Transition intelligently, and you won’t fall prey to bad eating habits

I have witnessed this time after time, people struggling to maintain a 100% raw food diet, because people are very impatient about their transition, and just want a quick fix, and all the results now, rather than understanding the importance of transition when it comes to building mental strength, and discipline, so that you could sustain yourself on an optimal raw food diet long term.

It’s worse for you mentally and spiritually, and of course the blowback will hit you physically, when you jump from a highly cooked and processed diet, to 100% raw and yo-yo with cooked food. This battle with make it hard to maintain a fruit based raw food diet long term, because what happens is you cheat, you beat yourself up and you play this negative unbalanced personal relationship with yourself, that only causes more stress, crashes the adrenal glands, and in return, creates more acid to build up in the body, because stress is one of the main contributors to building up acid stagnation, on top of an acidic diet of course.

Everyone that is not dealing with chronic health elements, to where they have a room to transition, definitely should not jump into a fruit-based 100% raw food diet, because most people cannot maintain it, because they must wing off these cooked food habits, that they have created for over decades of their life, and these cravings are not just going to vanish overnight, even if you do clean your body of parasites and fungus.

If your coming off a diet of eating tons of mucus, pus and processed food, then I highly recommend you don’t jump into a 100% raw food diet, because you must understand that this diet lifestyle is not going to be convenient for you, especially when our surrounding peers, family and friends, mainly eat cooked food, and eat all the wrong foods as well.

Just because you know something to be true, about an optimal diet, and your species specific diet being a fruigivore diet, doesn’t mean that it’s a rush to adopt this with diet and lifestyle, because if your mind and spirit is not strong, you’re not going to maintain it to where you don’t play this back-and-forth battle game of eating cooked, and eating raw, and eating cooked, and eating raw, because this is a negative habits that will only hold you back to where you just completely give up.

On your transition to a 100% raw food diet, such as a fruigivore diet, You must understand that you could still be high raw, and incorporate some mucusless cooked foods that are not going to create acidosis, and toxemia, and will still help you maintain good health, and also keep you mentally balanced, until you’re ready to make changes with confidence, and discipline, so these triggers and setbacks won’t occur, because your lifestyle is still very part of the Babylon system, which makes it difficult to find the discipline when you’re always surrounded by these acid, mucus, and pus laden foods.

Even though you know that cooking your food is not compatible with your natural design, we’ve been eating cooked foods our whole life, and pretty much doing everything outside of what is compatible with our natural design. It takes time, and it’s not a rush if your goal is to maintain health, because nothing is given to you overnight anyways, it’s a lifestyle just like everything else you do as a lifestyle outside of eating.

When the body detoxifies at a rapid pace, you’re going to deal with intense cravings for food that have been feeding these microbes, parasites and fungus and yeast your whole life, Also you don’t want to detoxify to quickly to were your organs cant keep up with the toxic load that is circulating through your body trying to escape through your eliminative organs if they are to clogged up, it’s better to chip away at those kidneys, and clean out your stomach and bowels from the mucus stagnation, and clogging from the undigested heavy processed starches, and meats that you’ve been eating your whole life at a slower rate, So that you don’t hurt yourself, and end up blaming the very food that is nourishing, as something that is obstructive.

It takes time, to build a new habit, and to overcome a current one. There is the die off symptoms you experience When you stop eating cooked food, and there’s also the emotional addiction, that humans have created with food to numb themselves rather than to nourish themselves with it, that must be eradicated, and it’s going to take some time, just like working the steps in a AA meeting, it’s not any different when it comes to food, and there should be 10 times more steps with eating, then with drugs and alcohol, because in my opinion it’s far more addictive.

If you could afford to, because you’re not bedridden, and you don’t have a life-threatening health condition, I would adopt an 80% raw food diet for at least a year before jumping into it 100% raw and high fruit. You can maintain relatively good health, on 80% raw, and the 20% cooked coming from starchless steamed vegetables, and some mucus lean cooked food options, such as your sweet potatoes and quinoa when the cravings for mucous forming foods creep in.

