Getting healthy is easy, stop trying, be consistent, and just wait


People try to hard to create a result, and you don’t have to. Why try when all you need to do is trust and wait! The goal always when it comes to getting healthy, when it comes to fork to mouth is to get rid of the habits, not to just add on some healthy foods to your diet. Adding on healthy food to a shit diet is a waste of time, and money, because it will do you absolutely no favors at all, but cost you more money.

The reason why I promote less is more, is because I understand how the body functions enough to know how to get results, and adding on nutrition was something I learned along time ago was a huge waste of time, and hard earned money, and I never got healthy with that mind set. When I started eating simple, and I let go of the “nutrition” so called requirements that are recommended, I started feeling better overtime, and ironically fruits, berries and melons are foods loaded with nutrition anyways, except you don’t need a chronometer, just eat fresh fruit, and the body will simply get what it needs, and again to be repetitive it won’t matter about nutrients coming in the body anyways, until you remove the sewage that blocks the ability to absorb it, and the glands ability to produce steroids and hormones to utilize it.

No animal worries about nutrition, they eat simple, and they don’t get sick, and these of course are animals in nature, not domesticated matrix animals in your homes.

I will say it until I’m blue in the face, humans are the most confused animal, when we should be the smartest when it comes to what we should eat, but yet we still don’t even know what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat, and that’s the simple part as well, and kids understand it way better then adults. Eat when hungry, and stop when satisfied, and this is what kids would do naturally do without a worry in the world, and they would thrive, the problem is we force them to eat when they are not even hungry, because we think we know better then their body’s instincts, and natural signals of when to eat.

Who cares how much, who cares when, just eat the right food, and let your body teach you the rest. If you can’t keep it simple, I don’t know what to say! Just understand you will go in circles, until you learn that there is no supplement, fast cleanse, or any drug that will “cure” you

If you want to get healthy, your focus should be how can I get rid of decades of sewage that has accumulated in my body, and adding on some healthy foods, is not going to drain the swamp! Yes swamp! You have a swamp in your body, and it will take a very simple diet, and fasting to get rid of it, not eating, and eating, and eating, and all the wrong foods not designed for you, so you can meet your bull shit dilutional nutrition requirements.

If you’re not focusing on regenerative detoxification, the subtraction focus, and your in a lot of trouble with your health, your going to waste a lot of time, and for some reason, I see a lot of people with all the right information, but still wonder of into nowhere land thinking they can find some pill or modality to fix themselves, outside of just allowing the body to fix itself with time, just by fasting intuitively, and living on a simple diet of fruits, berries, melons, and a few herbs in the beginning phase to support the body as it expectorates.

You don’t even need to live on a variety of fruit ether, I was fine, and had no problems at all living on mangoes only for 7 months, a lot of you know that, but still complicate things with the diet. I don’t just “say less is more” to fit in a certain mold, I practically created this concept for my area by actually living it out in real time. Well I didn’t create the concept lol, but I understand it so well, because I lived through it. I knew I would get rid of a bad case of interstitial cystitis, chronic prostititis, and failing kidneys, with a less is more focus, and I did, when very few people actually reverse this condition, and end up masking symptoms, and struggling through life dealing with the annoyance of having this issue.

This is why I get frustrated with people that think they know what they are talking about, recommending veggies, and cooked foods for healing! Because I went down that road, and tried everything, and I also work with people that can’t get well on these foods, and need to really simplify things to a diet of fruit only, fasting, getting the kidneys to filter, and just waiting with time to experience the results, and those that are patient, have a good attitude, and don’t veer off with out of balanced methods, and things outside of nature, heal themselves, and then go on and help heal others.

Nothing is new under the sun, and when you understand why fruit only diets are important, and getting the kidneys to filter, then you will understand how simple it is to at least get out of hellville. Achieving optimal health doesn’t happen over night, but getting out of trouble is not difficult, and when you keep it simple, and focus on cleaning out the terrain, it should only take 6 months to a year to get out bed, and getting your life back to function in life, all the peaks and performance will come over time, when the body builds itself naturally, but it will have to strip down first, and it can take time in a world today to accomplish that. Nobody becomes a marathon runner over night, and especially when they destroyed their body to a point of becoming bed ridden.

Fruits, herbs and fasting, fruits, herbs and fasting, kidneys and adrenals, kidneys, and adrenals, kidney filtration, kidneys filtration, kidney filtration, less is more, less is more, less is more, brain wash yourself with this, because I did, and I got out of the hell I was in, and tons of others have to, to prove it wasn’t just a “coincidence” guys the less is more is so evident, it will take dry and water fasting as a lifestyle to heal the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental bodies, and a diet of mono fruit eating.

Go from within, focus on energy, hydration, and the astringents, and fruit is top of the mountain regarding that. I truly think that if you’re not out the door, because you waiting to late, fruit, herbs, and fasting is all you need to turn it all around, and also a lifestyle of time restricted “fasting” everyday is also a great tool to help the kidneys to filter.

Throw your isolated supplements in the trash, because they are not in harmony with nature, which means they are not in harmony with your body, you don’t have to rape your body will 10 lemon enemas a day, clays, charcoals, turpentines, and other weird and unnatural ways to heal, because you can treat for a season, but what good does it do, when you can clean the body with balance, by just eating fruit, taking some herbs, doing some Intuitive dry or water fast, or solid food vacations, and focusing on the main channels, and that’s the skin, kidneys and bowels. If you can remove the sewage though these channels the natural, and balanced way, and you stop adding on things to your protocols, and thinking that as long as your eating a lot of fruit, but still backing up the body with acid and mucus forming foods that also invite microbes like yeast, parasites, fungus and the like to come in and dine on the sewage, you will get the results, you just need to change your thought patterns to understand that fasting is most effective, and it’s practically free to do, and eating fruit is just a diet, and perfect food to energize and hydrate the body, and at least the fruit cleans you when it comes out, instead of backing you up.

Regarding foods when it comes to detox, and sadly I have to continue to lay it out when it comes to regenerative detoxification is to stop eating cooked foods, what a concept right, get rid of the veggies for a season if your in trouble, and an all fruit diet, and focus on the sub/acid and citrus fruit, and get some herbs for the kidneys, endocrine glands, lymphatic system, bowels, and brain and nervous system is what’s going to help you filter, and again fasting is important for so many of you that have damaged your body to a high level. When the body is clogged up, nothing less then a diet of fruit, herbs and fasting is going to be effective. You can transition for a couple months, but don’t camp out there for to long, because in today’s world it’s not effective, but a simple diet of energetic foods like fruit only is what you will need to get results overtime time.
