Glad your vegan, but raw mucusless vegan is for your health


I’m not the raw vegan that is all about judging, and pointing my finger at the junk food vegan eaters but It’s important to know that not all foods are created equal, and just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean it’s healthy. When I first became vegan, I thought that as long as I removed meat and dairy that no matter what I ate, I was somewhat healthy, and as long as it was “vegan” no health issue would accumulate.

If you went vegan for your health as well, you must understand that just because a food is vegan doesn’t mean that the body reacts properly to it, and that you’re going to be void of all serious health conditions that the world faces. I’ve been on a junk food vegan diet, and a whole foods plant-based vegan diet, and there’s a night and day difference when it comes to how I look, feel and body weight. The raw vegan diet I’m on now is much more superior than that of a low-fat whole foods cooked plant-based diet, void of salt, sugar and oil. I would say if you’re not 100% raw this is the second best you can adopt for your health, however this type of diet is void of accelerating detoxification to remove old stagnant inflammation thats all throughout the body.

For those that have deep stagnant lymphatic congestion will only clog up their body more on starch vs fruit and vegetables in their living state.

I have much love and respect for all the vegans regardless of what they’re eating, simply because they are not supporting the death and suffering of innocent animals. However we must treat ourselves with the same respect we would want to treat an animals, because we are an animal. We need to also have compassion on humans, and it starts with our self, when It comes to what we put in our mouth.

People can reverse a lot of health problems coming of a sad diet, just with a whole foods plant-based diet, but there’s many toxic problems out there that people are facing, and they need a raw food diet to eliminate them. Vegans need to also have compassion on humans, and it starts with ourselves when It comes to what we put in our mouth. You could help people reverse a lot of problems with just the whole foods plant-based diet, but there’s many toxic problems out there that people are facing, and they need a raw food diet to eliminate them.

Having experience a vegan plant based diet for six solid years my health still crashed because my kidneys were shutting down from excess protein, and I was not eliminating my waste through my lymphatic system, and a cooked whole food plant-based diet was not encouraging me to achieve this.

You must understand that if your kidneys are not filtering you’re not removing your waste, and we’re talking waste that you accumulate way before you adopted a vegan diet, and just simply eating cooked whole plant foods is not going to be powerful enough to eliminate the stagnant acid waste from the body, because mucus, pus, parasites, yeast and mold buildup in the body from years of wrong eating, and starches really are not the best food option to eliminate them, because these microbes, and bugs like to feed on complex carbohydrates, and processed sugars, not fruit and vegetable sugar.

The vegan diet is for the animals, but a raw fruit based vegan diet is for healthy humans! If you want to get healthy, you want to adopt a raw food diet, because in all reality a raw food diet is designed for every animal species that is on this planet earth.

Cooking a food was only created for survival purposes not intended for optimal health. Just because something is vegan doesn’t mean it’s healthy. If you want to affect this planet not only for the animals but to encourage a healthy human body, you want to base your diet around raw living foods not cooked.

It makes no sense to me that there vegans that are judgmental to cooked vegans and raw vegans judgmental to those that eat cooked. My intention for this article is not to judge, but to simple bring forth the truth of the matter, so that when we encourage the masses to go vegan, they can also witness the heath benefits of it, and will to a degree on just cooked whole plant foods, but in my opinion will thrive on a fruit based raw food diet, because that diet regenerates the entire body through detoxification and a cooked vegan diet is void of that.

Whatever diet you decide to adopt, it’s awesome that it’s void of supporting the meat and dairy industry, because that’s no good for the planet, humans, and the animals, but just don’t criticize a raw food diet when it’s this type of diet that is reversing people with very high stages of cancer, neurological conditions, and life-threatening problems, and with that knowledge alone, there should be a great respect towards it, not hate towards those that adopt it.

Any food in all reality that is void of life is not going to be conducive to saving life, and this is why when people have serious health conditions plateau on just a plant-based vegan diet, and need to step it up to a raw food diet based around fruit, because they need to move their lymphatic system, and it’s going to take high energetic, electromagnetic fruit, berries and melons to get that accomplished.

