When the body gets clean it requires less food


If you have been cleaning out your digestive pipes and lymphatic system on a lifestyle of raw foods and fasting then over time you will enhance the body’s ability to absorb and utilize and eliminated digestive matter out of the body more effectively then the average person. This means over time you won’t have to eat like the average person. If you actually eliminate will through the bowels, skin, and colon, you will find out over time that you can eat half or less then half of what you used to eat and get the same energy and sustenance from the food.

The cleaner the body gets the less the need you will have for food. The body doesn’t need 2-3k calories a day and 3 heavy meals heavy on the digestive tract this is only for those that have a body full of mucus and terrain and don’t get proper absorption and can’t get carbon in the cells for fuel, and also under a constant hunger spell due to parasites, candida, yeast and worms that want to be feed from these foods that humans eat and call “foods”

When you get clean you will find out that food weighs you down and depletes the body of energy, especially if you try to eat a heavy meal your body doesn’t want.

If you have been fasting and on a fruit diet for a while and your trying to shovel in calories of fruit and ending up feeling like garbage it’s probably because your body is getting overworked on digestive distress and the body wants much less then your giving it. After a while, you will find yourself getting more energy from 2 mangoes vs 4-5 for a meal! Why is this? It’s because your body is becoming more sufficient and now it’s easily overburdened when you give it more food then it wants.

In all reality, the body is being robbed of energy when it comes to digestion not providing the body energy. A little fruit sugar will go along way to stimulate the brain and activate the autonomic nervous system. If you’re under the constant hunger spell, it’s only because your body is still full of waste causing malabsorption and also full of hungry microbes you need to work out of your body.

Don’t force feed yourself, just eat when your hungry and stop when satisfied and over time you will learn as you get clean that you won’t be as hungry as you once were. Brake the programming that food is the only energy source. The sun is energy, the trees are oxygen and a clean body doesn’t require all these nutrients to thrive from food sources because your body will make what it actually needs when it gets clean. The cleaner it gets the less food you will need to sustain yourself and many of you are learning that.

Don’t force yourself to eat less because it’s a transition. It’s best to focus on what not to eat first and eat as much fruit as you desire and overtime naturally you will need less if you’re pulling out the sewage and fixing digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminating your waste properly.

We live in an eating obsessed culture and this is why most people are confused to why they feel terrible. The food is being poisoned and the air and water, so you want to get your body clean and sufficient on less so you don’t end up overeating all this chemical manufacturing crap that is being engineered against us for obvious reasons. The less you eat the less neurotoxins and chemicals end up in your body. The goal is to live a less is more lifestyle and grow your own food that’s as natural as possible and get your fuel from nature and the light the sun produces.

If your eating too much, even raw foods like fruits and veg and feeling terrible, it’s most likely the food is sprayed with toxic chemicals, or you’re just eating too much and overworking your body on digestion. Your kidneys and adrenals when damaged don’t need to be stressed by large portions of food because you have been programmed that calories are essential.

It’s a program to think eating is vital! Eating is only vital because your body is dying on sewage waste matter! When the body gets clean you will feel more charged up energetically from fasting. If you don’t feel good fasting and eating less is because you’re not clean and you need to drain your pipes, and heal up your endocrine glands and when you do through opening up the channels of your skin, bowels, and kidneys and a lifetime of stored up acids come out, you will feel hydrated on a cellular level, and will not feel “dehydrated” even on a dry fast for many days. Don’t rush in when your backed up from head to toe and have years of addictive eating habits, work up to this naturally and just let your body tell you what it NEEDS not what societies programming has taught you.
