Too many excuses to not adopt a 100% raw food diet (series part 2)


The convenience we have to feed ourselves and our families when it comes to cooked food, is no question a convenience that could be difficult for most people to pass up. The problem is, we don’t understand health, and certain types of foods that damage and cause degeneration to our bodies, to make it easier to understand the choices that we make that are built around convenience, also have a very negative and painful consequence attached to it down the road.

We don’t have tons of raw food restaurants, let alone fast food joints that sell fruits and vegetables, that cater to the masses and the demand, because we have not created the demand, do to our cooked food addiction. It is a blessing to see in the world today that this is growing substantially, and you do see many juice, smoothie, and fruit bowel stands around the United States more and more these days. I would definitely take advantage of these health stands, when your on the go. Yes it’s much cheaper to go get some junk food at a fast food place on the dollar menu, but your spending 10 times the amount of money down the road, investing in ways to get your health back, trying to reverse your poor health conditions along with it.

If we don’t create the demand, we could never afford to invest in it, so we should invest in it as much as possible, when it comes to supporting these juice bars, and smoothie bars so that we could create a new demand, that’s focused on raw living foods rather than processed, and cooked, foods that do not reverse and regenerate chronic illness.

If cooking food does not detoxify, heal and regenerate the human body, then there is no point in returning back to it, because it most likely adds on to the problem instead of creates vitality and nourishment for the body. If the food is dead, it’s a dormant food, that lacks energy and hydration. Every cell in your body is designed for living foods that bring hydration, and alkalinity to it. If it’s not alkaline, it creates acidity, and acids are the root cause of all degenerative health conditions. In my opinion if the food is being altered and cooked, it doesn’t bring proper alkalinity to the body. The food must be Raw, to truly bring alkalinity to the body, because anything that becomes cooked is more on the acid side then alkaline side.

There are so many excuses we can make to avoid a healthy lifestyle, consuming the food that our bodies are biologically designed for, that do not alter the state of our physical body, mental body, spiritual body, and emotional body.

Excuses we make

I can’t go Raw, because I feel worse when I eat raw foods!

This should not to be a reality for everybody to feel worse by eating raw foods. Most people instantly start feeling much better when they start eating raw living foods, their body finally becomes hydrated, and they start to eliminate a lot of the acids, mucus, and metabolic waste in the body, and their body can finally start to breathe an experience true nutrition and fuel that the raw foods provide.

The only reason why you would feel worse on raw living foods, is because your body is extremely toxic, and the fruits are just exposing this weakness, trying to pull them and remove them from the body. Also for those that feel worse on raw living foods, most likely are coming off of a diet that is very stimulating, in a negative way. If your body is going into severe withdrawals, it’s because of the junk food that you ate before the raw food. Raw living foods are not stimulants, their foods that bring nourishment, healing, and nutrition to every cell your body needs. If you push through the withdrawal phase, and you clean out enough acidity, and metabolic waste that’s stagnant in your body, you will be able to benefit from the raw living foods and then extremely powerful and beneficial way.

One of the main reasons why I don’t return back to cooked food, is because I’ve gotten myself through enough detoxification, and gotten through the withdrawals, to experience the state of health, that I could not experience on cooked foods. That’s the amazing thing about being a raw foodist, is that you get addicted to feeling great, with much more energy, and recovering so much quicker, that you appreciate the quality of life, rather than indulging in the pleasure of junk food, that only weighs you down, and makes you feel like utter garbage after consuming it.

You must understand that if you feel worse on raw foods, it’s because your body is going through withdrawals, and detoxification. When you stop eating cooked foods your going to have to pay the debt, that you created, by destroying your body with them. If you have enough patience, and a will to heal and thrive on a raw living foods diet, you will be able to push through the healing process that takes place the minute you remove cooked foods.

Cooked food stops the body from healing, and raw foods allow the body to heal. If you could actually experiment with this, by going 100% raw high on fruit for at least 15 days, and then have steamed vegetables, when your going through detoxification, the detoxification will immediately stop, and you will start to feel better, it’s not because the cooked food is making you feel better, and the living food is not, but rather it’s just stopped the body from healing immediately. This should tell us alone, that cooked food does not promote healing, but actually stops the body from healing. For those that have pushed through the detoxification of temporarily feeling like garbage on living foods, can attest to this down the road, when they start to benefit the opposite results, such as overwhelming amounts of energy and having a pain-free body, come to realize this in real life, the reality of raw foods being so much more superior then foods that have been cooked and damaged.

I don’t want to go 100% raw because I’ll lose respect from family, and I may lose friends in the process!

If your going through life, trying to please, and earn other people’s respect, and this is causing you to disrespect, and violate your own body, then your doing no good for yourself holding on to the acceptance of others, when this is only suppressing your ability to live this life that you have, to truly tap into your potential and find your joy and happiness.

If your friends no longer want to be your friends because you want to get healthy, and eat healthy food, then you should have no desire to even want to spend time with these people, because their doing no good to help you evolve in this life, but their suppressing your potential and your ability two succeed.

If you don’t have a support system, their not true friends, and they don’t truly love and care for you, so this becomes a dangerous modality, that you should happily give up, and just go on and find people that will support your decision to eat healthy, and actually encourage you to make this choice to better yourself.

You can easily find a new support system, and gain new friends, of people that will build you up, make you feel good, and share this new life that you decide to create, that will give you the quality of life that your looking for.

At the end of the day, if you continue to be co-dependent on others, you will find yourself very unhappy and depressed down the road. You need to do what’s best for yourself, because you’re not a slave to anybody’s unawareness and unconsciousness. If this truly is your excuse, and your conscience is telling you for many reasons to adopt a living foods diet, then you need to hit rock bottom in life, to realize that nobody could walk this journey for you, you must walk it yourself, and if you make excuses this low, to do what’s best for yourself, then you will not have a fun time on this planet, but you will find yourself alone, sad, and depressed.

When you get used to eating living foods, and your eating a variety of living food, because you can’t do fruits alone, you could definitely create ways to make food palatable to you, that will actually taste more fresh and you will get to experience the true flavors of the food Raw vs what is cooked. There are tons of recipes these days, a foods that are 100% raw, main courses, snacks, to even raw desserts, that can help you get by without having to cook your food, and also will be a much healthier option, as long as the dish is not to high in protein and fat. Stop making excuses and start becoming creative. Just understand that human beings are the only species on the planet that eats their food cooked, and we’re also the most sick species on the planet as well. Invest in a raw living foods diet, and you will at some point experience true health, that you never thought was possible, and you will not regret the decision and sacrifices you made to adopt this lifestyle. We need as a species to make these changes, so that we could wake up the world, to return back to natural foods that we are designed for, rather than being a sick species, and a slave to a fast food world, where heart disease, obesity, diabetes, cancers of many kinds, are becoming a sick reality, even amongst our young children, and it’s all because of the cooked food that we put in our bodies.