It’s much easier for most people to maintain a diet that consist of fruit, tender leafy greens, and steamed starchless vegetables then to just jump into all fruit, thinking that your going to maintain this and, when you’re still dealing with lots of emotional baggage, and not ready for the reality of what an all fruit diet creates when it comes to physical detox, mental detox, spiritual detox, and even detoxifying the ego, you will have to deal with these detox stages, and if you’re not ready for them, you will only fall on your face and end up yo-yoing with bad habits, that will only cause you to have a negative relationship with yourself.

It’s not a rush, or a competition, or a race to heal, so just understand that there are some cooked foods that do not create loads of mucus in the body, and don’t leave behind tons of sticky residues, and will help you maintain good health, and also not damage the kidneys to where you’re not eliminating your waste. And if you’re not filtering, on some of these cooked foods, I still would recommend other ways to increase filtration other than to adopt an all raw diet or all fruit diet, if you’re definitely not ready for the reality of the detox, when it comes to overcoming these lifetime cooked food addictions, would be to intermittent dry fast for 12-18 hours daily, and to take herbs for your kidneys, and as long as the cooked foods are not mucus forming then the residues or acids in your urine will still be old stagnant waste, not new accumulated metabolic waste that are produced from acid and mucus forming cooked foods.

You will know when you’re ready to maintain an optimal diet more compatible with your species which is 100% raw, and base coming from fruit, and rest savory fruits, and tender leafy greens. If you can maintain 80% raw coming from fruit, salads, and starchless steamed veggies for a year, you can maintain 100% raw long term without cheating with the wrong foods on a continual bases, and only eating raw for only a few days before cheating.

Here is a comprehensive list of mucusless foods you can cook, and a list of mucus lean foods you can cook for mental balance when the nasty cravings creep in.

GREEN LEAF VEGETABLES (MUCUSLESS)

  • Arugula
  • Cabbage
  • Collard
  • Dandelion Leaf
  • Kale
  • Leafy Herbs (Parsley, Dill, Basil, Thyme)
  • Lettuce (Green, Red, Romaine, Boston Bibb)
  • Mustard Greens
  • Spinach

RAW VEGETABLES/ROOT, STEM, FRUIT (ALL OR RELATIVELY STARCHLESS/MUCUSLESS)

  • Celery
  • Cucumbers
  • Dandelion
  • Green Onions
  • Onions
  • Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, or Orange)
  • Red Beets
  • Sea Vegetables (Dulse, Kelp)
  • Sprouts (Alfalfa)
  • Tomatoes
  • Zucchini

BAKED OR STEAMED VEGETABLES ROOT, STEM, FRUIT (ALL OR RELATIVELY STARCHLESS/MUCUSLESS)

  • Acorn Squash (Baked)
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli (steamed or boiled best)
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Sprouts (all varieties)
  • Butternut Squash (Baked)
  • Carrots (Steamed best)
  • Green Peas
  • Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, or Orange)
  • Spaghetti Squash (Baked)
  • Sweet Potato (Baked)
  • Zucchini (Steamed or Baked)

For emergency and when cravings are intense I would not go any further then sweet potatoes and beans if I was on the transition plan.

BEANS (MODERATELY MUCUS-FORMING)

Beans (Black Beans, Black-eyed peas Kidney Beans, Lima Beans, Navy Beans, Pinto Beans, etc.) Beans are my most steadfast mucuslean item. They are starchy, heavy, addictive, and mucus-forming, but a better option then white potatoes, grains and bread and of course animal foods. Beans are also hard to digest so maybe better eaten with a salad to help you digest them, because they are enzyme inhibitors! Soaked and sprouted beans even easier to digest.

In my opinion it’s far better to be on a slow transition program, that’s high raw based around fruits and greens, and some cooked mucusless, or mucus lean foods, then to try and maintain an all fruit diet or 100% raw with constant cheating, and causing the body to work harder at eliminating the waste accumulated.

You will get there with time, and maintain if you transition slower, and work out your lifestyle to better help you to be ready for 100% raw, because it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle that should last for a lifetime not just for a season! Good luck on your journey!

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
