Eat more raw fruits and vegetables


The percentage of people that actually eat raw fruits and vegetables in today’s world is shocking. People wake up with there coffee and sugar, their pancakes and pastries, and still make statements like fruit has too much sugar! We are so confused as a world when it comes to what we should be eating, but the least you could do is eat more fruits and vegetables everyday and continue to make an effort to eat less starch, grains, and most importantly animal food. If you make a habit of eating fresh fruits or green juice in the morning, you could change your palate to desire more nutritious food. Even if you don’t change anything about your diet, if you wake up with a bowl of fruit or a green juice every morning for breakfast, eventually you will start to desire that salad for lunch or that smoothie, and if you just continue to do this every single day you will start to experience more energy and vitality, you will no longer desire that pastry, because you won’t have that mid-day crash feeling sluggish and on edge. You don’t have to just rush and throw yourself into a 100% raw food diet if you’re still eating junk food, it’s best to wean off the food that you know you shouldn’t be eating, just by simply adding on more fruits and vegetables, but you must understand that getting healthy on a cellular level, it’s not going to matter what you add on, but what you eliminate.

It’s going to take awhile for the world to wake up and understand that fruits are the most ideal food source for the human species, and just because they’re sweet doesn’t mean they’re loaded with sugar and bad for you! Fruits are a simple sugar, and a piece of bread has 10 times more sugar than a bowl of grapes. The world is extremely confused about chemistry, and is constipated with the concept that sugar is the worst thing known to man, but yet the world is eating so much processed food high in fat and protein and these are the biggest killers when it comes to the foods that humans eat today. Fruits contain high amounts of nutrition, phytonutrients, electromagnetic enzymes, and excite cellular activity, and pull metabolic waste out of the body, which makes them a superfood and nature’s healing remedy to clean and restore a damaged low-functioning body.

Eat more fruits and vegetables, it’s worth it to give your body what it actually needs and is designed for, rather than to make food a drug and a constant crutch that only causes more degenerative “diseases” and lowers the quality of your life. We look to food like it’s just something to fill our bellies, and get us through the day not understanding the metabolic waste, and acidosis were creating, that you must pay for down the road for making this unfortunate choice to be a slave to something that tastes good, but yet damages the body and creates pain and suffering down the road.

You may think that eating fruits and vegetables is a chore, but that just goes to show the level of addiction that you have created by training your palate to desire so much processed food, salt, processed sugar, and cooked and processed fats, but it’s hard to enjoy a bowl of fruit, or a hearty salad because of this level of consciousness. Every human being is born in the world today grows up highly addicted to acid and mucus forming food, and yes it can be a challenge to wean off of, and give up, but it’s worth it to your body, your soul, your spirit and your mind, to retrain yourself to desire the foods you actually are designed for in nature, because you can reteach yourself to desire these fresh raw living foods, because if I can, anybody can. I was a junk food addict for many years, yo-yoed from healthy food to junk food the majority of my life, but now I could truly say that since I started that habit of eating fruit and having green juices in the morning, I eventually was able to transition to a 100% raw food diet and sustain myself for over a year, and it just keeps getting easier, and easier and I never lose the desire for fruits and vegetables.

My diet consists of 100% raw fruits and vegetables. It’s 80% fruit, 10% veggie fruits, and 10% tender lettuce. I have never been more satisfied with my diet, and I’m not constantly thinking about food from sunup to sundown, I pretty much eat out of sheer boredom. When your body gets clean, you don’t get those hunger spells, you don’t get on edge when you don’t eat, and you don’t have to deal with those midday crashes because you ate something very toxic to your body, and it’s putting you into a comatose because of it.

I was shocked and surprised that I was able to transition to a fruitarian lifestyle, and end up on a mono mango Island feast, of eating only mangoes for 7 months straight, I believe this discipline was achieved, by adding on more fruits and vegetables on my cooked vegan diet prior, that morning fruit bowl or green juice really helps me to make better decisions for lunch and dinner that day. If an addict like me with no self-control, could end up eating only mangoes for 7 months, adopting a 100% raw food diet, mainly fruits, for over a year, and getting more satisfied everyday and desiring the living foods more and more not only for taste and satisfaction, but so that I could remove obstructions to think more clearly, and to evolve on a more spiritual and emotional level as well. I’m telling you it’s an illusion to say you can’t only because you say it’s too hard.

Just start making better choices, you will gain the discipline, you will remove more obstructions from the body, and you will desire to treat your body with love and respect like it’s a temple, because you will not want to deal with the pain and suffering that comes with eating processed foods that were made in factories, or by master chefs, because you will only pay the price down the road, and were not here in this life to just exist to serve our addiction, but rather to thrive as a species, and to feel our best with energy, vitality, and mental, spiritual and physical strength.
