If your in pain or dealing with a bodily response that’s telling you something is wrong, then your simply not eliminating well. If you don’t eliminate you accumulate. It’s not about what a “health expert” says about natural diet. Your body is the greatest teacher. You know if you listen carefully what food creates more inflammation in your body, and what food eliminates inflammation in the body.

Out of all the diets I’ve done long enough to give a clear cut review on what works the best for pain, fatigue, and mental clarity improvement, has hands down been an all fruit diet. Yes a diet of eating only fruit. The same goes for eliminating waste from the body.

You must understand when your trying to detoxify and clean out your vessel, and get out of chronic pain, that you need to be on a diet that eliminates acids from cells, and tissue, because again if you’re not eliminating acids, then your ether way to clogged up from your prior diet, and the fruit based diet is still chipping away trying to remove the blockages, or your accumulating acid stagnation in tissue, and not eliminating them well enough to avoid the damage being caused, because your current diet is not doing enough to accomplish it.

True regenerative healing is fasting which is water or dry, and no food consumed, however a diet of only fruit is the next level down from fasting, and that’s why fruit only diets scare people away, because they don’t understand the cleansing power, and detox this diet can create when you go from eating proteins, and starch, right into just eating water with a little fiber, and also a food with electrical power, and astringency to move lymph and to expose weaknesses. To avoid accumulating acids that lead to systemic acidosis you need to listen to your body. A way to know if your removing metabolic waste well, is to check for kidney filtration, and of course if your having regular bowel moments. Your pee jar will tell you a lot about wether your removing acids and sewage from your body. If your urine is clear, then your septic tank is not being drained properly (lymphatic system) your urine should be yellow, and their should be floaty sediment or sediment that settles at the bottom of the pee jar. If your urine is clear, your just peeing out your electrolytes, and the water your consuming throughout the day.

If you want to get out of pain then you need to remove the acids that are stagnant in the tissue that’s expressing the pain. Remember a diet of fruit will pull out pain, and your kidneys job is responsible for removing it, and your skin. If you want to avoid accumulating acids, you want to avoid acidic foods. Acidic foods, are also mucus forming, so they clog up and damage the kidneys. All foods apart from fruits and vegetables in their raw and natural state are at some level acidic, and mucus forming, and this is the very reason people loose filtration on these foods, and become constipated in their bowels.

The goal is to transition to a raw food diet based around fruits, and to avoid raw foods high in fat, and protein, because they are acidic and mucus forming. And I’m sorry you salt lovers, but all salt in my opinion is an irritant to the body, a stimulant and acidic.

If you really want to dig deep and clean out your body, and remove the mucus and acids that damage it, you want to adopt a fruit diet with herbal botanicals. This is not a rush unless your in a lot of pain, or your on your death bed, and have tumors popping out of you.

Humans have strayed away from their natural diet for generations and generations, but if you really open your mind, and look into the research you will see that humans are fruigivores by design, and even more then the primates. Humans are designed for a diet of fruit and herbs. The very diet we are designed for, is the very diet that promotes the most healing and cleansing of the body. Humans are not designed for vegetables or nuts and seeds, but you may have to incorporate them in your diet for transition, so you don’t create to aggressive of a detox, and not eliminate quick enough to avoid the blow back, and discomfort.

When you transition intelligently to a fruit diet, coming of a diet of food that should be considered poison, you will understand what I mean about the fruit diet being superior for eliminating inflammation from the body, and giving you constant energy and endurance around the clock, but you must get through the initial detox to experience this.

If you want to be healthy and eliminate waste, then don’t eat foods that block the flow of energy, and cause obstructions in the body, and impair the kidneys and skins ability to eliminate waste, and your bowel movements, urine and overall well-being of not feeling pain, will tell you how well your doing that. If you’re not filtering well, and your also eating foods that are void of alkalinity, and you feel the pain caused from these foods, then your answer is your body, not the “nutritional gurus” that put all their energy on supplements, and foods humans are not biologically adapted to eating.

If you’re not eliminating your waste, then your accumulating waste, it’s really that simple. Pain, discomfort, fatigue, and cognizant dysfunction on a daily bases is a sign you’re not eliminating acids, and metabolitic waste out of the body, so it’s up to you to hydrate, and alkalize on alkaline raw foods to change that, and fruits, berries, and melons are the best for that!
