Pancreatic problems in america is on top of the list when it comes to degeneration of this endocrine gland. The pancreas is a very important gland in the body that is responsible for the digestion of carbohydrates. Regardless of the confusion that has been going around regarding carbohydrates being a toxic food, is simply ridiculous and only pushing misinformation, to fund and promote the meat and dairy industry. Carbohydrates are vital and important for the human body, there is a reason why we have a pancreas in the first place, and that’s to breakdown and digest carbohydrates. If carbohydrates are so bad then there would be no need for this important gland that nature and God has created in our bodies.

The problem is not carbohydrates themselves it’s processing carbohydrates that are the problem, and eating foods that are not designed for the human species such as starches, and flour products. The starches and flour products put wear and tear on the pancreas, wearing this gland out to where it can no longer produce the proper enzymes that the body needs in order to break them down properly and digest them. Raw fruits and vegetables, have all the enzymes that the body needs, that are beneficial to the pancreas, so that the body will not be impaired from properly digesting foods that contain carbohydrates. The problem is complex carbohydrates, not carbohydrates themselves. Simple sugars found in fruits and vegetables, are much easier for the body to digest, and enhance the function of the pancreas. Complex carbohydrates, cook foods such as grains, beans, flour products, potatoes, will end up damaging the pancreas, depleting its function creating all kinds of digestive distress.

Are you expressing symptoms like gas after you eat, foods feeling like they’re sitting in your stomach, acid reflux, undigested foods in your stools, your on the thin side and have a hard time putting on weight, and your foods just passed through you and you get diarrhea, then your pancreas is not functioning properly, and acidosis has to suppressed this gland, from poor eating habits, and eating too much cooked food that has depleted enzyme activity because of sugars in these foods are to complex in there carbohydrate structures. These poor eating habits will end up damaging your pancreas, leading you to pancreatic cancer down the road.

It’s quite obvious, that Americans have a sweet tooth, and spend a lot of money on sugar, processed food, candy, cake, pastries, donuts, you name it that are highly concentrated complex carbohydrates, that are not designed for the body, that put so much wear and tear on the pancreas, overworking the pancreas and burdening it out from its proper function, you end up losing enzyme activity, and can no longer break down carbohydrates without creating an inflammatory response in the body, such as acidosis. What happens is acids build up in the lymphatic system, and when the lymphatic system gets backed up with acids then the whole body shuts down as a systemic system. When somebody has pancreatic problems they most likely also have GI tract issues, malabsorption, weak adrenal glands, and many other dysfunctions in the body.

The answer is not how can I treat this imbalance in my body, was supplements, and special diets that get you nowhere, and end up causing more problems for your pancreas down the road. The goal is to get on the alkaline side of chemistry, consume foods that your designed to eat, and give the pancreas a rest so that it can heal and function properly and be used the way it’s designed to be used and that’s to break down simple sugars found in fruits and vegetables.

You need to change your bad habits, and understand that your glands can no longer tolerate acid and mucus forming foods. The pancreas is a very sensitive gland, and cannot tolerate being beat up by trying to work extra hard to process these chemical-laden, highly processed foods. It’s common to even run into problems during detoxification eating predominantly raw living foods that are rich in enzyme activity that help the pancreas to function the way it’s designed to function. The reason for this is because when you stop eating acid in mucus forming foods that are cooked, and you start eating raw food, the body can finally start and heal itself, and when the body wants to heal itself sometimes the glands will stop functioning temporarily so that the body could focus on getting rid of acids that are suppressing these glands causing these dysfunctions.

So if you are noticing undigested raw foods in your stools, this is your body revealing to you the true state of your pancreas. It’s not the living foods that are causing these problems, because the pancreas is not designed to break down cooked carbohydrates, and there is no pancreas found in any species in nature that is designed to break down cooked carbohydrates, or else all the other species in nature would be cooking their carbohydrates in order to sustain and keep their pancreas healthy. The pancreas and the other glands that are damaged and weak, sometimes will take a rest, and this is completely normal when the body wants to heal itself and repair from the damage that has been caused. After a while your pancreas will start to function at an optimal level, and you will be able to experience quick digestion, and no longer run into these uncomfortable problems like acid reflux, bloating, gas, or even find undigested food in your stools. If your having trouble digesting fruits, then you have a serious pancreatic weakness, and I would highly suggest getting herbs that will help bring enhancement and proper function back to the pancreas while your body goes through the detoxification process on fruits and vegetables and heals at a systemic level.

