High fat diets only cover up inflammatory conditions


Lipids are anti inflammatories, so they will buffer acids in specific tissues in the body, but they will not pull them out of the tissues so that the body can heal itself.

The reason people feel better on high fat diets is only because they are just band-aiding symptoms, but are not getting to the root, digging it up and getting rid of it. High fat diets especially that are based around animal food are typically very high in protein and uric acids. It’s the acidic proteins that damage tissue, and create inflammation in the first place, the fats just cover up the damage being done.

Once the body backs up with acids and reaches a saturation, the kidneys shut down, and the lymph system gets backed up, and doesn’t drain, and creates a sewage environment in the body. This is why high fat diets don’t work long term, because there is a saturation point down the road when you start running into problems. Weather your diet is based around nuts/seeds and oils or animal sources of “food” these proteins are very acidic and will eventually cause kidney damage and also ulcerate the tissue of the intestines.

The human body is a carbon fueled system. We need carbon, for its our natural fuel source, and body’s primary and preferred fuel source. Ketones are a back up fuel source when the body gets into a place of starvation mode, and has used up all the glycogen stores. If the body does not prefer ketones for its primary fuel source, then why are we trying to manipulate it with diet to use it as a fuel source? It makes more sense to feed the body what it wants, and that’s carbon mainly found in the source of simple sugars in fruits and vegetables.

If your dealing with chronic pain you want to be on a diet that’s low in protein. Low protein diets are not dangerous because in all reality the body is not trying to get protein to build, but rather amino acids that happen to be found in all plant food sources. Consider the gorilla and ask yourself where does it get its protein? Plants! Not dead animal tissue to high in carcinogenic fats and uric acids (proteins). Fats will cover up pain only temporarily and also through the body out of wake creating ketoacidosis.

Try it for yourself eliminate all high protein foods, and high fat foods, measure your inflammatory markers and listen to your body, and of course regarding your symptoms, do this for a week, and then go have yourself some protein and measure the inflammation in your body. Not only will you have more inflammation, but you will also feel it as well.

You can mask symptoms with diets, but your only creating more problems to deal with down the road, because you did not dig up the root. You need to clean your lymph system and get rid of the acid stagnation all through out your body, which is why you have chronic inflammation in the first place. It was the high fat and protein foods, and processed carbohydrates that created the acids in the body, and also shut of the kidneys so that you couldn’t filter them out.

This is what happens with high fat diets, sorry but there is no high fat diets that are also not high in protein. You can use the fat as your fuel source, and make that the bulk ratio of your micros, but still the protein is going to be on the high side still. Like I said you want to eat foods that are rich in amino acids, not proteins. Fruits and vegetables are rich in amino acids, and also work with the body for proper assimilation.

It makes no sense to me to base your diet around fats and proteins that dehydrate the body, and also damage the eliminative organs, such as the kidneys and bowels. You want to keep these organs healthy so that you can eliminate metabolitic waste, or you will just create more symptoms and feel tempted to go on diets that cover them up temporarily.

If you really want to deep clean your lymph system, you want to adopt a raw food diet based around juicy fruits, and herbs that clean the kidneys, unclog them, and also clean the lymphatic system so that you can remove the problem of inflammation which is called systemic acidosis, and do this for at least a year achieving constant kidney filtration, and then you can balance out on a high raw, Whole Foods plant based diet, low in protein if you choose. You don’t have to be a strict fruitarian for life, if you don’t want to, but if you want to detox the body and clean the lymph system, it’s vital and important to do so for a season, along with intermittent dry fasting, so that you can drain the swamp that has been dormant for decades in the lymph system in interstitial spaces in the body that is made up of over one hundred trillion cells.

High fat/protein diets do not work, they only mask symptoms, and temporarily make you feel better, because the fats are working as acid buffers, and you also feel better from elimination of more acidic foods, such as cooked carcinogenic oils, processed starches, artificial chemicals in junk food full of processed sugar etc.

A raw food diet based around astringent juicy fruits however will expose pain, because it’s only doing your body a favor and trying to remove the acids that are damaging your cells. Fruits are very aggressive with cleansing the body, but once you get your kidneys filtering from removing the proteins, and acidic foods, then you can get rid of the acids, and reverse chronic pain, not mask and suppress to fill good temporarily.

Go on a tropical diet for a season based around fruits, berries and melons, take herbs for your kidneys, endocrine glands, lymphatic system, and GI tract, restore and enhance structure function with the herbs while you clean and hydrate and active your nervous system with the fruits, remove the cause (constipated lymph system/ and systemic acidosis) and whatever you choose to do with your diet always have fruits for breakfast to brake your fast, and adopt a Whole Foods plant based diet low on protein, and you can sustain optimal health long term, because if you don’t keep your lymphatic system clean, it will back up (clogged/full septic tank) and will destroy every room in your house!
