diet, and give up the salt, fat and veggies if its not serving us well for are health, digestion, detox and recovery!

An all fruit is the BALANCED diet, and anything outside of it in all actuality is out of balance if we are going to be real with ourselves.

You can thrive on an all fruit diet, and if you eat until satisfaction, and with the simple logic I expressed, then you can overcome the useless triggers that are not serving anyone well, and with my own realization of this pattern, I myself need to make the change for my own stable and “balanced” development.
