If you have to cook the food, it's not an optimal food


Anything that doesn’t have a body, face, soul and desire to live, will always be a better option for food consumption and health. There’s first class nutrition, and there will always be second-class nutrition. I highly recommend not eating flesh of any kind, or the byproducts of a living being. The best option would be a plant-based diet in this case. However to say that beans, grains, and starches are an optimal health food, and designed for the human species, is a big misconception, holds no water, and it’s not a food that is known to reverse chronic and degenerative health conditions. First class nutrition will always provide the nutrient power, and alkalinity to create the detoxification process. The food that are species is designed to eat will create the detoxification process.

If you eat a food and you have to alter its structure, then it will take the body a lot of energy to process, break down and digest, it leaves no room for the body to continue the natural cycle of detoxification. Beans, grains, and starch, contain phytic acids, enzyme inhibitors, and require cooking devices, high heat temperatures, to break down their structures in order to consume them. In nature a bean, a grain, or a starch, will not be desired by the human species raw. Even the bread grain you have to mill and grind it down in order to create a bread that would even be desirable. Who could honestly say they desire, and enjoy the flavors of grounded wheat without any spice or salt or anything added? Who would desire to eat a mouthful of rice without it being cooked? How could you eat a bean without cooking it for several hours, and not lose your teeth? And who desires to eat a potato raw, let alone have strong enough teeth to even bite into it? The starchiness of a raw potato is not desired naturally to be eaten. If you have to alter the food with salt, sugar, or fats of any kind, you are lowering the vibration of the food, lowering its nutritional power, and trying to create a food that tastes palatable to how your taste buds are designed.

The truth of the matter is even raw tender leafy green vegetables are not truly desirable by the majority, without having to create some kind of special salad, adding salt, spice, dressings, and nuts and seeds, or some kind of fat in order to make it taste like a savory desirable dish. So what does that leave you with? The only food that nature has provided that is design to ripen with sweet sugar, with a variety of amazing sweet flavors, is the fruit.

Fruit truly is the only food source that we can eat raw, and desire it the way it is without having to add any kind of spice, salt, or added sugar to it in it’s truly ripen fresh organic state. Nature has provided a perfect food for humans, and yet we avoid this perfect food, and we spend hours preparing foods mixing and adding elements to it, in order to get it down. It’s a crying shame that because fruit is sweet we have created a misconception, and unfortunate concept that too much sugar is bad for you. The only thing that’s bad for you is burning your food in order to ingest it. You must understand that beans, grains and starches are very high in sugar, and the glycemic index. You must get your minds off of this whole sugar conspiracy, and understand that holistic foods that contain sugar are not bad for you, and fruit happens to be this food. Fruit is designed to be eaten and in an abundance or else nature wouldn’t provide thousands of fruit trees, and varieties for us to eat in its natural simplistic way.

Nature did not make a mistake, and provide us a food source that not only tastes amazing, but is the most highly electrical and energetic food on the planet. This is the very food that provides the cleansing process and detoxification process that the body wants to continue in its flow on a daily basis. The more you alter your food, the more sick you end up. You don’t have to alter fruit, and fruit has been known to reverse some of the most chronic degenerative health conditions.

A potato plain will always taste like a potato, a bean will always taste like a bean, rice will always taste like rice, but you could eat one variety of fruit, and you will always get a different flavor in some way! Some fruit will give you its own unique flavor profile, and if it’s properly grown, fresh, ripe and organic, it will always be an exciting treat, that will never let you down. It’s truly nature’s fast food! We desire fruit, and if you don’t desire fruit it’s because we have altered your Instincts by domestication, and have become addicted to pleasure foods, that you have to continually eat in an abundance in order to be truly satisfied several times a day.

Fruit is like nature’s dessert, and it contains the highest amount of nutrition to satisfy you, and sustain you with optimal energy for long periods of time. The only reason why you wouldn’t be satisfied with fruit, is because worms, parasites, microbes of many kinds cannot thrive in a hydrated and alkaline body. When you kill these little demons they scream for these pleasure foods that your also addicted to. The emotional connection we have with cooked food, is extremely powerful.

The patience that humans lack in today’s world is monumental! I completely understand the struggle, of desiring processed, and specific foods that you have to alter in change and order to desire them. I grew up on these foods, and I had an emotional attachment to them. Even to this day I get intense cravings of specific cooked foods, especially if I am focusing my eyes on images of them, smelling them, and allowing my mind to desire them. This is emotional attachment. Whenever you feel panicked and have a strong desire to eat these non-optimal food sources, always make sure to eat as much fruit as possible. You are designed for fruit, so if you eat enough truly ripe, sweet and quality fruit, you will be satiated in satisfied, and then you could direct your mind off of what matters treating your body as a temple, rather than a garbage machine, eating these acid and mucus forming foods. You must teach yourself to enjoy nature’s perfect food that taste like dessert, and learn that we are sugar seeking species that desire sweet food. The reason why dessert was created was because cooked food such as rice, beans, starch, eggs, and animal meats do not truly satisfy us or else we wouldn’t desire these heavy sweet desserts after a big filling meal.

It’s simple as understanding that fruits, berries, and melons are the only foods that you could truly eat raw, and not only be satisfied, but also could have a nirvanic experience of how amazing the flavors are. Eating leafy greens, nuts and seeds, are not unhealthy foods, but they’re also not really designed for our species either. It’s better to gravitate towards them, then second class nutrition found in plant food sources that you have to cook and altar and breakdown in order to digest, assimilate and eliminate.

Nature did not create fire for food man did. I’m glad this did occur, because humans have migrated away from cold climates, and fire is truly beneficial in a cold climate. But using fire to altar food is not in line with nature’s design, and anything that is altered in its structure will not create health, but may in fact contribute to poor health.

I still encourage you to the second class food source, rather than eating a food with a face, soul and a desire to live. If you enjoy your salad, that’s a good thing, and I’m definitely not against salads, and I may even eat them myself once in a while, but we must really understand and be honest and upfront about the truth, being that fruits, berries, and melons are truly human food, it’s the best food to be eaten raw unaltered in any way shape or form. We must get away from this whole green movement concept, demonizing the one food source that is most compatible with our species, and get back to nature, and get back to common sense, and understand that fruits have everything we need to reverse illness, and also everything to create optimal health.

We must as a human species get back to nature, get back to the diet were biologically designed to eat, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let our instincts guide us, and understand that if you can’t eat it raw in its natural state and enjoy it, you can’t say that a bean, grain, starch is an optimal food source, and is the most healthy. We are not starchivories, we are not herbivores, but rather human beings are frugivores. Instead of creating a green movement, vegan movement, we need to create a fruit based movement, and truly have the respect, and give the credit to the food that is on top of the food chain when it comes to optimal health and nutrition, the fruit!
