It’s very apparent that we as humans have created a habit of eating too much, and eating complicated recipes. The more simple you eat, the less symptoms you will experience when It comes to gas, bloating and burping.

So what causes the symptoms, Its fermentation, and a weak pancreas, a congested G.I tract, a body full of fungus, and sulfur, and poor adrenal function, which impairs your ability to utilize and metabolize sugar.

First thing to understand is that the body spends a lot of energy on processing, digestion, and breaking down food for absorption, utilization and proper assimilation of chemistry, ultimately to fuel the cells for proper bodily function. the more difficult it is for the food to digest, the harder the body gets taxed when it comes to the speed of how you digestive food. The pancreas being the digestive gland gets over burden, when the body is being taxed by complicated combinations.

It’s best to eat your meals as simple as possible, and ideally the best way to eat is a mono meal consisting of one food at a time. This will help the pancreas to do it’s job and digest the chemistry of the food much quicker, to where you could avoid fermentation and excess bloating. If you’re eating at food that’s causing lots of gas, bloating and burping, then I would avoid eating it, because excess fermentation will cause excess Candida, and the more waste you accumulate in your gut, the more Candida will be feasting on the fermentation, the more uncomfortable symptoms you will experience.

It’s also important not to over burden the body with eating too big of meals at a time, and eating them too quickly, this will tax the pancreas, cause it to be burdened to break down carbohydrates, and most people have damaged their pancreas from the processed complex carbohydrates. It’s going to take time for the body to heal itself especially when you adopt a proper diet.

Usually processed complex carbohydrates high in sulfur, or animal products high in sulfur like eggs, are the worst offensive foods for the body, creating excess fermentation and gas.

You also must consider that even raw vegetables high in fiber can also cause a digestive issue and cause bloating and gas, because raw-vegetables are very high in cellulose fiber, which is hard for the human body to break down and digest properly, which can create a burden for the pancreas, causing fermentation to were these symptoms occur.

Not combining your food properly also can cause a fermentation reaction which is what creates gas and burping. You don’t want to complicate your food recipes with a lot of foods that are not similar in chemistry and digestive speeds. Even a simple kale salad with an orange dressing in it’s raw state can cause a problem, because an orange may take 20 minutes to digest, and kale can take up to three hours to digest.

If you’re not eating mono meals and you’re combining your foods, and experience gas and burping, then your fermenting your food and causing an issue, I would advise and recommend not having that combination, if it creates that reaction, and this is how we learn to properly combined our food when our body signals this response.

You also may want to consider if you’re already eating mono meals mainly water rich fruits that already digest effectively and quickly, is the adrenal glands function. Your adrenal glands are responsible for the utilization and metabolism of all your sugars whether that’s complex or simple sugars. I would say that the human body is designed for simple sugars and not complex.

If you’re experiencing gas and burping on simple mono fruit meals, it’s most likely because you’re not utilizing sugar because your adrenal glands are down and not functioning properly, and you may have to make some tweaks with fasting and also rearranging you’re eating patterns, until the adrenal gland’s heal, so that you don’t create these responses, that are simply telling you that you are fermenting your sugar which is not going to do you any favors, because fermentation feeds fungus, that’s candidas role and job in the human body to come in and clean up excess fermentation.

Ultimately if you detox effectively and get your kidneys and bowels filtering metabolic waste, you can repair your adrenal glands and pancreas to where it becomes easier to digest your carbohydrates, and utilize them to avoid the issue with fermentation.

The very diet that you may be on already if it’s a mono fruit-based diet, “that’s causing an issue” for you because you have damaged your endocrine glands, is going to be the very diet to help the body detoxify, and remove acid stagnation that impairs that.

There are plenty of herbs to help enhance and clean the pancreas and adrenal gland’s, but without kidney filtration these issues cannot be resolved, because even in your gut, there’s interstitial fluids (your lymphatic system) that needs to drain acids in order for healing to take place, and it’s gonna take a Whole Foods/living food diet to create a healthy Microbiome, and healthy got bacteria to break down chemistry as well.

If you deal with excessive gas, burping, bloating and excess of Candida, and you’re struggling to filter through your kidneys, I would highly suggest fasting to heal your body effectively. It has been said that you don’t ever want to feed a sick person when they’re sick, and I agree with this.

I think that in nature the natural response of healing is not consuming anything, and allowing the body to fully heal itself. I also believe that fasting is very therapeutic and beneficial to the spiritual body as well.

However for a person that already is dealing with excessive candida is going to have a lot of cravings for the wrong foods, and must find their personal balance when it comes to detoxification, and in this case I would suggest somebody to avoid fasting until they have reached a high fruit raw food diet 100% for at least a year. Long-term water or dry fasting in my opinion, I would encourage this diet and lifestyle achieved consistently for at least two years.

Regenerative detoxification and fasting is a lifestyle, but it must be transitioned into intelligently, if it’s going to last as a lifestyle, and that’s why I don’t do any extended fasting until I have reached my 2 year mark 100% raw, and 80-95% mono fruit eating. Ive been high raw and 100% plant based (Whole Foods) prior for 2 years, and 100% raw 90% fruit for 621 days, and I did a mango only diet last season for 7 solid months, I’ve done several juice fast, long intermittent dry fast for over a year straight, and a couple 24 hour dry fast, but nothing aggressive like a 3-10 day dry fast or 20-40 day water fast. I definitely plan on achieving these goals in the future, but we must transition properly, and find our personal balance, especially when we’re dealing with excess Candida, and have poor functioning pancreas, and adrenal glands, and high sulfur stagnation in the body, because individuals that are having these issues tend to have more cravings than the average person, but it will take mental discipline, and a passion for this lifestyle to consistently pursue it without any cheating or compromises.

Its not a race to fix these issues that we deal with. Listen to your body, know your body’s responses to specific foods you eat, make adjustments, keep the diet simple and raw, make sure your kidneys are filtering, and overtime the body will rebalance, and find a state of homeostasis, to where you’re no longer fermenting your food, and having trouble with proper utilization, absorption and assimilation of chemistry.

Another tip to help you as you’re fixing your body, and trying to overcome these fermentation problems that cause excessive gas and burping, is to eat smaller meals, slower, and to not over eat when you’re trying to heal your body, and to give it some room for resting, so that you don’t overburden digestion so your glands can heal and repair and regenerate.

I truly believe these issues are due to poor functioning adrenal glands, pancreas and low micro biome in the gut, and years of killing beneficial bacteria, but all these issues can be repaired when you’re on the right side of chemistry, and you adopt a fruit-based living foods diet, and you get your kidneys filtering, and your bowels moving properly, it’s just a matter of time you will find your remedy, and avoid this fermentation issue that’s causing excess candida, and creating these uncomfortable symptoms.
