What to do when you fall of an optimal diet and are having trouble getting back on track


It happens to the best of us. You keep the diet clean, and you honor your body and you feel good and know your on the path of regenerating your body, and you cave and feed the cravings, or the demons lol.

Once you give those parasites a bite of this greasy mucus forming foods, it becomes a battle to resist the cravings. When this happens the best thing you can do is avoid eating anything for a couple days. That means no sugar, not even straight green juice. You just created a parasite and fungal overgrowth and now you need to starve them out!

The best plan of action to get back on track regarding a fruit-based raw food diet is to do short water fast for 2-5 days. You don’t want to put fruit on top of a belly full of starchy residues and undigested junk. Believe me, there are undigested foods most likely if you have been binging on processed foods.

Going from falling off track eating tons of gourmet raw food or processed vegan junk food, and god forbid animal products, you don’t want to just jump into eating fruit. Fruit will not settle nicely in a gut full of this junk. You may feel bloated, nauseous and think you can’t tolerate fruit anymore. But it’s not the fruit it’s the fruit trying to clean out your gut from the gas and terrain you created from binging on junk.

You know you have what it takes to get back on track. You already have been on this path for a while, whether that’s from healing yourself of a chronic health element, or just because you are very health conscious, and just happen to make mistakes, and get pulled into emotional eating, and addictions because you’re not dealing with your shit, and trying to find a temporary escape route, and junk food is a really easy way to fall into that mentality.

Anyways instead of beating yourself up and feeling sorry for yourself, go to a solution that has worked for me. Water and dry fasting. The minute you eat anything even greens or fruit, after weeks of binging and struggling to get back on track, your going to aggravate these Microbes by eating any form of sugar, and raw vegetable sugar and fruit sugar is not what they want so the cravings will be intense the minute you tease them.

If you dry fast and water fasts for at least 2-5 days, you can reset your microbiome and starve out the fungus and parasites. Not only will this work, but when you go to eat fruit that happens to be very clean, you won’t be putting fruit on a belly full of crap, and you will enjoy the amazing easy digestion of the fruit, and you will appreciate the flavor and hydration, and won’t have an intense need to go for the junk foods.

I’ve done an all-fruit diet for 2 years straight and then I experimented with various raw and cooked 100% plant-based diets after that, and I created a habit that was hard to beat at the time. When I water fasted for at least 3 days and cleaned out my bowels with the water and lemon water enemas 1-2 times a day, and I returned to a fruit diet with some salads in the mix, I was able to sustain myself on just one fruit meal a day and dry fast for 23 hours, and never did I find myself “hungry” and having intense cravings for none optimal foods.

When you water fast and clean out the debris, you will benefit from the fruit, and not be under the hunger spell. It works and if you’re not feeding the parasites with any form of sugar even raw sugars they will die off and your pallet will be reset and you can get back on track and enjoy the fruit diet all over again. It works the best trust me. You might have to just binge one more time and get it out of your system, then fast for 2-5 days. If you’re just sipping on water dealing with your binder hangover you will not even want to eat, and the cravings will not be intense. If you have any sugar that’s when the cravings will be in full fledge mode.

Water/dry fast for 2-5 days is the answer to overcome cravings, to starve out the microbes. It’s worked the best for me personally, and every time it has worked, but when putting fruit in my body without taking out the trash with fasting, I could not benefit from the fruit and living foods and kept returning back to the habit I created eating acid/mucus forming addicting “foods”

Give the extended water and dry fast method a try if you’re really struggling, and you can get back on track with your optimal diet lifestyle, which for humans is fruits mainly and tender leafy green salads if you desire.
