Nutrition is not important for detoxification, however it may be in the long run

I remember growing up and thankfully my mom fed me lots of fruit especially in the spring and summer time, and I always remember having fruit in the kitchen that was ripe and always sweet, and just seemed much more superior in its nutritional value versus the fruit that I’ve experienced on the main lands, and even the tropics today. The whole world’s in a frustrated state regarding the fruits and vegetable quality. We have diminished the topsoil with industrial farming, and we have compromised the environment with toxic pollutants, and the fruit is just not producing the same quality. Fruit is picked unripe, and its either fermenting, goes bad quickly, or it’s lacking in its sweetness and flavor. It’s unfortunate even in tropical climates where the fruits are bountiful are still picked unripe, and sold in the marketplace. If you truly want to experience eating truly ripe fruit, you have to grow it, and produce it yourself on your own land or network with your neighbors that do, and hope they don’t use pesticides, and put GMO fertilizers in the soil. This is another issue is that lots of people that are even grow on their lands, or the small local farms use GMO fertilizers instead of using organic natural compost.

There’s a season of detoxification, and then there’s a season for building. The body cannot do both at the same time. Regardless of the quality of the fruit and vegetables that we have access to in today’s world they still are the best option, and their raw state regardless of how their produced, because nutrient depleted food you cook are also losing their value when being cooked, and are not going to provide your body with what it needs, vs low quality fruits and vegetables in their raw living state. There’s no question that you should always avoid pesticides, and don’t be stubborn to spend a couple extra dollars because your health deserves it when it comes to organic.

The process of detoxification the way I see it, nutrition is not important, for one your going to get more nutrition on low quality fruits and vegetables, but at the end of the day, less is more when it comes to effectively cleaning out the body and encouraging the body to detox and heal on a cellular level. If we want to talk about nutrition or lack thereof, I successfully detox my body pretty deep by only eating mangoes for 7 months straight, that’s limiting my body to one resource of nutrition, and not even understanding the ratio, as well as a mango that was produced before the world became stupid and started ruining the food, versus a mango the way it’s produced today. My body continually cleansed out acid stagnation in my lymphatic system, and got rid of tons of excess mucus in the body it should not have in it. I ate organic primarily, but also lots of conventional grown mangoes from Mexico and California, I did not experience any nutritional deficiencies during this time. This proves that nutrition is not important st least for a season. Im sure if those mangoes were tested for its nutritional quality versus the most quality mango that has been produced in today’s world it would be lacking, and also more on the acid side than alkaline, because the way the fruits are produced today have lost that alkalinity verses how they were produced in a cleaner world in the past but they still did their job and my own personal detox.

Intuitively something tells me that complexity may be an importantce in the long run. For detoxification purposes, mono fruit diets, herbal botanicals, and fasting is essential for a season, but can we truly sustain ourselves on a few fruit varieties for decades? I would love to think this is the case, but we just do not have enough resources, or personal bodies that have experienced decades on a few pieces of fruit that have radiant health, and strength or do we? We do have on record lots of fruitarians that have been on these very simple fruit diets for long-term like 7 years, of deep cleaning, and start to experience

Negative effects. 7 years is a long time of cleaning and detoxification. However I also understand the ignorance of people not being aware of kidney filtration, and you must remove the acids from the lymphatic system in order for the body to truly benefit from the food then to be able to thrive on less rather than more. You can filter all day and everyday and clean out your lymphatic system, but is nutrition still an importance for the cells when we talk about long-term sustainable longevity? All I have to say in all honesty is that I don’t know, I have not been living this lifestyle long enough, and my body is still detoxifying miles and miles of lymphatic congestion that I’ve created from years of abusing my body.

