I completely understand that because humans have created such bad habits in regards to the foods they eat, it’s going to take some time to transition to an optimal diet. Regardless of the struggle, I must state the facts regarding specific foods that humans eat, that are not optimal and designed for them, so that they could further transition themselves to the diet their biologically designed for, and will suit them in a positive and beneficial manner. Grains and beans will clog you up, and leave behind mucus and metabolic waste that overload the lymphatic system put pressure on the kidneys, and stimulate the body in a negative way.

Of course a diet of beans and grains is much healthier than an animal based diet, or a processed food based diet, but in all reality beans and grains are not a healthy food for humans, even though there are civilizations of people that live longer than those that reside in the west, making grains and beans a staple food, doesn’t mean that their thriving at their potential living an optimal life on grains and beans, when you could double your life span on fruits and vegetables. Instead of having second-best, we need to create the best option for the human species, and that’s definitely a frugivore based diet making the largest percentage of your consumption coming from fruits, veggie fruits and then adding in some leafy green vegetables if desired won’t hurt you.

So what’s healthy about grains and beans? They are full of phytic acids, enzyme Inhibitors, starchy and gluey, and also high in protein, which is hard on the kidneys, suppressing their ability to filter out acid waste from the lymphatic system.

With that said there is really nothing good or beneficial about a dormant food that has to be heated up with large amounts of water, in order to consume them because they are a dehydrated food source that is not compatible with the homosapiens digested design. Just because a food is plant-based doesn’t mean it’s optimal for the human diet. Cooking your food, ruins the food, and changes the structure of the food, which will lower its energy source, deplete the enzymes, and leave behind an acid ash and mucus response in the body.

So why do these foods contain enzyme Inhibitors, you don’t want to inhibit enzyme activity, because it’s important for the body to get enzymes to properly digest and utilize the food for energy and nutrition.

Digestive enzymes are used to break down the structures we consume into building materials. Cells cannot eat structures, they need building materials. And constructing a house, a builder will often tear down a structure to get whatever materials he can save, and then those materials to create a new structure. Our bodies has to do the same thing. It needs to break down the structures we eat into the simplest of compounds or elements for building, repairing, or for fuel. Enzymes are needed in this entire process. The Detox Miracle Sourcebook by Robert Morse, N.D. (Page 73)

Enzymes are destroyed when subjected to temperature starting from 110 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit and above. Lower temperatures can also destroy enzymes if the food is cooked for long periods of time. When we cook our food, we are destroying the life-giving properties within them, including the enzymes. Remember no other animal on the planet cooks its food before eating it. If we feed animals cooked foods they become sick and die, and veterinarians will tell you to never feed your animals from the table because they will get the same disease as we do.

Plant seeds, especially nuts and seeds, also contain enzyme Inhibitors that ward off predators. These Inhibitors block enzyme function, most notably the uptake of trypsin, and enzyme responsible for digesting protein. Animal research has shown that overly consuming foods containing trypsin Inhibitors can lead to hypersecretion of pancreatic enzymes, and enlarged pancreas, and benign tumors.

The most known anti-nutrients found in grains, beans, nuts and seeds is phytic acid it’s a phosphorus bound organic acid that protects the plant seed from premature germination. When you eat foods with these phytic acids still intact, they bind with important minerals such as calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron and copper and prevent absorption.

The anti-nutrients found in these foods are designed to protect them from insects and predators, and Invasion by bacteria, viruses or fungi. I’m sure there in there to protect humans from consuming them as well, considering we do not have a digestive tract suitable for them, and we’re not designed to cook our food in the first place, but to eat them raw, natural and in its living state, that’s full of nutrition, that begs the body to consume them for optimal health and vitality. If the food has a protective agent binded to it, it’s obviously telling you that it doesn’t want to be eaten, but yet a fruit contains a seed for reproduction, because it wants to be eaten, and it’s the perfect food for humans, and we never have to worry about phytic acids, anti-nutrients, and enzyme inhibitors being attached to them creating a problematic response in the body.

Phytic acids binding to the nutrients in the food, preventing you from absorbing them. The goal to optimal health is to fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination of waste. Consuming foods that are detrimental to these factors will not be suitable for you long-term, and worth giving up for fresh, ripe, organic juicy fruits, that absorb into the system giving the body all the nutrition, hydration and alkalinity it needs to function the way that it’s designed to function.

Grains, beans, nuts and seeds are famine foods, but still even in a famine, you have to cook these foods in order to break them down and digest them, there is no excuse to justify beans grains and nuts and seeds being a healthy food source for the human species. We need to get back to the raw living foods, that promote detoxification of removing these metabolic waste in the body, the breakdown tissue and damaged cells, and lead to chronic and degenerative diseases.

If you’re still working on transitioning to an optimal diet based around fruits and vegetables, then I would recommend potatoes and sweet potatoes over nuts, seeds, and grains and beans, because there not loaded with phytic acids, anti-nutrients, and enzyme inhibitors.

Beans are too high in protein, high in phytic acid, and contain a lot of sulfur which is the reason why people get a lot of gas on beans because sulfur proliferates with fungus and creates fungal problems. Grains leave behind a sticky residue that blocks the small intestine from getting proper absorption of nutrition, leading to malabsorption, and mucoid plaque buildup.

Grains are hard on the digestive tract, and suppress the nervous system as well. And in my opinion grains are not beneficial for optimal brain activity either. Gluten grains are very acidic, and will definitely increase pain if you have inflammation in the body which most of us do, so if you want to eliminate pain, I highly recommend removing grains from your diet especially the gluten grains that are extremely high in protein and phytic acid.

The goal is to remove these metabolic residues that becomes stagnant and hardened in the body. Fruits and vegetables are virtually residue-free, and clean out obstructions in the body rather than create metobolic dysfunctions.

If you’re still in the transition phase, and you make it a goal to get to 100% raw making the bulk of your consumption fruits in your diet, then I would just stick to the non cruciferous steamed vegetables and sweet potatoes, and use that as your cooked option, until you get yourself winged off the cooked food. I personally don’t like the cruciferous vegetables because there high in sulfur, and people just have way too much sulfur build up in their body due to sulfa promoting drugs such as antibiotics, and this sulfur sticks like glue to the bowels, and it’s very difficult to detoxify out, so eating steamed cruciferous vegetables may aggravate this problem and create more symptoms. And sulfur likes to proliferate with fungus so if you have a fungal problem, and sugar metabolism problems it’s a better option to stick to the non cruciferous steamed vegetable varieties.

Humanity needs to get back to nature, get back to the diet of their biologically designed for, tap into their intuitive consciousness, learn to go by your instincts, and common sense, and understand that cooking food destroys the food, and at that point is not suitable for consumption to create optimal health, and true vitality that we could find on a fruit based diet, that not only heals and detoxifies the body from all the obstructions the block the flow of energy creating a state of disease, but also will free your mind, body and emotions from obstructions that lower the quality of your life, when you can find energy, joy, and true happiness from foods that remove obstructions, rather than create obstructions that end up damaging the organs, glands, nervous system, lymphatic system, and suppress brain function when it comes to the mental, spiritual, emotional, and ego centers of the body.

Just understand that your design for fruits primarily, herbs are nature’s medicine for you, and avoiding nuts seeds, grains and beans will do your body good in the long run, and you will experience this when you remove them from your diet.
