Fruit exposes pain, but you need fruit, to clean your lymph system


If your goal is to reverse systemic acidosis, because if your in chronic pain, that’s what your dealing with, so you can throw your “disease” label out the door, you will have to bite the bullet, and deal with some pain, and possible healing crisis.

Your in pain because your body is filled up with acids, and you’re not removing them. The lymphatic system, the largest fluid based system in the human body, doesn’t have a pump like the blood system, so you have to move it somehow, meaning pulling metabolitic waste, and acids to the kidneys for elimination. How do you do that jon? I’m glad you asked! You need to stop eating dead lifeless food, because a diet of dead food, will not be a diet that will provide the body that energy to move lymph. It’s energy and the astringents that move lymph!

What are astringents? Astringents are foods that have a pulling effect, they clean and scrub. This is why Robert Morse ND, and the practitioners behind him push the fruits and herbs. The fruits and herbs are the astringents, and without astringents you can’t clean effectively.

Regenerative detoxification is about fully regenerating the human body, and the body heals itself, when you remove the foods that suppress that process. Foods that create mucus in the body stop that process, because they stop the flow of energy, they clog up the lymph system, and these foods are devoid of energy to get things moving. Keep it simple, and remove starch, grains, processed foods, meat, eggs, dairy, and nuts and seeds are hard to digest, and hard on the kidneys.

Vegetables are not astringent, so that’s why they are not the focus. As long as you’re not eating foods that create an acid ash, and slow down lymph flow, and clog up the eliminative organs, your body is going to heal itself. The fruits and herbs, will provide the energy the body needs, and will clean, as they are ejected from the body. (Bowel/urinary waste)

Because fruits are astringent, they will expose pain, so don’t be surprised when an astringent fruit exposes pain in weak areas of the body, or if an herb increases pain. Understand why your dealing with pain in the first place, and it’s because you created acids in the body that have got in interstitial spaces, and are chewing on tissue and cells. Fruit and herbs as they clean you, will expose that. Nobody is dumb founded when they squeeze fruit juice on an open wound, and feel a burn, so don’t be surprised if you feel this internally.

You do your best to push though it, because If you don’t move lymph, and you don’t filter the lymph you steered up though your kidneys, you don’t get out of pain. It’s acids that are causing the pain, and you won’t get them out on none astringent foods, so you need to bite the billet, and push though it. Your created the problem, and now you have to fix it.

If your in chronic pain, you still should go 100% raw and focus on the fruits you can handle, and work up to the more astringent varieties, when you start filtering better, because the body will plateau on bananas and green juice, but you may need to start there, and bring in the sweet mangoes, after some time, and then graduate to the more aggressive fruits down the road, like your citrus, grapes, watermelons, and your real strong lymphatic herbs that are astringent. If your interested in the lymphatic herbs, look at the lymphatic formulas on the herbal health club website, they are not recommended when you’re not filtering, unless your in dire straights, and need to push through any potential blowback that may occur as you steer up lymph, and you do your best to get your kidneys filtering in the process, so you can eliminate what your steering up. (time restricted dry fasting, and dates before bed can encourage this)

Don’t get upset, and blame the fruit when they expose pain in your body. The fruit is only trying to clean you, because they are astringent, and energetic. When you get rid of the issue you created, fruit is the last food that causes pain, that’s the proteins, and it’s the proteins that cause your body to braked down, which cause the pain and ulcerations in the body.

You can use the inflammatory herbs, and green juices, to buffer the pain your in, because if you truly want to get out of pain, 100% raw is vital, but don’t live in vegetable matter for to long, because the real regeneration takes place on a diet of fruit, because the lymphatic system depends on energetics to move waste to the eliminative organs, and if you don’t get your kidneys to filter, you can’t remove the acids that cause the pain.

The best diet to get the kidneys to filter, is a diet of all fruit, herbs for the kidneys, and adrenals, and time restricted dry fasting for at least 16+ hours daily, and doing this in the evening, makes it much easier after your last meal in the evening when the sun goes down, until noon the next day. Cooked food, salads, green juice will not get you there like the fruits can, so do your best to transition there, do what you can handle, and understand that a fruit diet is what’s going to help you move, and remove the acids that cause the pain, and you must get them out for tissue to repair itself, so bite the bullet, and you push through it the best you can, and this is not coming from someone just preaching, but a person that dealt with chronic pain, and felt the burn from the fruit and herbs, while I was pulling it out, I pushed though it, because sometimes you have to bite the bullet to do things right, or else it’s a long process ahead, unless you do. Just don’t be silly and impatient and go balls to the wall on lemon juice and lymphatic herbs, if you’re not filtering! And make sure to always, always, always be taking a Kidney/bladder formula, and maybe even two of them, when your on any other herbal formula that promotes cleaning and detoxification, because remember it’s not what you steer up, it’s what you eliminate that matters, and you want to be gentle on your kidneys, and clean them good, before you put the peddle to the metal, and go full blast!
