Why do we itch when the body is detoxifying? Itching a lot of the times is related to fungus. If you have grown up on a lot of starch, and are coming from a diet of eating predominantly starch, you most likely have a lot of fungal backed up in your body. If you been on raw foods, for a long time and you cheat with starch and you get an itch attack, that’s fungus. Starchy foods are fungal cravers. Starchy foods will most likely ferment in the body when eating an excess and also have sugar metabolism problems due to torn up and damaged adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are responsible for sugar metabolism and carbohydrate utilization. If your adrenal glands aren’t functioning properly, and you have blood sugar issues, and seem to feel fatigued and have a lot of brain fog on a high carb diet, then it’s most likely because of your adrenal function and your fermenting your sugar’s, and the fermentation of sugars will feed the fungal family, create candida overgrowth and a side effect of this will be itching all over your skin.
Those that have itching in their private parts, when they have yeast infections is because yeast and fungus create itching. So if you’re on a raw food diet, and your entering into these levels of detoxification, and these uncomfortable symptoms are occurring, understand that it’s most likely is a die off symptom, or because your adrenal glands have revealed their true function and your having trouble with metabolizing your sugar’s so your dealing with a lot of fermentation in the body, which will create a lot of candida, because candida that comes in to eat the fermentation, to protect your body. If your experiencing lots of itching, I would highly suggest anti-parasitic herbs, along with adaptogen herbs that help to rebuild clean and enhance the adrenal glands, and stay far away from starch, and complexing your meals, and learn to eat simple, and eat easily digestible food, so that you could metabolize and digest them more effectively and not create a fungal overgrowth. But always remember the root cause is the adrenal glands.
Fruit sugar however is a simple sugar and is the easiest form of sugar to metabolize. If your eating a starch meal, your going to deal with lots of fermentation if you have weak adrenal glands, and you will create fungal activity regardless of weak adrenal glands, because starch ferments naturally and we’re not designed to eat starchy foods, because we are frugivores and designed to eat raw foods grown in nature easily accessible where you could pluck, peel and eat. If your fermenting fruit sugar, this is just a reality of how damaged your adrenal glands are, and it’s not the fruit but it’s your body causing the problem. In my experience dealing with high fungal problems and chronic candida, I have done my best on fruits. In the beginning of my detoxification journey, I experienced a lot of fungal symptoms while eating fruit, not because it was the fruit causing the problem because they’re only simple sugars, but rather because they create lots of detoxification and they were pulling out a lot of fungus in my body and also a lot of the candida was dying off creating the symptoms in the process.
You must understand that just because a fruit is sweet doesn’t mean it’s super high in sugar and is going to feed candida. You must understand that more complex the sugar is such as starches, this is too much sugar for the body to handle, metabolize and properly digest, so will end up creating more fermentation and fungal problems which will give you a blow back in your skin and make you itch. You must understand that the skin is the largest eliminative organ, so when fungus comes out of the body being astringed, and pulled out from a fruit diet, your skin may get a blow back, and you may feel excessive and chronic itching during the process. Things may get worse in the beginning before they get better, this is the process of elimination. But please understand that as much as water is wet in it’s chemistry, this is the same when It comes to the sweetness of the fruit. because the fruit is sweet in its chemistry doesn’t mean that it’s the highest sugar content food. Starches don’t taste sweet like fruit, but however they are 10 times higher in sugar content. Understand that it’s not sugar for one, that feeds candida and causes fungal problems. What causes fungal problems is fermentation of sugars. So when people have candida and they pump the probiotics and they eat the kimchi and all the fermented foods, they’re actually creating more of a problem if they have high fungal and sulfur stagnation in their gut.
This is why we always want to work on the body systemically during detoxification with using the fruits and herbs as tools to clean and strengthen the body. The body may want to get rid of fungus, but also when your adrenal glands drop down to there genetic and true level of health, when you remove the artificial stimulants, and the meats and caffeine drinks from your diet, you will no longer be artificially stimulating them, so they will become depleted and their function because they’re lacking the neurotransmitters that they were being saturated with on the meat and caffeine lifestyle.
The body is going to want to get rid of old fungus and pull it out through the skin which will make you itch a lot, and also the body’s going to want to start to heal the adrenal glands, so when there weak and not functioning well, you may deal with some sugar metabolism issues in the process. This isn’t forever, it’s just a temporary blowback that you may have to experience while you get your body well.
What I did to overcome this overgrowth of candida, as I focused on eating simple mono fruit meals, and took anti-parasitic herbs, on top of working on my kidneys and adrenal glands with herbs, and after a certain period of time of getting my kidneys to filter out these lymphatic wastes, I was able to bring more function to my adrenal glands, to where I no longer had blood sugar imbalances, and constant fermentation of sugars, to where I was able to overcome these uncomfortable symptoms, like itching and brain fog that becomes a major symptoms of fungal problems, on top of chronic fatigue and feeling excessive tiredness after eating a large carbohydrate meal.
You don’t want to mix your fats with your fruits, your vegetables with your fruits, and improperly combine your food if you have an adrenal weakness, and also have a lot of fungal stagnation in your body. The beautiful thing about a mono fruit diet along with herbs, is this will help move the lymphatic system, and remove these metabolic stagnant waste in the body, so when they come out eventually the body will heal and clean and strengthen itself, and the adrenal glands will turn on, you will remove the fungus through the urine, the bowels and the skin, and no longer deal with this issue that a lot of people struggle with and some I’ve heard for 20 years because they don’t understand detoxification and fixing the glands on top of removing the metabolic waste on a diet that promotes this. Fruits and herbs is your best option to create detoxification to overcome this permanently.
If you have chronic itching, understand that you have a fungal problem that you have to deal with. It also may be sulfur coming out as well. Sulfur is also a fungal proliferant substance, that is created in the body from processed foods that contain sulfates, as well as antibiotic drugs, and prescription drugs that contain these sulfates. Sulfur and fungus feed on each other. Sulfur is like super glue and sticks to the bowels, so it’s going to take a diet of astringent fruits and astringent herbs to remove this gorilla glue, and when you remove the sulfur, you will also help deal with chronic fungal issues. If you just simply go on an astringent fruit based diet with herbs, all these problems will take care of themselves, but you may have to deal with the process of elimination and deal with the itchy skin, the chronic fatigue, the brain fog and all the other Symptoms related to candida overgrowth. It’s best to go through the uncomfortability of detoxification, knowing that when you remove the stuff and you’re no longer eating foods that create fungus-like starch, cheese and fermented foods and poor food combos, then you can get to the root cause of the problem, with feeding the beast day in and day out. If your craving carbohydrates such as starch, cheese and fermented foods, you most likely are very backed up with sulfur and fungus, and your having these cravings because parasites and candida thrive on these types of foods. If you want to get these cravings under control.
I highly recommend a strong and powerful anti-parasitic 100% herb based formula, and focus on the adrenal glands, so that you don’t ferment your sugars, and cause that these problems and constantly deal with these cravings that could be extremely difficult to overcome. The reason why you crave starches is because your backed up with fungus and parasites. Clean out your bowels, focus on your kidneys/ adremals, clean out your lymphatic system, stay on the diet your biologically designed to eat, which is a fruit based diet use mother nature’s gift to us the herbs, and get to the root cause of the problem, rather than trying to suppress it, or kill the problem without targeting the glands that may be causing the problem like fermentation of sugars stemming from low functioning adrenal glands.
