It's best to keep the diet simple and learn to eat simple


When you get yourself to a place where you no longer are addicted to the satiating pleasures of food in regards to eating three meals a day, the better your body will learn to adapt to the simplicity of eating and you will find yourself losing cravings for food all of the time. When the body becomes clean and you teach it to not be overburdened by heavy digestion around the clock, you will be able to maintain a simple diet of simple eating and be fully satisfied and satiated with your food. If you could work your way up to 1 meal a day and hydrate on fruit and veggie liquids throughout the day, over time when the body starts to absorb and utilise nutrition the way that nature intended, then you will find yourself eating a simple diet not a diet of complexity. Complexity will always rob energy and the body’s processes of healing, repairing, and eliminating properly. The less you have a need for “hunger” the more energy you will give your body to heal systemically.

We are a culture that’s obsessed with eating, and we also on the health food side can become obsessed with nutrition. When you detach your mind from eating all of the time you will find yourself going along throughout the day feeling fibrant, energized, and perfectly content when you’re not eating, the more that you think about eating, and the more that you obsess about diet the more you will create a “need” to eat, simpley because you are creating that manifestation energy in the subconscious mind which can create disharmony in the body as well.

I’m not talking about being obsessed with not eating either, I’m just trying to encourage a nature driven diet, that is completely normal for every species which is a simple diet not complex in the art of combination and the processing of foods. I also believe that we should always find a balance, and also indulge in pleasure seeking vegan foods once in a while and never create a negative mindset of feeling defeated, because you have not maintained a perfectionist goal. Become detached from the body, become detached from your diet, and to just naturally be in tuned with nature, and having a healthy mindset and you will naturally be attracted to the raw living foods most of the time as a lifestyle. Fruits and fruit juices are the most hydrating foods you can put in the body which you should naturally actually want to maintain during the day especially when you are grounded and connected outside in nature in the sunshine. This is being in harmony with the Earth, and when you are in harmony with the Earth in subtropical and tropical environments you’re going to want to seek hydration during the day and maybe something a little bit more heavy in the evening, but overtime your diet should become more simple and you should be more satisfied with simple when it comes to your meals.

The body does eliminate better when the diet becomes more simplified. The goal is to remove the chemicals, to avoid the genetically modified foods, to focus on the fruit, and also find your own personal balance with eating less, fasting more, and feeding the spirit that is being renewed day by day, instead of flesh that is constantly reaching state of aging, decay and death. The best way to eat fruit is fresh ripe seasonal fruit mono style. A salad should be simple with only 3 food varieties with minimal salt and spice. When cooking food, you want to focus on the mucusless or mucus lean foods lower in starch, and easy to digest, such as sweet potatoes and pumpkin, winter squashes, and cooked starchless veggie varieties.

Don’t revolve your day around eating, and don’t revolve your day around detoxing. Make your day a day of spirituality connecting and serving, and loving humanity, being in harmony with nature and enjoying her beauty, and when you become more in tuned with your higher self and nature, you will find yourself desiring food less, eating more simple, and also you will find yourself able to detox with ease and not so overburdened in the mind.

And you will enjoy the detoxification process when you limit your diet to a diet that promotes detoxification, such as a water rich fruit diet along with herbs and fasting. Simple is always best and the more you complex the more you get lost in creation.
