Transition, detox, and rebuild


There are three stages of healing in today’s matrix world we live in. I’d like to be hopeful and think that we can detoxify the body and rebuild it on fruit alone or fruits and greens alone but this may not be the reality when your body is telling you otherwise going through rigorous detox for several months to several years.

Without question I highly recommend for most people to transition if they are already on a standard American diet. Give your self a minimum of 30 days to start cleaning up your bad habits. This means to eliminate processed foods, chemical GMO‘s, oils, stimulants, alcohol, etc, and to adopt a whole foods diet with the base being plant foods.

In my personal opinion, the human body is not designed for vegetables and this is why it’s best to cook them or to juice them. Lots of vegetables, leafy greens and tubers and like have heavy loads of oxalates, Enzyme inhibitor’s, high phatic acids, and anti-nutrients. And if you’re not eating them organically you got a heavy dose of pesticides on top. It’s best to juice cucumbers and herbs and to avoid juicing leafy greens high in oxalate. High oxalates are hard on the kidneys and can create stone formation. So what would you do with transition, if it was me I would still maintain a fruit breakfast, And I would focus on pumpkin, squash, yams or white rice yes I know white rice is a heavy starch, however, it’s the one energy source grain that is low in phytic acid’s, oxalates and some of these anti-nutrients that a whole-grains would contain? All other grains are going to be high in yeast, potentially glyphosate ridden and potatoes may be high in mold and Nightshades seem to be an irritant to the body.

After giving yourself 30 days transitioning on fruit, green juice and some of these cooked plant foods, now you’re ready to step into the detox phase. This phase would be strictly fruits, berries and melons, herbs and working up to fasting with time. This is up to you to determine how long you need to clean out the lymphatic system and heal your damaged vessel, and know when your body is in a state of wanting to build. You may start craving minerals, and more amino acids and I would listen to your body during this time. After spending months or even years on a strict fruitarian diet And your body is failing to build itself up naturally and you’re feeling weak, because you have plateaued and potentially not getting enough nutrition or absorbing enough from grocery store unripe fruit then at this stage I would bring back in some superfood blends, and maybe some bone and connective tissue builders. Juicing alfalfa might be a great tool to get a little bit more amino’s to build back some muscle or maybe incorporating a bone and connective tissue formula that contains bone and collagen like Robert Morse Nds bone formulas that contain deer antler. I’m sorry vegans but even some bee pollen might also be a good building superfood and it may also help stimulate the endocrine system.

If your glands are stubborn to turn on so you can get steroids and hormones for mineral utilization and calcium utilization then incorporating bovine glandular’s may help turn them on.

The building phase is up for debate and I’m still in the learning phase trying to build a protocol that helps highly depleted cases that need to build up because the body has been in stripping mode for so long and detoxing on just fruit has cleaned out the lymph system and has pulled the inflammation out of the body but if you plateau and still after 1-2 years are weak, underweight and have no muscle and the body is failing to rebuild itself on just fruit it’s time to make the changes necessary and to break the mental barrier of perfection because you body is intelligent and will tell you that it’s time to build and it’s time to take a break from an all-fruit diet and constant water and dry fasting. Intermittent fasting is a good way to maintain health in my opinion and now I have arrived at the reality that it’s really hard for most people to build strength and long term energy on just fruit when their body is so genetically weak in a chronic state of acidosis.

The average person with very little health problems may maintain an all-fruit diet long term and thrive and there has been even those that have had serious health problems rebuild and regenerate there body on fruit alone but in my experience and the people that I have helped for 5 years, it’s only been 5% that have regardless of the climate they live in cold or in the tropics.
