We are a society that has been driven to eat foods that are foreign to our anatomy and physiology. We over process and synthesize our food, as well as adding chemicals and additives to enhance the flavors (MSG) so that we become addicted, so that it becomes very difficult to stop eating them. Mucus a protective layer that’s builds up in the GI tract, as well as the brain and all throughout the body, to protect itself from foreign Invaders that come into it.

90% of what people eat in the world today are foods that create mucus in the body, and this mucus is very corrosive, and creates obstructions so vacive that only dis-ease is present.

You don’t want mucus in your bodies, because it blocks absorption of nutrients, and creates all kinds of unpleasant dis-ease like symptoms. We are a world of experiencing symptoms of dis-ease, and the majority of the planet has no clue about what to eat, and doesnt know what causes this mucus buildup in the body. We have become so used to cooking our food, instead of understanding we are a species design for raw foods, just like all the rest of the species in nature.

Mucus forming foods are pretty much all foods that are not fruits and vegetables, in their raw and natural state, with the exception of starchless veggies. Starchless vegetables cooked, or steamed are not mucus forming, and are an excellent tool and food option to have when transitioning over to a high vibrational, and high healing 100% raw food diet. It’s not recommended to jump from eating cooked and junk food your entire life, right over to raw fruits and vegetables overnight. Some people are able to do this very successfully, but the majority need the balance, because their highly addicted to these Foods, and extremely toxic to where they can’t handle a 100% Raw, without getting a very serious blow back. steamed strachless vegetables are a good staple during the transitional phase.

When somebody transitions off of these obstructive and mucus forming foods, over to a raw living foods diet, they will find tons of mucus in their stools after their movements. this is an indicator that they were overly abusing these foods that caused this mucus that should not be in the body in the first place.

It’s a good wake-up call, and should motivate you to continue to move forward and not look back to these foods that cause these obstructions, because the body wants to run efficiently on foods that remove mucus not cause mucus.

All foods other than fruits and starchless vegetables are not recommended for true health. If your trying to heal your body, you want to remove foods that create an acid Ash and mucus barrier in the body. The problem is people consume mucus forming foods more than the body can handle, and that’s why we are a world of rapid decline and degeneration.

The biggest mucus forming food on the planet that shouldn’t even be considered a food source, that humans so often ingest is milk from other species after they’re weaned off of their mothers breast milk. No other species continues to drink milk after they’re weaned off as babies, but for some reason humans have this ridiculous protein concept in their minds, thinking they need excess amounts of this milk for protein, and calcium.

this substance, which it is a “substance” leaches calcium from the bones, and the high amounts of protein causes bone deterioration. It is common sense that drinking milk from another species after winged off of our mother’s milk is a bit unnatural, and no other species does that but humans! because we’ve been brainwashed by the meat and dairy industry thinking these foods are important, when their killing thousands of people all around the world like flies, do to this disinformation and unconscious thinking. We need to stop stealing this milk from these cows and allow them to be free and nature.

Dairy products are highly mucus forming and constipating. When you have a cold or respiratory problem, where do you think that clear, yellow, green, brown or black mucus originally comes from? Where do tumors come from?

Or lymph node swelling, especially swelling of the tonsils.

Starches are mucus forming as well. Your starches are your rice, beans, breads, potatoes, and all other grains. I would say the sweet potato is the least mucus forming starch we can consume, and would be the best staple for transitioning from a sad diet, to a mucusless diet.

Grains are also very acid forming foods and leave an acid ash in the body the creates lots of inflammation and obstructions blocking the flow of energy.

Acid-forming foods tend to increase the production of mucus in the body because mucus is used as a natural defense against acids and other irritants and helps move them through and out of the body. If your diet continues to be extremely acid for extended periods of time, an overproduction of mucus can occur, causing poor digestion, congestion in nasal passages, sinuses, throat and lungs, or asthma. What are Deceptive Mucus-Formers?

Here is a list of foods that many people do not realize create mucus:

Rice (great for creating glue to bind books, bad for the transition to a mucus-free diet)Avocados (fatty item that may be used on the transition, but are highly addictive. Although technically a fruit, if used it is best to combine them with a mucus-free combination salad or vegetables to aid elimination.
