Too many excuses to not adopt a 100% raw food diet (series part 3)


Human beings are creatures of habit. It’s much easier to continue to go in the same pattern Direction every day, because the unknown can create lots of fear and anxiety for most people. Not only are we creatures of habit, but we’re also creatures of brainwashing. We have been taught from a very young age, that we need a specific amount of protein, fats, carbohydrates, and to avoid sugar in fruit. Their is so much confusion regarding a living foods diet, that we honestly think that it’s important to eat our food cooked. This completely goes against nature’s design, and holds no water, when it comes to the nourishment our bodies need to feed every cell. It’s very common for humans today to yo-yo with diet after diet, after diet, trying to find a solution to create the health that their looking for. Why should it take so long to figure this out? And if you’re not satisfied with one diet, and you’re not satisfied with the next fad diet, then wouldn’t it would make sense to just simply go back to the diet that your species is designed for, which is not a fad diet, but an optimal diet for humans. Unfortunately the human species today has created numerous amounts of food sensitivities, towards healthy food, this is not because the healthy food is causing harm to their bodies, but because the healthy food is trying to fix, and heal the damage that was caused.

Most people end up creating very uncomfortable detoxification symptoms, blame their problem on the diet, and end up going back to a diet that is creating the problem in the first place. This is just a classic excuse, not to pursue a living foods diet, because of the lack of patients regarding the detoxification process that could take a long time depending on how toxic your body is. Unfortunately humans do not get to the root cause, because of lack of patience, and wanting a quick fix now! You end up going back to foods that are very stimulating, that produce hormones and steroids artificially, making this person think that their getting better, but once the body becomes over-stimulated, and damaged by these heavy proteins that their not designed for, their body again shuts down, and their health gets worse each time around. When somebody’s coming off of a standard american diet, high protein, high fat, or low carb diets, and moves towards the high fruit raw food diet, will have to endure through the healing and detoxification process. There will be a lot of metabolic waste that’s going to want to come out of the body very quickly, and if you don’t prepare yourself for this, and transition yourself the proper way, you may have a false expectation of the benefits your looking to receive, not understanding that the body must empty itself, before it can produce any benefits that the raw living foods promote and provide.

EXCUSES

If I go raw, I will not get an adequate amount of protein!

This whole protein controversy, is very silly! Humans are stuck on this whole protein myth, thinking that we are a high-protein seeking species, when protein is actually creating the poor health epidemic that were facing in the world today, and just by simply examining countries that consume lower amounts of proteins, seem to be the countries that thrive and live longer than those that eat excessive amounts.

The body doesn’t utilize protein. The body breaks down protein and seeks to utilizes the amino acids it needs. You don’t need dead animal tissue, to get this. Fruits and vegetables contain all the essential amino acids that your body needs to function. If your eating fruits and vegetables including nuts and seeds, you will get more protein you actually need. You can get all the protein and amino acids that your body needs on foods that are designed for you, such as fruits, berries, melons, and veggie fruits.

If your fear is not getting enough protein because this is what you have been taught from raw living plant foods, then you will just find yourself wasting good time fixing your body, and creating longevity, when it comes to how you function with optimal health on this planet. If you actually invest your time in looking at the facts regarding protein, you will find the opposite of what you have been taught. Dead cooked animal foods high in protein, create cancers of many kinds, heart disease, diabetes, neurological conditions, and cause bone loss, etc.

I don’t have access to quality fruits and vegetables to go 100% Raw!

This is simply just not a well-thought-out statement. If health is your priority, and you don’t have access to quality fruits and vegetables, then any foods that you have to buy cooked are going to most likely be lower in quality, on top of having to cook and damage the food in order to ingest it. This excuse holds no water. I completely understand that there are humans living in climates not conducive to them, and the state of the fruits and vegetables in today’s world are poor, no doubt! But you will still sustain your health more optimally on low-quality fruits and vegetables, vs dormant foods, such as beans, rice, grains, and starches, as well as dead rotting animal foods that only leave behind an acid Ash, and create incredible inflammatory conditions, and all to just to get your fill!

If you learn to eat simple, these difficulties that we create will no longer be a reality. If you teach yourself to eat mono fruit meals, and you train yourself to be sustained on simple eating, such as a simple salad, or zucchini noodles with blended tomatoes on top with some spices, no matter where your at in the world, you can make that happen! Most places in the world, you have access to leafy green vegetables, veggie fruits, bananas, apples, dates, avocados, and frozen berries and other frozen fruit varieties. The problem is, we have fast food chains all around the world, to make it easy to just get our hunger fix, and this is what creates a lot of these excuses that we make. Their really is no excuse to not get healthy, and no matter where your at on this planet, you could sustain yourself on fruits and vegetables alone, and make it conducive to your lifestyle. You just need to wing off the cooked food, and understand that cooked food is an addiction, it over stimulates the body, it’s a comfort blanket. unfortunately the comfort ends down the road when the body gets oversaturated by acids and mucus that are caused by cooked foods, not raw foods. Learn to enjoy the many flavors, you can experiment with raw food, as well as experimenting with creating meals with the many flavors they provide, where you could eat them raw and still experience the nirvana from consuming food.

Their will always be an excuse to not be on a diet your biologically designed to for, so it’s best to get creative, and learn to seek nourishment and health, rather than feeding a pleasure, and trying to justify it with an excuse!
