Living foods lifestyle, detoxification, and transition awareness


It’s important to have a rational mind when fasting and detoxing on a living foods diet. When you have come from a diet predominantly processed foods, that are very acidic and mucus forming, to a diet that is full of life and electricity found in your raw fruits and vegetables, your body will want to open the floodgates to get rid of toxins, acids, chemicals, stagnant proteins, calcifications, parasites, worms, fungus, sulfur, heavy metals, and drug residue deposits, it can be taxing on the system, if you don’t know when to hold back, as well as when to push forward. The mind does control the body, and if you exercise your mind, and it’s aligned with determination and faith, you could push through a lot of healing crisis without trying to slow them down, but for the average person it’s not smart to jump all in and go quick, and adopt long-term fasting modalities, but instead to adopt a more rational approach with transitioning.

If your coming off a standard american diet, I highly would suggest to not jump into detox if you’re not dealing with a life-threatening illness, and to focus on transitioning instead of trying to adopt a fruitarian lifestyle, I don’t believe most people should just adopt a fruitarian lifestyle right off the bat, but work up to this through intelligent transitioning. It could take a couple years for the body to fully adopt to eating raw foods, when it has been trained for decades to eat cooked, and healing is in the life of the food not in the death of the food, so when you remove cooked food altogether from your diet, this is when your body will start to heal on a systemic level, and depending on how toxic you are, it could be very hard on the organs and glands, and depending on how dehydrated you are on a cellular level it can be dangerous if you’re not careful. You want to be able to use tools to help slow down a detox or even stop a detox if your experiencing the following symptoms. Symptoms like severe dizziness, feeling like your going to pass out, not enough strength to get up off the couch, or your bed, feeling like your heart’s going to stop etc. (NO WHEN TO HOLD BACK) when chemicals and drug deposits and acids are circulating through the system and not being eliminated properly because the kidneys are clogged, I would highly suggest to slow things down, and the best way to slow down a detox is to just cook a meal. Cooking a mucusless meal, that consist of starchless vegetables can drastically slow down the detoxification process, or can stop it completely temporarily.

It’s okay to slow or stop a detox for a day, and just get right back on the detox the following day, this is not a race of how many days you could accomplish an optimal diet of raw living foods, you want to be intelligent about where your at, and how toxic your body is, and what it can handle. I would never recommend somebody unless they are dealing with a life-threatening illness to come from eating meat and processed food right into a 100% raw food lifestyle, and definitely not a 100% fruit based diet. I would encourage the person to adopt a mucusless plant based diet first, for several weeks or several months, and to start to slowly chip away non optimal foods, so that when the person does adopt a raw living foods diet, the body isn’t detoxing to aggressively to wear the person can’t handle the process, and ends up going back to a poor diet of eating acid a mucus forming food because they felt like the detox or the raw living foods failed them. This is actually very common for a person to mistake detox symptoms for deficiency, and this is only because they didn’t transition properly, and educate themselves with what happens when the body wants to heal itself. Detoxification is the process of breaking down the body, and the symptoms that come with that can be mistaken for deficiency, but it’s not, it’s actually clearing up deficiencies so that the body can fix itself when it comes to proper digestion, absorption, utilization, and to properly eliminate their waste. It’s important to get educated when you choose to detoxify your body, and adopt a living foods diet, detoxification is in the process of breaking down the body’s weaknesses, and all these weaknesses must be corrected in order for the body to rebuild itself, and the level of damages people have in their intestinal tract, kidneys, endocrine glands, nervous system, and the parasitic activity that’s going on in their gut is at such a chronic level, that it takes time for the body to rebuild a new ecosystem that is full of alkalinity, and hydration and could be a long process of removing metabolic waste, and feeling not at your best in the process, but the beautiful thing about detoxification is even when you do adoptive raw living foods diet, and go through this process of dealing with a toxic health element, you will feel much better with the hydration coming in, versus continually dehydrating your body with toxic, dead, acid and mucus forming food.

You could jump all in and at least give up a diet that is centered around processed food in animal products, but just beware that you may detox at an uncomfortable level that you desire, but just understand that this is cause and effect in the process of dealing with your own personal karma from being on the wrong side of chemistry the majority of your life. When your car’s in the shop you got to accept the outcome of breaking it down so that it will rebuild properly. But just know that all you have to do is know how to hold-am and know how to fold-em, and the most effective way to fold them is to take the life out of the food by cooking it, and this will stop the healing process, but I also strongly recommend to transition with balance, and detox at a moderate level, if you can afford to, so that you could adopt this lifestyle long term, instead of doing things to aggressively, not being educated properly, and end up going back to the problem and never finding a solution for regenerative healing.

There is no magic wand you could wave over your head, and make your problems go away, it’s either you make the changes, or you enjoy your suffering. You can’t treat these systemic problems, you must remove the acid stagnation, and treating a problem with pills and supplements on top of an acid diet, will only contribute to more breaking down your body, and causing inflammatory conditions that’s just a never-ending cycle of suffering.

You could go with the aggressive detox and use the steam veggie method to slow things down when needed, or you can go with the slow transition method. However if your health is extremely toxic, and your on your way out the door, I strongly suggest not holding back but going aggressive as you can because convenience is not on your side, and in that case I would suggest a 40-day grape fast, on top of dry fasting, so that the kidneys will open up, and you can eliminate the swamp, and do your best to push through any serious healing crisis.

If your coming off meat, dairy and processed food, I highly suggest to adopt a plant-based diet, and always have fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a Whole Foods plant-based cooked meal for dinner for at least 60 days before you start chipping away at the cooked food, and focusing more on just fruits, green juices or salads. The best diet for man regardless of the damages that we have caused, and having to transition, and doing things intelligently, is a fruit based diet centered around fruits, berries, melons. The average human cannot tolerate this type of diet because of the limitations of food, because they are used to concentrated complicated meals, and also because of the aggressive nature of the fruits when it comes to pulling lymph and trying to remove metabolic waste from the human organism. I highly suggest getting back to the diet design for you if you truly want to evolve on a spiritual, and physical level, but just understand that when you remove all the obstructions you will have no choice but to evolve on a higher conscious level. Detoxification is the solution and you should never fear the process, however you should fear the process of doing nothing, and continually creating more dis-ease in your body, and the more that you wait, the more difficult that detox will be down the road, so I highly suggest transitioning now, and finding a level of detox you can handle, and if you go all fruit and veg and are dealing with a healing crisis that is hard to handle, just steamed up some vegetables temporary to stop the body from healing itself, and jump back on the horse the following day, and just use the cooked food as a tool when needed.
