Don’t identify yourself with AMA labels for health problems and don’t make your identity your health problem ether.

Chronic pain all throughout the body is simply hardened stagnant lymph in the body. Acids accumulate in the body due to consuming chemistry that is acid dominate and when the eliminative organs don’t do their jobs to eliminative them (skin/kidneys) then the pain is going to simply be the response. Acid stagnation in tissue equals pain in locations acids are stagnate. Pretty simple right?

If you have pain from head to toe it’s not an “autoimmune” condition it’s an acid attacking your body condition. Get your diet right and clean out your lymphatic system of the waste that is accumulating and the pain will come out and the body and will regenerate. If you are not eliminating waste you are accumulating waste.

So you went to the doctor and said you have pain in your body everywhere right? You are stiff and hard and can’t function. Do you think they are going to know what causes it if they don’t understand or address the very system in the body that deals with waste that gets dumped into it? They will not help you understand how chemistry affects the body and how acids burn the body and to avoid foods that are acidic and how to keep the kidneys and adrenal glands functioning properly.

They will tell you that your body is attacking itself and they don’t know why so here are some medications that “maybe” will deal with symptoms but never address the cause.

You only have two fluid-based systems in your body that deal with chemistry in your body. One is the blood system which feeds the cells with nutrition and the much larger system is there to deal with the waste that enters it, the lymphatic system.

Would make sense to not get to mentally constipated on the blood system because the blood is not the sewer system and focus on the system that stores the acids that break down the body causing chronic pain. Good luck getting educated on how to clean the system that stores the acids that cause the pain.

I’ll educate you here. Clean your lymphatic system for one discontinuing the foods that are acidic and mucus forming and start consuming foods that hydrate and alkalize the body and break open your kidneys so you can drain this system. If you stop eating foods that clog up the kidneys then the body can clean the kidneys and the same goes for the bowels.

Proteins equal pain why? Because the heavy proteins found in animal products and beans and grains are acid ash forming meaning they leave an acid ash in the body which in returns creates a mucus response to protect tissue but in return when mucus accumulates in the body causing blockages making it difficult to eliminate properly.

It’s all about what you eat and what you don’t eat and how you eliminate. And the goal, if you are dealing with chronic inflammation in the body, is to transition to a lifestyle of eating less and fasting more and nobody should try and be a hero and jump right into liquid fasting and dry fasting coming off a high starch or protein diet.

Fruits are going to pull acids out of the body lowering inflammation and fruits are not high in protein which is a good thing because humans don’t have an essential need for proteins anyways. Humans original diet millions of years ago was a diet primarily of fruit and cooking was not a concept because survival was not needed in the tropical jungle of fruit.

The kidneys get clean on the fruits and it’s the astringent properties of the fruit that clean up the bowels and kidneys so waste is properly eliminated.

If you want to know the real condition you have which is systemic acidosis, not “fibromyalgia” lookup Robert Morse ND and get educated on the lymphatic system and understand that there is a cause to the effect that you are experiencing and the major cause is fork to mouth eating foods that are acidic and highly cooked and chemicals that enter the body from drink and medications.

Raw living foods low in protein alkalize and hydrate the body and clean and protect cells and cooked acidic foods dehydrate the body, acidify the body and when energy is blocked from removing waste then locations in the body acids accumulate in cause dis-ease and dysfunction.
