What you don’t eat is most important!


It’s what you don’t eat that is important if you desire to be healthy. We live in a culture of consumerism, and the same thing goes for “dieting” and trying to get healthy, and changing bad habits with eating unhealthy. People are more likely going to add on a supplement, protein shake, or small salad in their diet, and I’m sorry to say this, but it will do you know good if you’re still eating acid-binding junk food. It’s not about what you add on, it’s about what you eliminate.

We have all these recommendations to eat the next discovered “superfood” but rarely encouraged to remove the very foods that are acid-binding even though their not processed, they are said to be “healthy” yes I’m referring to animal food and grains. These foods are not healthy! They are acidic and congest the lymphatic system, and it doesn’t matter if they are Whole and organic. The body doesn’t care if they are organic or not, the body needs hydration and alkaline chemistry to function on an optimal level.

You want to first remove the biggest offender of foods if you want to get healthy, and in my opinion, that’s to eliminate meat, dairy, eggs, and grains. If you can remove these foods then your on your way to getting healthy. Grains are full of phytic acids, enzyme inhibitors and anti-nutrients they don’t want to be eaten so don’t eat them. Animals are sentient beings, and also don’t want to be eaten so if you eat them, you’re not going to be healthy because your inflicting pain and suffering, and because of cause and effect when it comes to the laws of karma, you will suffer the consequences.

Animal foods are for one acidic and back up the lymphatic system and two they contribute to the number #1 greatest killer in the world today, and that’s heart disease. Saturated fat and dietary cholesterol damage the Endo cells, clog the arteries, leading to heart attacks and strokes.

Remove the offensive acid-binding foods, and then your body will have time to utilize the healthy food because it won’t be bombarded with trying to eliminate the unhealthy foods so it can heal the damages caused by them.

Just eat fruits and vegetables preferably in their living state, don’t eat processed carbohydrates, learn to be truly satisfied on healthy foods without salt, sugar, and oil, make fruit the base of your consumption at least 80% of your calories, remove dead animals from your diet, grains, and processed foods, fast more, and eat less, get your hydration from the live foods, and avoid acidic drinking water, and watch the body heal and regenerate, and you will experience the many benefits of true health!

It’s what you don’t eat that is the most important, and the more simple your diet is the healthy you will become. You don’t need to eat the rainbow, and track your nutrition daily, and take a supplement, and worry about protein. Look to all the animals, they eat simple, and when eating foods they are designed for in nature they don’t get sick.

Humans back in history once upon a time ate simple, and even today in some parts of the world humans still eat very simple and don’t focus on nutrition and calories, and they also are not getting sick like westerners, and other parts of the world that feast on animals and processed foods.

Humans that eat less and eat most simply live the longest on record, proving that it’s not what you add on, but what you don’t eat that matters. The cultures that eat fruits, vegetables and other plant food sources that don’t eat processed food, and dead animals live the longest and don’t run into the many health problems as we do in these pampered rich societies we live in.

If medications and supplements, “superfoods” minerals, and having your daily fresh juice or smoothie were really making you healthy, then why do you continue to suffer? I will tell you because you have not removed the food that’s causing your body to back up with metabolic waste, clogging up your kidney and not eliminating your cellular waste, which means acids are damaging your cells, organs, and glands, and they will continue to damage your tissues until you remove these foods that cause the issue and adding on healthy foods will not make up for the damages being created.

I understand the importance of transition especially if you want to be consistent long term on a 100% or high raw, Whole Foods plant-based diet. I believe though that you can still transition effectively and also not hurt yourself detoxing to aggressively to fast for your body to eliminate because your bowels, skin, and kidneys are clogged by removing animal foods (ALL OF THEM) processed foods and grains from your diet. That still leaves you with a lot of cooked food options, and if your cooked food percentage is above 20% you’re not going to detox much anyways, you will on a slow level, and will plateau very quickly.

Always have fruit for breakfast and whole plant foods, don’t eat grains because they are acid/ mucus-forming, and just lower your percentage of cooked overtime in 2 month periods. For example fruit for breakfast, salad with steamed veggies for lunch, a Whole Foods plant-based cooked meal for dinner without salt, sugar, and oil (grain-free) quinoa is not a grain it’s a seed, and then after 2 months have fruit for breakfast, lunch, and a Whole Foods plant-based meal for dinner, then after another 2 months to have fruit all day, and a salad a night if you desire to adopt a 100% raw food lifestyle built around fruit and salads.

Even though it’s not optimal to cook your food and 100% raw is best for regenerative healing and lifestyle, some people that can afford to have a little cooked food, and also need some balance, and don’t have access too much quality fruit and veg in their climate, I believe that 80-90% raw or even better 80-90% fruit-based can still heal, and filter through their kidneys eating some cooked food, I have many clients that do as long as the food is not acid forming such as sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, and quinoa in their diet.

If your lymphatic system is still very backed up, you’re in a lot of pain, you trying to heal cancer then I highly recommend you commit to the raw food lifestyle 100% and adopt a fruit-based diet with herbs, and also a daily intermittent fasting habit. At this point you need the energetics and electromagnetics of the living foods to pull out the acids that are damaging your cells, and you don’t have much time to waste eating cooked food, because cooked foods are not hydrating, low in energy, and do not promote regenerative detoxification on a level you need, so that you don’t get worse, and if your kidneys are not filtering on some cooked, and even raw vegetables then I highly recommend a 100% fruit along with herbs for your kidneys, bowels, glands and GI tract, and you can get these herbal formulas from the herbal health club called cellular botanicals (aka Gods herbs) for a season until you crack open your kidneys, achieve daily consistent filtration, and then decide if you want to balance with 10-20% cooked alkaline-forming whole plant foods on your raw food-based diet.

Eliminate the biggest offenders to the human body, and that’s going to be your meats, eggs, milk, dairy products, grains, and processed foods, and you will get long-lasting results, and will no longer have to waste your time yo-yo-ing with diets, and never getting healthy, and in fact only getting worse, because it’s what you don’t eat that creates health not what you add on! ?
