The foundation is essential, but detoxification is very personal

There must be a fundamental foundation regarding the essentials of how to get the body well and properly detoxify it. The essential method you want to create in order to remove stagnancy of toxicity in the body is to move and remove lymphatic waste that’s stagnant in the lymphatic system. If you come to understand the simplicity of chemistry you can understand the two sides of chemistry, acid and alkaline, and the problem is the human body is more on the acid side of chemistry, so it’s important to consume alkaline foods and to remove acid forming foods that leave an acid ash in the body. The most alkaline forming foods you can eat are fruits, berries and melons and your green juices and salads. This is the fundamental essential importance that you must adopt in order to get the body well is to hydrate and alkaline with the hydrating and alkaline forming foods. You also must create kidney filtration so you could remove stagnant lymphatic waste that will want to flood through the system and escape through the kidneys when you adopt a raw living foods diet that’s based around alkaline food. Fruit is astringent so it helps to electrify and move the lymphatic system, and the herbs help to support the glands, and organs, and open up their channels for elimination.

We have the trends, such as the grape fast, water fast, dry fast, master cleanse, and all these fancy protocols that may be a beneficial tool to help the body to filter, and remove metabolic waste, however everybody has their own specific genetic weaknesses and specific areas of their body that are expressing these weaknesses, and you must become your own personal master, and figure out what will help encourage you to get kidney filtration, and also to remove stagnant plaque buildup in the GI tract, and what works for one person may not work for you, as long as you have the essential foundation you have to experiment and change things up so that the body doesn’t plateau when it’s trying to remove stagnancy that is stubborn to come out.

You could ask the question on what fruit works the best, what herb works the best for this, and my answer is always going to remain the same, and that’s less is more and simple is most effective. I think that transitioning is an effective tool to help the body to remove what it needs on a daily basis as a lifestyle, because too much aggression can shock the system and the body will become stubborn to eliminate what it’s stirring up. You don’t want to just come off of a poor diet right into a water fast, because somebody has experience results, you want to slowly chip away your diet, adopt an alkaline diet, gradually remove the cooked plant foods, and start eating them raw, this would be a basic suggestion for somebody that doesn’t have a chronic illness, and may not have the convenience to go slowly. For somebody with a chronic condition, I would suggest going aggressive and doubling up on the herbal botanicals to support the organs and glands and to get the kidneys filtering.

Somebody could have very stubborn kidneys and bladder, so too much liquids can suppress their ability to filter stagnant waste. Somebody could have a very sensitive GI tract, and damage their digestive system, and pancreas, and may need to be on juice temporarily because digesting all this heavy fiber may be difficult for them, especially when the body isn’t used to breaking down and digesting raw food due to having to readapt, so juice may be beneficial for somebody for a season, but also be a hindrance for somebody that has a weak bladder. There is so much that goes into this on an individual basis, and that’s when we must take on the lifestyle and pursue it ourselves long enough to where we become masters at figuring out the pros and cons.

Another example could be that somebody has very weak adrenal glands, and does better with grazing on fruit to get that electromagnetic energy into their cells to bump up the adrenal function, and by bumping up the adrenals will help to support the kidneys so that they filter better. Somebody may have good functioning adrenal glands, but very low functioning kidneys, and need to dry fast on a consistent basis, either 24 to 36 hours a week, or 16 to 20 hours daily as an intermittent dry fast, in order to keep their kidneys filtering. Dry fasting can be good for one person depending on what stage they are at, in their healing journey, and also be a hindrance to somebody with really low neurotransmitters that needs all the energy they can from the living alkaline forming foods. But the cool thing about intermittent dry fasting is that whether you have weak adrenals or not, everyone can wind down in the evening and start their dry fast when the sun goes down until the next day for at least 12 to 16 hours daily, and to hydrate first thing in the morning, and this can be used as an effective method to encourage daily consistent kidney filtration.

Don’t waste your time doing something on a continual basis, because somebody else is doing it, if it’s not helping you move your bowels and gettimg your kidneys to filter, don’t be afraid to switch things up, instead of having juice everyday, have a smoothie, or eat your fruits whole. Somebody could eat bananas and avocados everyday and get great kidney filtration, and another person if they eat bananas and avocados can clog them up and suppress their ability to filter. I say to just eat fruits, berries and melons in all categories weather that’s sweet, sub acid, botanical, or citrus.

The cool thing is we could pee in a jar every morning and find out what works better, and what works the least effective regarding the living foods. You want to focus on the juicy fruits because they’re astringent, and hydrating to the body, but you could also find your own personal balance with the denser fruits like the dried fruits, the bananas, and avocados, if they don’t hinder your body’s ability to remove lymphatic waste, and if they do just remove them, if you don’t have success with a mango, have some grapes instead, and see if that helps. If you do okay with watermelon and they don’t give you melon belly and constipate you, then eat melons, but if melons give you melon belly, cause excessive bloating and gas, and cause excessive urination which keeps you up in the middle of the night, and this could be a hindrance to kidney filtration because the bladder is not at rest, then give up the watermelons and find another fruit. This may be limited based on the location you live, and the access of specific fruits you can get, but when it comes to regenerative healing, you always want to switch things up the best you can so that you can keep the body working harder, and removing lymph waste, and then you could balance out with more food options later that you may have access to that dont limit your diet, and rat you out mentally.

It also may be important for your own personal mental balance during detox, to have one meal a week that may be on the more denser side if you could handle it for your digestion, to have a dense salad, or some raw tacos for example, because if your mind is always focusing and stressing over healing and aggressive detox because you want the pain and suffering to end, this could actually suppress your ability to filter and put your adrenal glands through the ringer, and this is something you definitely don’t want to do, because stress is very hard on the body and prevents it from healing. Don’t beat yourself up, if one day you feel like having bananas, avocados, and dates when you feel like you should be only eating grapes!? Make it a lifestyle, and find your balance, and understand the detoxification is not a race, and you can’t force the body to heal regardless of how fast and aggressive you go.

I also like the method of hitting it hard for one week, and slowing it down the next week, but when you do slow it down, still make it simple meals that aren’t hard on the kidneys and GI tract like your more dense fruits, and a savory salads.

Keep it simple my friends, and it’s as simple as your fruits, berries, melons and herbs is the foundation for effective detoxification, and it’s up to you to figure out what fruits work best for you, and what herbs work best for you, but I’d highly suggest not overeating, and stop consuming when the sun goes down, have a dense alkaline raw cheat meal once or twice a week if this is going to help you from not falling off detox completely, and going back to acid and mucus forming cooked foods. Make this a lifestyle where you can have fun with pulling back, and pushing forward, and eventually your body will regenerate and remove the stagnancy that is causing the dysfunctions, and you will be able to have done this with balance, and become your own personal master of detoxification.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
