The human diet originally once upon a time was a diet strictly of fruit. Humans are fruit eaters this is just a fact that many are in denial of. Fruit doesn’t cause bowel problems and fruit doesn’t clog up the bowels with waste build-up that impacts the bowels creating ulcerations and bowel pocketing and the like.
It’s the diet! It’s the foods that the body doesn’t process and assimilate and it’s the acids dominate chemistry in these foods that break down the bowels and the digestive organs as well (pancreas and gallbladder) and when the villi in the small intestines get clogged up and plastered to the walls of the small intestines then this blocks access for nutrition getting in the cells and leads to malabsorption.
Starch, cooked proteins and cooked fats of all kinds create ulcerations in the bowels over time and also build up waste in the colon that is not properly removed and this creates a breeding ground for parasites, fungus, yeast and the like and also block the flow for elimination leading to chronic constipation.
Fruit doesn’t do this or starch-less vegetables however fruit cleans the most effective because the bowel transit time of fruit is quick and fruit being astringent in nature cleans the colon and removed the debris as it exits the colon. Even too much vegetable matter can be hard on the pancreas because the heavy cellulose fiber is not designed for the Homo sapien ANIMAL. remember you are a species to and your species has a species-specific diet like any other. Unlike cows and other herbivore species that have an enzyme called cellulase designed to break down cellulose, humans do not produce this enzyme let alone have grinding jaws like them and multiple stomachs to properly digest and assimilate vegetal matter.
Fruit being soft in nature and alkaline in nature when ripe is gentle on the colon and will help the kidneys filter the lymphatic system in which the bowels as well are connected to drain interstitial waste inside the spaces of the colon.
Yes, fruit can expose pain and create discomfort because the sewage backed up in the colon and fruit being astringent in nature will loosen up the plaques creating gas and discomfort, and even pain in the process. Sometimes as well if you have damaged the colon with acid and mucus-forming foods and created ulcerations any kind of fiber can exacerbate the issue and fruit being astringent that produce naturally occurring acids this can irritate the colon while the colon regenerates on a diet of fruit. This is why I recommend my clients go on juice for several days until the inflammation goes down and add in the fruit later when the bowels can tolerate the fruit fibers and to intermittent dry fast in the evening hours from 16-18 hours until the next day to encourage the kidneys to filter so the bowels will drain the acids that have accumulated (interstitial)
The body will enter the process of regeneration when you hydrate, alkalize and discontinue the diet that breaks down the organs, bowels, and endocrine glands which is a processed foods diet and a diet heavy in proteins and animal fluids that create over amounts of mucus in the body which causes stagnation and congestion which blocks elimination pathways.
Yes the foods are not the same in today’s world and the fruit is often picked unripe, but despite the low-quality fruit, people have successfully fixed their damaged Gi tracts on fruit and for detoxification its essential for deep tissue regeneration and then you can “build up” on other foods down the road but in my opinion for chronic bowels you want to be on a diet of just fruit with an occasional salad if you can tolerate the heavy fiber and this is the best way to promote healing to the bowels the quickest.
I would also avoid citrus fruits eaten whole if you have ulcerations in the bowels and focus on the sub/acid sweat fruits and even take breaks from eating and just stay on juice and liquids until the inflammation goes down to tolerate them whole.
A diet of cooked foods and vegetables will not pull out sulfur, biofilms, protein plaques, and mucoid plaque effectively but fruit juice will and even fruits eaten mono and whole will help loosen it up. Salads can be a broom for the colon but you don’t want to eat the rough fibers with ulcerations or any diverticulitis.
Fruit cleanse the bowels and pulls out the acids that cause dehydration and when you remove the accumulation of waste out of the body and you hydrate and alkalize with the fruit the body will be encouraged in a state of self-healing. Always eat ripe sweet fruit!
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
