Don’t eat when you're stressed


The goal is to always be in control and never allow stress to take precedence but at times stress is created due to circumstances and unexpected events that take place. Stress can be hard to avoid in a world of grind and tare. When your linked to toxic humans and you choose to be an honorable person it can be easy to allow stress to creep it’s ugly head when you’re dealing with such low levels of consciousness. It can take patients dealing with the negative frequencies around us and hard to completely avoid them.

When you’re stressed you shock the system and the adrenal glands become stressed and produce large amounts of cortisol and also the bowels tense up and it’s easy to become constipated. When this happens you don’t want to eat because you’re not going to digest your food properly or eliminate properly, and only aggravate when stressed creating irritation in the body.

It’s always best to fast in stressful situations. Eating is not a priority but mental health is! You can go without a meal, but if you don’t clear out negative frequencies in the mind you can negatively affect your mental state and physical state for weeks.

Eating while stressed will impair optimal digestion but also make you more irritable. You should fast when stressed or sip on calming flower essence herbal teas. Stress eating is acidic. Eating should always be a time of conscious enjoyment and to always eat foods that are in harmony with the body. If you do eat while stressed it should be small mono fruit meals. When you stressed you’re going to want to comfort eat and overeat and in return, you will create a negative thought pattern and habit and this can turn into habitual emotional eating.

Humans have forgotten that eating is a time of gratitude and thanksgiving and of course eating foods harmonious with the human body. If you shovel food down your throat while stressed not only will you digest poorly but you will most likely overeat and gain weight as a result.

People, when stressed tend to go with out food all day until very late at night and eating late, will mess up the way you metabolize food and can lead to a slow-acting thyroid. Eating late will cause weight gain and also impair the body’s ability to detoxify properly. You will wake up late or sluggish and on edge when you eat too late and you will end up putting another meal on top of the late night meal that was not properly digested because when you eat late the body slowly digest because the body is out of wake in the circadian rhythm cycle and this will cause fatigue and discomfort the next day.

Keep the mind calm and don’t allow yourself to stress and take on energy that brings stress in your life because this will cause detrimental health problems and remember that diet can’t fix your health issues if you’re stressed. No food, herb or environment will heal you if you’re stressed.

Stress is the first thing you want to address because if the mind is not right the body cannot follow.