If Your seeing a lot of undigested vegetables in your stools since you have transitioned over to a raw living foods diet, this is not something to be alarmed about. You’re not designed to eat vegetables that are raw in the first place, because we don’t have a herbivore digestive tract, and we’re unable to break down the thick, and tough cellulose in the vegetables. But even a healthy pancreas will be able to digest certain raw vegetables, when it’s running healthy. Even though vegetables are not a food that is designed for the human species, you could definitely get away with eating them without causing any health problems. The veggie fruits and the tender leafy green vegetables are much of a better option to eat raw anyways.

Fruits are the easiest food to digest, and they’re designed for the human digestive tract. When you have a healthy pancreas you should be able to digest a fruit meal in 20 to 30 minutes, and never experienced finding undigested fruit matter in your stools. But sometimes during detox the body reveals how toxic and damaged it is, from years of wear and tear eating predominantly acid and mucus forming food. Thanks to Mother Nature, when you start eating healthy and raw, all these problems do fix themselves over time. If you go back to eating cooked food, you will not fix the problem, and contribute more acids to the problem. There is a good reason why pancreatic cancer is on top of the list when it comes to chronic and degenerative diseases that Americans suffer with today. It’s not caused from the raw living foods it’s caused from the cooked carbohydrates that we are obsessed with eating, particularly found in bread, and grains.

You don’t want to be a statistic, because sooner or later they will not be able to find masking drugs to help mask the inflammatory and painful conditions that you will create with these toxic modern day foods that we eat, so instead of even becoming a guinea pig for a doctors science experiment with your body. I would highly suggest you get healthy, and remove the acidosis, and get on a diet that promotes alkalinity, and health.

Here are “shocking” statistic of pancreatic problems that we face in today’s world.

Number of New Cases and Deaths per 100, 000: The number of new cases of pancreas cancer was 12.5 per 100, 000 men and women per year. The number of deaths was 10.9 per 100, 000 men and women per year. These rates are age-adjusted and based on 2010-2014 cases and deaths.

Lifetime Risk of Developing Cancer: Approximately 1.6 percent of men and women will be diagnosed with pancreas cancer at some point during their lifetime, based on 2012-2014 data.

Prevalence of This Cancer: In 2014, there were an estimated 64, 668 people living with pancreas cancer in the United States.

Pancreatic cancer deaths to overtake breast cancer.

This week, it has been reported that the number of deaths from pancreatic cancer will overtake breast cancer death rates in the EU next year.

The findings of the study were presented at UEG (United European Gastroenterology) Week 2016 in Vienna. The study found that pancreatic cancer would become the third leading cause of death from cancer in the EU behind lung and colorectal cancer.

The new figures said that pancreatic cancer death rates were increasing in many countries across the EU. It is estimated that 91, 500 people will die from the disease in the EU next year, compared with 91, 000 from breast cancer.

Is it really worth the risk when the numbers are this ridiculous?, is it also really worth the risk to put your hands into a medical doctors treatment for you, when obviously they have not found a solution for the problem? It’s best to just go with nature, and allow the body to heal from the inside out, with the living foods, so that you don’t end up one of these statistics. Raw fruits and vegetables don’t mask symptoms they restore, regenerate, fix the problem, and revitalize your health from top to bottom. If you have cancer of any kind, or you have a serious health condition, it’s not just one area of your body that is failing you, it’s your whole body that is failing you because your lymphatic system is too backed up, and acids are damaging your cells, contributing to the weaknesses that your experiencing in these specific glands. Acids just find a home in genetic weak areas, and that’s where you experience the most symptoms.

It’s not worth being addicted to cook carbohydrates, and acid-forming and mucus forming foods. It’s much better to enjoy your life with health, energy, and vitality by changing your eating habits today, so that you don’t run into the serious problems down the road.
