There’s so much confusion regarding fruit and what takes place in the human body when it gets out of balance with proper chemistry, and foods it’s designed for. Of course fruit always gets the blame, even though the fruits are the cleaners, and remove acid stagnation in the body that cause all of these fatty type of organs and glands. If somebody has a fatty liver it’s not because they’re eating too much fruit. Fat deposits build up in the body to protect it from acidosis. The lymphatic system is a cholesterol based system, and so these fatty deposits build up around specific organs and glands, only because the body has been saturated with acidosis. The very food that gets the blame of causing liver problems is the very food that regenerates not only the liver, but detoxifies the entire body, and removes the cause which is a backed up lymphatic system and kidneys not filtering. (systemic acidosis)

If you want to talk about a real doctor who has experienced detoxifying thousands of bodies all around the world with all these out of balanced conditions regarding fatty livers or fatty kidneys Etc, uses fruits and herbs to regenerate these problems in these types of cases, and if this is the case, how then can we blame fructose of being problematic to the liver, when this very food is being used to regenerate the liver? and this doctor who is accomplishing this task has for over 40 years Robert Morse ND, has it all on record. Robert Morse has not changed his approach with his clients, and dealing with these cases, it’s always fruits, berries, and melons and herbs to regenerate these issues, because it all points to the same problem, and that’s a constipated backed up lymphatic system, kidneys not filtering, and it’s acid chemistry that causes these issues, which are not found in fruits, but rather found in acidic cooked foods.

Medical doctors are just parrots of information that has been taught to them, that is just simply far from the truth! If somebody gets a fatty liver from fructose, it’s simply because they’re consuming high fructose corn syrup, or something processed out of fructose, but whole ripe living fruits that contain fructose do not cause fatty liver, but clean the liver, and make the liver a strong chemical manufacturing organ.

You don’t go to a medical doctor on advice on nutrition, because most of the time their advice is the complete opposite of what you actually need. You need to understand regenerative detoxification, and the very food that promotes this, is the most aggressive, which is going to be fruit, and that’s why it’s going to get the blame when somebody’s damage body goes through the cycle of repairing, which a high energetic fruit based diet will promote, will end up getting frustrated, blaming the fruit for their problems, but really not understanding that they have to drain a stagnant lymphatic system that has been backed up since they were babies, and grains and starches will never accomplish this task, but only create more mucus and acid stagnation, weakening the kidneys so that you cant eliminate your waste.

If somebody has a fatty liver, it’s only because they’ve been consuming acid and mucus forming food, and their entire lymphatic system is backed up, and their liver is taking a hit, but it’s also their kidneys, and the colon that is also backed up if their liver is backed up. Fruit is a simple sugar, and fructose doesn’t even require an insulin carrier, it goes through the process of diffusion, and that’s why even a diabetic is going to have more blood sugar stability with fructose vs glucose and complex carbohydrates, and this is another proof when somebody goes through the process of detoxification that happens to be a diabetic, their blood sugar stabilizes on fruits, berries and melons. When blood sugar spikes on fruit it’s only because there’s too much fat in the blood, and toxins, and the body is going through the process of glucose loading during detoxification, but stability will always take place on fruits, and that’s why I type 1 diabetics do their best on fruit, it’s just a matter of pushing through that initial stage, and most people fail to do that because they’re very impatient, and again blame the fruit, and don’t understanding the detoxification process of removing metabolic waste that cause these issues in the first place.

You could either put your trust in BS doctors, confused naturopathic doctors, bro science cherry picking study YouTuber’s, or you can use your common sense of how a fruit diet promotes detoxification, and as long as somebody’s kidneys are filtering, all these issues that the so-called fruits cause, actually get reversed on the very food that is being demonized.

Simple sugars high in fructose is the main fuel source for the human body, and unfortunately there will always be some kind of excuse not to eat the very food that is most compatible with the human design, because of what man has done to their food due to migrating away from the tropics, and having to use a survival food source such as your complex carbohydrates, and dead animal tissues.

I really don’t need to get into all the so-called science regarding fructose and fatty liver, all you have to do is look at the cases of people that are reversing liver damage on a fruit base raw food diet to see that it’s only a myth, and just more confusion by the AMA, so they could push their drugs and diets, that cause systemic acidosis, which is the very reason why someone has a fatty liver in the first place.

Get your kidneys to filter, and a fruit based diet is most effective with accomplishing this, and get herbs for your liver if it’s fatty, detoxify your body as a system, and everything will come into balance, but thinking fructose is a demon sugar, and is going to cause health problems, your only going to blow like a feather in the wind, and get nowhere until you fix the problem, which is systemic acidosis, a stagnant lymphatic system, kidneys that are not filtering, and all this is caused from all the other foods that are not properly designed to absorb, assimilate and be utilized in the human body, and fruits, berries and melons are, and that’s why people reverse chronic systemic acidosis with this very approach regarding diet.

We must understand full body regenerative detoxification, before we start parroting all this confusion regarding nutrition. When the body cleans itself, and repairs the damage that was caused, then you don’t have these problems with fruit, you experience the opposite of effortless digestion, sustainable energy, and endless endurance all day long, and you don’t have inflammatory conditions with all kinds of pain, but rather recover very quickly, and if you get your kidneys filtering, and empty the floodgates, you will experience this to be true, and not to just trust something that I’m writing, but something that you will actually experience. Be the experience first, before you put your trust in confusion regarding diets based around cooked food, because at the end of the day human beings will always be biological frugivores species, and the more you think you adapt to these cooked dormant and acid forming foods, the more confusion your going to run into, and all those who adopt a fruit based diet long-term can attest that all these other foods bring down energy, increase inflammation, and cause constipation, and sluggish digestion.
