Without question to heal and repair your body, you need to make drastic changes to your diet because chemistry will create cause and effect whether that’s positive or negative. Acid dominate chemistry which is found in high protein cooked foods and really anything cooked will not promote hydration and cooked foods are dehydrating by nature. So you have to become “pure” with your diet to detox, hydrate, and to bring alkaline to dominate chemistry into the body to help the acids come out and all the rest of the sewage we create when we eat acid dominate and processed foods.

To move lymph you want to focus on the fruit and when your body is a rock and you are dealing with systemic acidosis astringent fruits and fruit juices are effective in nature to break that up and this is why it is important to move lymph and to get kidney filtration.

However, the idea for lifestyle is to eat healthily, to fast, to not overeat, and to abstain from highly processed foods and mucus-forming foods and high cooked denatured protein foods. You must find your balance because if your purist/perfectionist obsession with detox causes stress it won’t matter how perfect your detox protocol is because stress is very acidic and depletes the very gland that helps the body eliminate the waste back up. The adrenal glands don’t function well when you create mental stress.

Stress is constipating for the lymph system and bowels because your adrenal glands control the kidneys and bowels which are 2 major eliminative organs to get rid of the accumulation of waste that caused your health to decline. To keep it simple acids, mucus, poisons, etc staying at home in the body damaging cells and causing dysfunction to tissue which impairs digestion, absorption, utilisation.

80% fruit and 20% veggies along with fasting and a good mental sound mind and determination to heal are what will help you reach your health goals. If you’re not literally knocking on death’s door and you are stressed about your diet being all fruit and can’t enjoy yourself then stop please because the stress is more of a problem than being a fruitarian/juicetarian. Have a salad and have some avocado sparingly and maybe even some raw organic corn in a simple salad if that brings balance and mental stability. For 20% veggie balanced approach on a living foods diet of 80% fruit, I like iceberg lettuce for the sweeping the bowel affect, water content, and hydration priorities. I think cucumbers are the most hydrating melon veggie fruit you can eat.

If you eat a high fruit diet and are 100% raw and intermittent fast for 16 hours a day and take advantage of the herbal botanicals to enhance conscious activity in the body and your kidneys are filtering and you abstain from mucus forming foods and you are happy with some salad in the diet and it helps you cope with stress for social interactions I think you will heal more effectively with mental stability and grounding vs struggling with being all fruit with stress and causing negative mental instability. If you fail to deal with your mind and distinguish stress in your life you can’t heal. You must find your happy place, smile, and have a positive relationship with everything you do because the mind collects data and if it’s negative good luck with your body healing because stress is a mental dis-ease.

Stress is the biggest irritation to the mind and body so find your balance and don’t get to ratted out if your mind is already creating negativity to what you are doing. For me personally, I lived on mangoes for 7 months and 2 years 100% fruit and I loved what I was doing and I was full of joy and gratitude and I healed but I have worked with thousands of people on this protocol and those that have a mental stressor and are not happy with the protocol of all fruit, herbs, and fasting because mental blockage doesn’t heal why and are on “amaze” to find out they refused to do the inner spiritual work and to overcome mental stress programmed to be negative and ungrateful. These are the facts and we are all wounded animals trying to heal generational curses.

Let’s heal, and let’s all find a healthy balance and clean out the dirty “virus” software in the subconscious mind so you don’t hold on to acid stress and you will find yourself archived the results because you have come onto balance and truth and claim the power in you that is God and all power resides in you when you ground to the earth, learn knowledge of self which is found on your astrological program (NATAL CHART) manifest and activate the light and find the inFORMation within your intuition!
