Vegetables and grains are the least compatible with the human digestive tract in my opinion, and of course animal products because they are void of beneficial fiber that our guts need to create a healthy microbiome, and healthy colonies of beneficial bacteria.

Vegetables contain indigestible fibers that don’t get broken down and assimilated in the human body, however fruit do, making it the best food source for humans. Their is a reason why herbivore species have multiple stomachs and grinders for teeth to brake it down for the body to use it. Humans do not have grinders and multiple stomachs, and the GI tract to brake down the tough raw vegetable matter.

If your goal is to benefit from the minerals and vitamins in the vegetables you might as well juice them because your body will struggle trying to brake them down so you can get out the goodies, and utilize the chemistry coming in, and it may just come out of you undigested.

If you desire to cook the vegetables to eat for satiation and balance, then you may even get more benefits regarding nutrition vs eaten raw, because at least when you look at your bowel movements you will see that they were better digested, because there is less veggie matter expelled undigested vs raw vegetables consumed.

It is quite apparent what foods are best for the Homo sapiens, and that’s fruits eaten in their raw and natural state. Humans are not herbivores. The primates that humans are most related to don’t swallow the vegetable matter but rather extract it, swallow the juice and spit out the fibers. humans are more related to the bonobo primate then the African elephant is to the Indian elephant to give you an Idea that we are in fact fruigivore animals.

The down side of cooking vegetables is that cooking destroys enzymes and also the vitamin c in them, however in my opinion, who cares because the tough raw vegetables are not designed for us to eat anyways but you can still get some nutrition from them cooked, and their also alkaline and want damage the body in my opinion.

The goal is of course to eat foods most compatible with your design, and to put the least burden on the body regarding digestion so that it can clean and repair.

But if you decide to eat some foods that are not designed for you, eat the ones that do not cause an acid ash hit in the body, and kidneys, and starchless vegetables do not do that in my opinion if boiled or steamed.

The benefits of eating raw vegetables in my opinion is to consume them for the broom effect to clean out stubborn mucus in the bowels, this method was encouraged by the great detoxification specialist Arnold Ehret discussed in his books rational fasting and mucusless diet healing system. The cooked or steamed veggies also will work good as an intestinal broom as well. However you don’t want to base your diet on cooked or raw vegetables, because you want to move and pull on the lymph system to get acids out in interstitial spaces, and vegetables are not effective with creating that in my opinion, and you need the astringent power, and electromagnetics of the fruits to clean and move miles, and miles of lymph fluids throughout the body that have become constipated damaging cells.

Some of you really struggle on all fruit diets, and also don’t live in climates that have quality fruit, and some it’s so bad the fruit doesn’t even ripen, so to me it’s silly to try and live of just fruit in these cold climates when you can juice and cook some starchless vegetables to at least take care of your hunger and nutritional needs, and still detox and heal your body, it just may be at a slower rate then just eating fruit.

You can also invest in quality herbal formula botanicals to make up for the lack of fruit you have access to and the poor quality. Use the herbs and the dry fasting as a method to open up your kidneys, and when you get lymph flowing and removed through them, then it won’t matter if you eat some steamed veggies in my opinion, because you are eliminating your waste and you will not accumulate acid ash waste from eating alkaline starchless vegetables cooked in my opinion, even though it’s not ideal to cook any of your food, but we also don’t live in an idealistic world we’re humans can play in the garden of Eden paradise feasting on perfect tree ripen fruits, berries and melons.

The perfect scenario if your on a 100% raw food diet would be to eat your fruits and juice your vegetables, but just know at the end of the day that in a “perfect world” humans truly are designed to eat fruits almost entirely as a fruigivore species, but we don’t live in a perfect world, so don’t beat yourself up if you need to warm yourself up with some steamed starchless veggies or veggie soups, because they won’t damage your body in my opinion even though we have purest dogmatic raw foodist, and fruitarians that will tell you they do! ?
