Its not about nutrition it's about chemistry


It’s easy to get caught off guard these days when it comes to information regarding health, because everybody is focusing on nutrition. Nutrition is important or else nutrients wouldn’t exist in the foods that we consume. However we must get back to common sense and understand what nutrition each individual species requires in order to function and gain optimal health. When your eating food your designed to eat, nutritional deficiencies do not exist. If you are lacking a specific nutrient it’s only because your body has been compromised on a systemic level due to acidosis and interstitial lymphatic constipation, which means your body is not detoxifying effectively because your consuming food you’re not design to consume. At the end of the day just because somebody measures your blood and sees a lack of a nutrients, you must understand that somebody designed these nutrition guidelines and dont mean that their necessarily correct because they say they have the science to back it up.

If your about natural hygiene, detoxification, and natural healing, then don’t waste your time finding your information through medical doctors, trying to meet a nutritional guideline. This is the wrong focus and will only bring more confusion. You want to find out what food your species is designed for and focus more on the chemistry of the food and how the body absorbs, utilizes and assimilates, rather than putting all your focus on vitamins and nutrition found in foods that don’t contain the chemistry that is bioavailable and suitable for your natural design.

You can eat a food your body isn’t design for, and doesnt digest well that may be high in nutrition, but if your body doesn’t recognize it as a food that’s designed for you, then you’re not going to utilize and absorb the nutrition anyways, which makes it a dead-end focus, and a waste of time. I find it interesting that we have to juice green vegetables in order to utilize the nutrition coming from them. Nobody’s going to sit around and eat a pound of kale to get the nutrition from it if they could just juice it, but doesn’t this prove that the chemistry of the food isn’t designed for us if we have to juice it in order to absorb the nutrition coming from it? In nature, to put clarity and common sense to this equation, you’re not going to juice your food in order to benefit from it which proves that it’s not a food design for you because it doesn’t have the chemistry that’s able to do its thing in the body. If we just look to nature, understand that every species has their own diet designed for them, including humans, then there should be no confusion on whether we need specific nutrition found in foods that we have to alter and change to benefit from them, when we don’t have to do this on a fruit diet, because fruits do rapidly absorb and digest most effectively in the human body which proves that it’s the chemistry of the food that should be the focus not the nutrition, minerals and vitamins that we get so hung up on.

Yes we have a food that contains vitamins, minerals, and nutrition, but the focus is that specific amount that’s in the food that were designed to eat is going to be what we require, not what intellectual white codes and people in labs measure things and say that you must need in order to meet your nutritional requirements. For those that study detoxification raw living foods should understand by now that they got it wrong when it comes to protein and that protein deficiencies do not exist. Even though there’s plenty of protein found in plant foods, it’s not the protein that the body uses but they amino acids, but the point to be had here is high protein foods definitely do not go well in the human body and that’s why we’re running into kidney disease, and colon cancers as well as prostate, breast and other degeneration and damaging to the cells due to high protein diets which the world is obsessed about not understanding that it’s only contributing to an epidemic of disease which we are seeing rapidly more than ever before in any age for that matter because the human species continues to drift as far away from their simple diet, and a matter of fact the diet that’s designed for humans is the diet that’s being the most demonized, and the nutritional world and the medical world which is a fruit based diet. If you compare your anatomy to a frugivore primate, you will easily see that your anatomy and physiology is perfectly designed for fruits, but yet humans have absolutely no idea on what foods they are designed to eat, because of the thick propaganda that has been fed to them their entire lives. We need to get rid of the chronometer, and replace it with the chemistry meter or a “chemimeter”.

It’s a big petpeeve of mine but I often let it slide when raw food practitioners, are constantly focusing on nutrition to heal the body, not understanding that it’s through detoxification of eliminating waste that allows the body to be fixed so that you can utilize nutrition. You could Pile in nutrition from food sources that aren’t designed for you all day long but when the body doesn’t recognize them it’s not going to matter anyway, and nutrition and vitamins do not clean out the body and fix the underlying cause which is acidosis trapped in interstitial spaces around the cells in the body. You must clean out the terrain, in order to have a high-functioning body and when you do it doesn’t require a whole lot of nutrition to be healthy. When the body is very clean you could thrive on a few pieces of fruit a day, but of course that’s going to take a years for the average person to achieve because of the damages they have caused to their body and having to fix it first in order to function this way. It’s obvious that we do have to modify certain things to fix our bodies first but when we do fix our bodies, it’s very simple to be healthy and it doesn’t take much to achieve it.

When you fix your body from cleaning it out through fasting and a fruit based diet you will find out that less is more when it comes to feeling optimal and achieving optimal health. When the body gets clean, then you would be surprised on how it makes its own healthy bacteria, vitamins and nutrition rather than thinking that we must get it from a variety of plant food sources. There is nitrogen, carbon, and oxygen from nature in the source of plants and the Sun, and many people live on it rather than getting it from the foods. I don’t believe that we should stop heating, but I do believe that we eat far too much, in the more simple we keep things, the better we will achieve health. We have been told that we must eat three times a day, take are vitamins and minerals, and eat 6 days a week, but who makes these rules and are they really important? Do we have to eat 6 days a week, and do we have to have three square meals a day? for the average person this may be true, but when you create optimal health I definitely believe that it is a big misconception, a misguided focus.

Fruits have all the nutrition the human body needs, we can thrive on all fruit diets, as long as we have access to quality fruit, and even then if we don’t, I believe that you can achieve optimal health as long as you get out in nature in the fresh air, and sun, and you focus on detoxification of cleaning out your body with fasting and you won’t require perfect tree-ripened fruits to achieve health. If you feed your spiritual body, and you align yourself with infinite consciousness, you could gain much greater health than just putting all your focus on the foods. We are obsessed with nutrition, we are obsessed with eating and, we must understand that it’s not the importance that we think it is. It’s about removing obstructions the block the flow of energy and suppress the ability to gain health in regards to the emotional body, spiritual body, and the physical body but when you only focusing on the physical body and trying to meet your so-called requirements nutritionally, you could only get so far with gaining optimal health in my opinion. It’s not about nutrition coming in but acids coming out.

Instead of obsessing over food, look into intermittent dry fasting, and give your body a break from all this foreign chemistry and nutrition coming from foods you’re not designed to eat which are going to be your beans, grains, starches, dairy and meats, and even greens, but yet they are not damaging to the body like the other foods but just not the chemistry that’s designed for the homo sapiens species, and if they are, then lets stop juicing them, and steaming them, and just eat them raw, and in abundance, do that for a couple weeks and see how you feel when it comes to energy and the digestive power, and then switch to a fruit diet for a couple weeks, and I think your body will tell you what your designed to eat rather than being controlled and propagated to think that we must eat certain foods, because we learn this from a guru or a so-called expert that tells us how to eat. At the end of the day when you go on a fruit based diet long enough your body will tell you what food source is designed for you, when you Veer off and start eating other foods whether it’s cooked or raw.

I think our bodies tell us more then a white coat or somebody that writes up something on the Internet. Don’t buy into what I’m saying, just experiment from yourself, clean out your body so that you could benefit from the foods your designed to eat which are fruits, berries and melons. I’ve heard it over and over again from people that have been on fruit based diets for long enough that introduce raw vegetables in their diet, and soon experience lower energy, as well as digestive distress and soon go back to the fruits because of how much better they feel when it comes to energy, digestion and not feeling so weighed down. If we don’t become intuitive eaters, in my opinion we will never gain true health, and it’s about the diet were designed for and chemistry, not nutrition, so take your focus off of nutrition, put it on chemistry and understand it less is more, and elimination is the goal not adding on.
