The more you eat cooked food the harder it will be to give it up


When you have transitioned yourself from a cooked food diet to a raw living foods diet, you will notice changes taking place in your body. The body will start to clean and detoxify and remove years of metabolic waste matter that has been stored up in the body trapped and stagnant. When you remove the blockages you experience the electromagnetic energy like you never have before with the raw living foods. You will start to feel nourished, and experience the easy digestion, and you will transform on a physical, mental, and spiritual level that you would find it very difficult on a cooked food diet because of the dehydrated nature of the cooked foods and the metabolic waste they leave behind. Cooked food does block the flow of energy in the body suppressing its ability to flow the way it’s designed to flow. I don’t want to come acrossed like cooked food is the devil, because I truly believe that humans must transition slowly off of the cooked food, and use the mucusless cooked foods to transition to a 100% raw living foods diet.

The mucusless cooked foods are going to be your starchless steamed vegetables. However I don’t revere the cooked food because it’s unnatural for the human species let alone any species, and that’s why people have such a high addictive battle with these foods. However because humans have been eating primarily cooked food their entire life, they must be very careful to create the discipline and the new habit of not putting fire to their foods, and learning to enjoy the natural chemistry of the food there designed to eat, which in my opinion we are frugivores species design for the fruits. Transitioning off the cooked food slowly and just incorporating more raw living foods in your diet is a reasonable goal, and jumping head first into 100% raw high fruit, may not be recommended for most people if you want to sustain yourself and accomplish realigning yourself with nature and pursuing this as a lifestyle long-term. You also don’t want to be stagnant in the transition period for too long either because again cooked food is very addictive and the more you eat it the more you become a slave to it. Finding balance is important but I don’t believe that we need the cooked meal to find that balance.

We could find the balance in the raw food kingdom because there’s plenty of raw foods that are also addictive and not as compatible with the human design, but also do not leave behind metabolic waste and cause degenerative health conditions like a lot of the cooked food does. In my opinion it would be better to balance out once a week with a gourmet raw food dish then too have that “cheat meal” of heavy starch, grains, beans, and the worst being the animal flesh and milks. The more you compromise with these foods, the harder it will be to find the discipline and desire to keep the high fruit level sustainable. What I have learned is that when you be consistent long enough, you will learn to adapt and be extremely satisfied on very simple dishes of just mono fruit meals, but once you bring in those addictive foods, it’s going to be more of a challenge to be satisfied on the most optimal foods because they become active in the system kind of like a drug. We live in a world today where cooked food is on the menu much more then a raw food dish would ever be, but this is not an excuse to conform yourself to an unconscious Society model, because these excuses you find will only make you more of a slave to these devices. You must master your own reality, and we must create the need for the raw living foods so that it can be more of an accessory not an inconvenience. We don’t want to make the foods that were designed to eat an inconvenience, so we must create the excitement, instead of always being on the negative side of saying how hard it is to sustain yourself because of the model and structure of society.

Nature has given us a gift in the fruits because they contain the seeds to reproduce and grow more fruit trees, if we continually grow more fruit trees we can create an abundance to wear this excuse will never be viable. If we realign or self to the law of Nature, and we start growing quality fruits and vegetables, we are a creative species, then we can find ways to be extremely satisfied on nutrient-rich living foods such as your fruits, berries and melons, and the more need we create by filling up our kitchens with an abundance of fruits that we must eat before they go rotten, then we could balance out the priority to eat them rather than to go to the low vibrational food options of having to cooked meal, because we have an excuse because we were cold or because we don’t have access to quality fruits, and the excuses are heavy winded.

This article is for those that desire to pursue a living foods lifestyle, but also have been compromising with cooked food meals, and are finding it difficult to get back on track, this is the reality of how addictive cooked food is, if it’s difficult to get back on track because you once were very satisfied on basic fruit meals before you made the compromise. So this should speak loud and clear that you have created a negative habit, and all you must do is break that habit and give yourself the time of abstaining so that you can regain the discipline once again, and this is why I believe the cheat meals, and allowing your consciousness to be open to cooked meals, when you know that you desire a living foods diet because you want to be aligned with nature, not because you desire perfection, but because you just truly don’t want to put fire to your foods because no animal in nature does that.

The more you eat cooked food the harder it will be to give it up, even a simple steamed potato can be very addictive, and the bizarre thing about it is it has nothing on flavor compared to a juicy ripe fresh mango, but yet humans crave simple steamed potatoes because it creates an environment in the body that feeds fungus in my opinion, that’s also a complex sugar hard for the adrenal glands to metabolize their sugars, and it’s a comfort food that weighs you down. Humans want to be weighed down because we live in a world of unconsciousness and this is understandable, but if you want to transcend out of the status quo, you must be on the high vibrational living foods and stop putting fire to your food to numb yourself.

If you have been 100% raw for a long time but also dabble with cooked food and this has become a chain reaction, and bad habit, just give it some time by abstaining for at least a couple weeks, and just learn from the mistake and don’t go back and feed it again because the more you feed it the more it will be in your mental psyche, and when your mind keeps playing the desire, it will be difficult to let go of it. You must motivate yourself, and put your eyes on things that will bring inspiration and motivation to stick to your goal to be most aligned with nature, which is the goal to be on the living foods not because your desire perfection. This is not about perfection and demonizing cooked food, it’s about what’s most vital, and will create optimal health that you truly seek, and that’s why you have gone on a raw food diet in the first place, not only to maybe reverse a health condition but also because it is brought awareness and consciousness on a whole new level and you don’t want to numb that out. Just understand an addiction cannot grow if you’re not feeding it. Don’t beat yourself up or ever look back or forward just live in the now, and when we have access to enough fruit and vegetables to suit our needs, then we don’t need to make an excuse a mental negativity to backtrack because we do have the ability to move forward. Continually tell yourself that you could do all things, and that you and have it the very all of consciousness that comes from the infinite.
