What causes saggy skin?


Saggy skin at the root cause would be acidosis of course or dis-ease in the body. When the body is in a state of dysfunction we must understand why? What causes the body to create these imbalances regarding tissue? ACIDS because acids are what damages glands, cells, bones and connective tissue in the body.

The gland that is responsible for helping the body to utilize calcium to buffer acids in the body and to strengthen bones and connective tissue is the parathyroid glands. If your skin sags (prolapsing) then it means you most likely are dealing with a calcium utilization problem. The question is why? Why would your parathyroid fail to produce the steroids and hormones you need to utilize calcium? Again it’s acidosis this is why dis-ease takes place in the human body. You put acidic chemistry in the body and you fail to eliminate these acids out of the body via the kidney and skin channel primarily, acids will stay at home and settle in tissue damaging cells. Your parathyroid is just a bunch of cells attached to blood and lymph, and if you’re not draining acids out of the parathyroid gland because the lymph system is stagnant because you’re not moving lymph due to acid and mucus forming foods your eating void of energy that dehydrate the body and then you lose the ability to filter because acids and mucus have clogged up your kidneys and skin, then over time specific glands fail to function and you run into specific symptoms.

When you have saggy skin it’s because your lymph system has been backed up for a long time and you continued to back it up with obstructive foods that create this reality due to acids accumulating in the body and not being eliminating so when this happens the body is going to go to bones and connective tissue to steal calcium to fight the acids that are trying to damage your body. Overtime when the body steals from bones and connective tissue you run into this issue. Calcium is the body’s main antacid.

When the body is full of acids and the parathyroid gland fails to function because it’s dead in the water and asleep due to acids that have shut it down, you will not produce the hormone parathormone (PSH) and then you can’t utilize calcium on top to strengthen the body, and if you’re not filtering through your kidneys to remove the acids then this becomes a reality regarding saggy skin, bruising easily, brittle bails, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, osteoporosis, scoliosis, bone loss, low calcium or high calcium in the body, prolapsing of organs, aneurysms, arthritis, depression and so much more can occur due to systemic acidosis, not filtering, and the parathyroid glands not producing (PSH) parathyroid stimulating hormone.

When you’re detoxing on a diet and fasting lifestyle that promotes cellular regeneration you may run into these issue for a season before the body drains itself and repairs itself. When your steering up acids in the body on a diet and fasting lifestyle that encourages that and you happen to have a genetic weakness in the parathyroid gland, and iridology can detect this, and your body expressing the symptoms I mentioned as well then as the body drains acids, and you’re not producing PSH as well to help you utilize calcium to buffer acids then you can run into these issues while you drain the acids through the lymph system out of the skin and kidneys, and when you drain the acids that break down the parathyroids then with time they will turn on to correct these issue from happening, and also your body will be in a hydrated alkaline state and with time will rebuild, and issues with saggy skin will go away and the body will tone up nicely.

You also must understand the adrenal gland connection to this issue. When your adrenal glands shut down, then your going to deal with muscle loss most likely because your adrenal glands are responsible for helping the body produce hormones such as testosterone, DHEA, aldosterone, progesterone, estrogen, and the like that help the body maintain muscle, and when you’re not producing these hormones and steroids from the adrenal gland and also help from the pituitary gland which manages and turns on the parathyroid, adrenal glands and the entire endocrine system you will lose muscle and saggy skin can also be a result of this from muscle loss.

If your dealing with systemic acidosis and your on a diet that consists of acid and mucus forming foods and are not filtering because your involved systemically, and your kidneys are clogged up and your thyroid is asleep and you’re not producing enough basil temperatures to sweat acids out of the skin, then you can deal with these issue before you start a detoxification lifestyle on a fruit diet and fasting, and while the body corrects itself and rebuild Itself during the process of detoxification.

I lost muscle, weight and dealt with saggy skin in my bum lol ? early on during detox on a fruit diet and fasting lifestyle, but I also fixed these issue as well on the same lifestyle with time. It can take a year or 2 but who cares how long it takes, because the body will rebuild itself when the acids come out and it’s up to you to encourage the body to filter the giant lymphatic system, and this process just take place through hydration and alkalinity and a fruit diet is the best to encourage this process and of course to discontinue a diet of acid and mucus forming foods which are all foods apart from fruits, roots, leafy greens, herbs, and vegetables.