For those that follow Robert Morse ND, and are cleaning out their bodies on a fruit based raw food diet, are also advised and encouraged to take herbal botanicals because the fruits just are not quality enough, and because of the degeneration in the human body in the world today, it takes more than just fruit alone to help to clean and support the organs and glands and move the lymphatic system. Herbs are not hybrid, and also wildcrafted and truly organic, they still lack their potency because of the way the soil has been compromised over hundreds of years of abusing it, but they also score high in their nutrition and mineral ratios. Even though the herbs may not be as quality as they once were, we do have on record herbs doing miraculous things when it comes to healing and regeneration. Even herbs cooked and boiled have been known to help people detox and heal systemically. If the fruits are not doing it alone, that should logically tell us that they’re just not produced in a quality state, and trying to sustain the body on just fruit without the herbal botanicals or even supplementing with leafy greens such as daily salads or green juices, may be a good idea because of how damaged the fruits and vegetables are because of the way their produced in this toxic world.

Like I’ve said before you don’t want to focus on the rainbow when it comes to the living foods during detoxification, because you want to focus on cleaning with simple mono fruit meals and herbal botanicals, but when it comes to sustainability as a lifestyle long-term, a fruit alone diet may not be sustainable. Even though that fruits are truly designed for humans, and that we are pure frugivores species, we don’t live in a perfect world like the Garden of Eden that produces quality fruits that can sustain the body long-term, and this is why I think nutrition may be an importance regarding a diet lifestyle. Even though the vegetables are also lacking in value, because you can’t have poor quality fruit and high-quality vegetables when they’re both grown on toxic and depleted soils. However two can be better than one when it comes to something that is lacking, and this is why I am open to the idea that supplementing with vegetables may be an important in the long term to avoid running into becoming deficient.

I want to believe that we are living in a perfect world and can sustain ourselves on just fruit alone, because it truly is the food for the homo sapiens species, it digest the best, and it provides the energy and hydration the body needs, however because we have damaged our bodies, and damaged the earth, supplementing with other foods in their whole and raw state may be an importance in the long run, if we want to sustain optimal health and longevity.

I know we have some people that have eaten only fruit for decades, but are they a thriving? I don’t know I don’t live in their world, I’ve only been on 97% fruit for a little over a year now. I’m just keeping my mind open to the possibility that instead of having a specific belief, because of adopting the truth regarding the species specific diet regarding the homosapien just may not be a viable option because we are not eating the same fruit that humans ate millions of years ago. Fruit should always still be the bulk of what you consume, because I still believe they’re going to be the highest form of nutrition, but they may be lacking something that the leafy greens may provide that counterbalance the lack thereof, if not the vegetables, the herbal botanicals. I think the herbal botanicals are going to be your best option, and even better than the fruits and vegetables regarding their quality, but if you can’t afford powerful herbal formulas for a lifetime, then green juice or salad may be a viable option to counterbalance the lack of nutrition found in the foods today. I love the concept of simplicity, but something inside me intuitively is telling me that fruits and herbs or fruits and vegetables is important then just eating fruit alone, because of the extreme low quality and genetic weaknesses, may be an importance, if you truly want to experience thriving while your in a physical body.

Nutrtion lacking in the fruits may not be a problem, and this is just honest humble personal thinking and observation. I’ve always been on the side of less is more, and nutrition is overrated, especially in the context of regenerative detoxification!, however I must be open-minded to nutrition having an importance for long-term sustainable health as a lifestyle not just four seasons of detox. If we didn’t need nutrition for ourselves in the function of our body, then there would be no point to have nutrition in the chemistry of the foods regarding the balance of minerals, vitamins, and other nutritional compounds found in them. If we were not designed to consume, there would be no point for nature to provide food, but obviously the cycle of life requires food conumption regarding humans, because a baby cannot survive without its mother’s breast milk.

It would be nice to live in the Garden of Eden and in a world where we had an abundance of perfect fruit, but truth be told the fruit quality is hideous in today’s world, and scores more acidic than it ever has from the past. It’s still important to eat food your body is most compatible with regardless of how it’s been compromised and fruit is that food, but we all must be open minded to the possibility that it’s just not enough for long-term sustainable lifestyle, and that bringing in some green juice or salads, or herbal botanicals daily forever may be an important factor to look into, and also to implement in our daily diet for long-term sustainable optimal health.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
