Negative thoughts and stress can create inflammation (Acidosis)


If you create negative energy in your mind you will create negative energy in your body. Negative energy is stress and stress is acidic. You’re trying to get rid of inflammation which is acid stagnation in the body yet your thoughts are negative, your focusing on the worst instead of counting your blessings and you think that your going to effectively get results with naturally healing that promotes detoxification such as an all-fruit diet?

It won’t happen for you trust me. For one true regenerative detoxification is much more than just a physical focus, it’s a spiritual experience as well.

When you stress which first comes by a thought and how you react to that thought what happens if you force the adrenal glands to produce too much cortisol, and not only are you creating acid chemistry from stress, but your working the adrenals to were they shut down and when you stop producing cortisol your in trouble with more pain because cortisol is a hormone that helps buffer inflammation.

Ever notice when you’re dealing with an inflammatory condition that when you stress it elevates the pain through the roof? This is because stress is acidic!

Control your energy space, thoughts and environment because if you don’t you’re going to struggle to heal effectively. Get outside and play in nature, practice positive affirmations and manifestation, practice yoga and listen and watch things that only boost your energy with positivity because you don’t want to download negative energy in your subconscious that can create a repetitive negative thought patterns, which will in return create acidity in the body and acids on acids equal chronic inflammation.

Stress shuts of the adrenals and makes them weak in producing Neurotransmitters and if you don’t produce enough Neurotransmitters then you struggle with activation to your muscles. Your bowels are a muscle and this is the main reason why you’re struggling with constipation when stressed and also struggle to filter waste out of the kidneys. The adrenal glands control how the kidneys filter because the Neurotransmitters activate the kidneys to filter better as well. You always want to focus on healing and repairing the kidney and adrenals by cleaning out your sewer system on an alkaline diet and focusing on the herbs that target the kidneys and adrenals and the fruit being the astringents and energetic foods to move lymph and hydrate the body.

The best basic protocol for healing and is the protocol that I followed to heal myself that I personally designed for myself intuitively is a diet of mono fruit only, herbal botanicals formulas that target the glands, organs and systems in the body, evening time restricted dry fasting for 16-18 hours every day, yoga, and the most important would be grounding in nature, meditation, which is practicing positive affirmation and manifestation and making sure my energy space is not stress inducing but rather built on love, awareness, and higher self-consciousness.
