The amazing benefits of alfalfa herb

Alfalfa might be one of my favorite herbs, it’s very rich in amino acids, so helps support muscle function and it contains lots of chlorophyll which brings oxygen to cells and also helps fight off pathogens. Alfalfa also has literally the highest amount of calcium you could find in a herb. Alfalfa is a main staple for horses and look at how big and powerful there are. Alfalfa is typically used for arthritis, intestinal and skin disorders, liver problems, and it’s also great as a natural deodorizer.

Alfalfa contains All the known vitamins and minerals for Life. Because alfalfa is so rich in calcium and minerals, and neutralizes acids to remove them from the body. A lot of people don’t know this but Alfalfa is also a great herb for the pituitary gland for it is known to stimulate its function. Alfalfa has been tested and a scored high in B12 so it’s also a great source of B12 for those that are low, which is essential for optimal health. If you swish Alfalfa tea in your mouth it can help strengthen your teeth enamel and keep your gums strong.

If your looking for a good substitute other than protein, I highly recommend alfalfa because it’s got high amino acids, and it’s the body that utilizes the amino acids not the protein structures themselves, so it’s a good protein replacement if trying to be gentle on your kidneys and keep them functioning optimally. I like to add Alfalfa leaf to my coconut water and let it Steep and Infuse overnight in my fridge, this is like a blood transfusion for replenishing your cells as well as bringing hydration and nourishment to your body. I have about 3 cups a day while I intermittent fast, and it’s a perfect cocktail to give me the energy and strength I need while my body works on removing metabolic waste while fasting.

Those that have subcutaneous lymph stagnation in their skin can greatly benefit from Alfalfa while they work on removing metabolic waste from the lymphatic system, and getting the kidneys to filter which is key, but the high chlorophyll in the Alfalfa purifies and removes impurities from the skin, and can help stubborn skin issues while you detoxify your body. Alfalfa because it’s so rich in calcium and B vitamins could also strengthen hair growth to bring more oxygen and circulation to the scalp. For those that have very weak adrenal glands don’t get good utilization of minerals so they lack zinc and iron, while you work on your adrenal glands to fix utilization, Alfalfa may be a good way to get more iron and zinc, which is also a reason why you can lose your hair on top of acidosis stagnant in interstitial spaces in your head that are causing your hair to fall out, which is why you always want to go after your lymphatic system instead of trying to treat the issue, but since Alfalfa is a beneficial herb it could help strengthen, while you get to the root cause of the issue which is lymphatic stagnation and lymph constipation.

The beautiful thing about alfalfa because it’s high in calcium, also is high in silica which helps you to facilitate and utilize calcium. If your having connective tissue weakness it’s because your parathyroid gland is down, and your parathyroid is responsible for calcium utilization, so while you work on your parathyroid, so that you can get utilization of calcium, Alfalfa is great because the silica will help you to try and facilitate and utilize calcium during the process of fixing the parathyroid gland which is the root cause of why your body is not using the calcium to strengthen your bones and connective tissue. Silica is also good for your hair and strengthens connective tissue which helps the hair grow stronger.

Because calcium is an antacid, Alfalfa has also been known to help with intestinal acid stagnation, like gastritis, stomach ulcers indigestion, bloating and nausea, and alfalfa sprouts have been known to help with constipation because it’s high in fiber and helps move things through the bowels.

Alfalfa’s also has natural diuretic properties for those that are struggling with retention due to weak kidneys. So it may be a good source to help with urination, which is vital and important to remove metabolic waste.

Vitamins Alfalfa herb contains

Vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin c, vitamin B5, but vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin K, Vitamin C, and folic acid, to name a few.

Minerals Alfalfa herb contains

Iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, selenium, Boron, chromium, sodium, potassium, zinc, and silicone to name a few.

Amino acids Alfalfa herb contains

Alfalfa is a very rich source of amino acids. This great herb has 14 amino acids present in it and eight of them are essential to our health the eight essential amino acids that are present in Alfalfa are leucine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, threonine, isoleucine, methionine, valine, and lysine.

The vitamins, minerals and amino acids found in alfalfa make it a power house herb, and definitely a great replacement for a protein powder or supplement.

It makes no sense to destroy your body with protein powders and isolated vitamin and mineral supplements when you could find everything you need in Alfalfa and many other great herbs for that matter. If Alfalfa could build very strong animals like horses and cows, imagine what it could do for the human muscles, and also not put damage on the kidneys, but in fact help to regenerate and clean out the kidneys. Not only is alfalfa a great alternative for building muscle and athletic endurance, it’s also so high in chlorophyll that it will keep your blood and cells clean and nourished. Truly fruits and herbs are all we need to build a healthy body.