I have personally talk to and witnessed many people that still struggle with chronic health elements on just a cooked whole foods vegan diet, because they think that it’s going to take care of all their problems, but when they stop cooking their food, the floodgates opened up, and their body starts to detoxify, because when it comes to getting healthy it’s not about adding on, but it’s what you eliminate the creates the process of healing, and you must eliminate acid and mucus forming cooked food, for that process to accelerate in it’s healing.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t believe that all cooked plant foods are created equal, and for those that are not dealing with chronic health conditions, I actually would encourage them to transition intelligently and not jump into 100% raw. I would tell them to do their best to eliminate the acid and mucous forming plant foods, and to adopt a high raw vegan diet, But to still incorporate the starch-less, mucusless cooked plant foods, which are mainly just your starch-less veggies with the exception of Quinoa, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin, because they are relativity starch-less when steamed and baked.

It’s not that I want to be against starchy food and it’s whole form, but I’ve experienced a starch-based vegan diet for many years, and when I started getting health problems, they were not Accelerating and helping me heal affectively. When I removed the starch, then a lot of the Candida issues resolved, as well as expelling lots of mucus from my bowels, and also parasites and biofilm.

you must understand what starch is, and it’s basically a glue like substance, and this is how they make Elmers glue! Getting healthy is eliminating foods that leave behind residues, that block the flow of energy, and fruits and vegetables do not do that, because they are void of starch, and they’re also very astringent, and pull obstructions out of the body when they are expelled.

I am not just forming an opinion, I’ve experienced both diets, and when my health started to drastically make a turn for the good is when I removed the cooked starchy Whole Foods from my diet, and adopted a Whole Foods raw vegan diet, mainly built around fruit, and the rest coming from savory fruits, herbs and tender leafy greens.

The only reason why somebody would complain about a raw food diet, and return back to the cooked food diet, is only because they were expelling a lifetime of metabolic waste, and didn’t understand thoroughly the detoxification process.

This is why it’s very important to educate yourself before you go 100% raw and mucusless, because you may end up thinking that a raw food diet is harming you, but it’s really just revealing to you how toxic you are, because it’s caused the body to drastically heal itself, because when you eat living foods, the body wants to become more alive, and dead cooked foods do you not accelerate the healing process to a high degree like the raw foods do. This is why I promote intelligent transitioning, So that this misunderstanding it’s not so prominent!

You may feel worse before you feel better, but when you clean out the terrain, you get your kidneys filtering backed up lymphatic sewage waste, you will experience the energetics of the raw food, and experience health on a whole other level, but to avoid expelling too much toxic waste too quickly, it’s better to adopt a high raw food diet based around fruit, and still continue to eat some cooked starchless, and mucusless fruits and vegetables.

The goal, is to remove the domestication, and to return to our natural diet which is a fruigivore diet that happens to be vegan. Don’t rush the process, but just understand that it’s our natural diet that is the most healthy, not a diet that was created for survival purposes, because humans have migrated away from their natural habitat which is the tropics close to the equator where the sun shines.

Even though most civilizations throughout history if not all, relied on starchy food, and got most of the calories from grains, tubers, and beans, doesn’t mean that it’s the natural human diet, and also doesn’t mean that it’s superior with reversing health conditions that humans have caused from eating a diet void a plant food and fiber, are still going to need the energetics that come from the living foods to get deep enough to remove the acid stagnation dormant in the body, and constipated in the lymphatic system.

If we all come to terms on what the human species specific diet is, then the debate will end versus raw veganism, and cooked veganism, and we do have answers when we date back before civilizations, what humans were eating, and it was a diet virtually consisting of raw fruit not grain, tubers and beans that require fire to be able to eat them. Most of these cooked foods, contain anti-nutrients, enzyme inhibitors, phatic acids, and contain caramelized carcinogens when cooked.

It’s not a rush to adopt a high vibrational diet, that humans are not used to, transition intelligently, but avoid the starch if you have gone vegan, too much protein is hard on the kidneys, and it’s the fruits and vegetables they clean them, and keep the body clean, which is vital in today’s world so full of toxicity.
