Who cares if you get skinny on a raw food detox


We need to get over this whole body image of looking a certain way based on society’s standards of how you should look! Most of you that start eating healthy should lose a lot of weight, and be on the thinner side if you want to experience optimal health. Most of you have never experienced your true natural weight because of all the excess fluid and fat and metabolic waste material, due to an acid forming diet that you have consumed your whole life.

Yes during detoxification when you limit yourself to an all-fruit diet, when the body has been used to eating lots of chemical-laden foods that are high in fat and complex carbohydrates, your going to lose a lot of weight, and the body is going to want to fix itself, and repair the damages caused by these acid and mucus forming diets. The body will strip away everything it can to get rid of all the excess toxins, but don’t worry about getting to skinny to where your damaging your health, getting malnourished because that’s impossible when you’re eating a superior living foods diet that is giving your body more nutrition than you could ever even imagine on your previous diet of denatured cooked nutrient depleted food sources.

The body will reach a saturation point, and you will stop losing weight, you just may not be happy and satisfied with your current weight during detoxification when your body is in the shop getting repaired, but don’t try to force yourself to gain weight during detoxification, because this is very counterproductive when it comes to truly regenerating your damage body, because you want to let it tear down as much as It can to get rid of the acids and metabolic waste that is causing dysfunction to your organs and glands, and impairing your body’s ability to absorb and utilize, which cannot be repaired any other way other then on a living foods diet that promotes regenerative detoxification.

It’s very unfortunate that people have these fears of losing too much weight during detox, when detoxification is the answer to your problems that you’re suffering with, there’s no point of bitching about symptoms and not doing anything to change them, because most of them are caused from your acid and mucus forming diet, and having a little bit of weight to fit society standards, or your own personal ego preference is not going to do you any good, because it’s not going to cure your problem but contribute to the problem.

I had to learn to accept my own chronic malabsorption that took place during detoxification, but one thing I know is that all my other health problems have been dealt with, and chronic pain has gone away. I am willing to deal with a skinny body, and being down 30 lbs, because I know that I’m getting to the root cause of the problem, and that’s a damaged small intestine that’s unable to absorb nutrition properly.

Adding on nutrition is not going to solve my problem until I actually fix the damage caused in the small intestine as well as fixing my adrenal glands which are responsible for mineral utilization as well as the parathyroid gland which is responsible for calcium utilization. I know that my body will rebuild on its own time, and I’m no longer going to force it to try and build, because it doesn’t matter what you add on when the body wants to break down, because you won’t be able to gain weight this way anyways not until you fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and eliminate your waste properly, and it’s going to take a diet that promotes detoxification to fix these issues along with fasting.

It’s not going to matter how many calories you increase or the little amount of food that you eat, your body will stay plateaued until it’s ready to build up. I’ve tried increasing calories, and I’ve tried just eating like I normally do which is when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m satisfied, and I don’t lose more weight when I do this I stay exactly the same. It may take several years to fix this problem, depending on how chronic your health conditions are and the damage that you’ve caused, but it’s worth fixing the problem and allowing the body to build in an alkaline medium, rather than trying to build an acidic proteins that again only contribute to more malabsorption problems down the road and other chronic degenerative conditions. Having severe malabsorption could lead to severe intestinal damage, and you want to keep your intestines in your body not lose them because they have been damaged and burnt up by acids. I’m sorry but I would rather be a stick figure, feel much better not deal with chronic pain, then to have my intestines removed because they’re so damaged and rotting in my body.

If you have people down your throat about your weight and their eating junk food diets, and stuffing their face with acidic proteins, then I highly recommend you get away from these people because they are only creating their own negative karma and their own health problems to face down the road, and it’s not worth having this knowledge and consciousness in your hands, and not doing something because your tied down like a ball and chain around somebody’s neck. I’ve heard it from time to time that it’s hard to change diets because of a spouse or a family member, and this is very unfortunate, because you are the master of your own body, and nobody can stop you from getting healthy.

This is why it’s best to get away, fix the problem, return to these people in a couple years when you fix your body, to prove to them that a raw food diet is superior, and sometimes when your dealing with chronic conditions, it will create a detoxification process so that it could fix any issue that it needs to fix, because when you remove the cooked dead denatured foods, you allow the body to heal itself, and believe me it wants to heal all the damages caused, so that It could get back to its biological diet and function, and return to a state of balance and homeostasis.

I’m still in the process and have not gained much weight back if any, but I know that I didn’t enter this process in vain because of all the other things about my health that I’ve improved, as well as my spiritual and emotional state and no longer dealing with chronic anxiety, anger and depression. If these extremely important things have been so greatly improved, I will trust nature when it comes to dealing with my body in it’s damaged state, and also rebuilding it when it’s time to rebuild. I have heard it before that on the same diet that promoted the detox, and took off the weight on the person, put the weight back on them with no significant changes to their diet, and this is how you know that you have reversed and fixed malabsorption.

In my experience, adding in avocados, the more dense fruits like bananas and dates, and even salads have not helped me to gain weight, because again if I’m not absorbing it doesn’t matter what I add in, and regenerative detoxification is not about what you add on, but what you eliminate, and just allowing the body to heal effectively. Just having an intuitive instinctual diet plan rather, than something that is written on paper to follow will only create more frustrations for you down the road, when it’s best to just wait for the body to build naturally, and it won’t do it on calories, and eating, but rather on its ability to absorb nutrition.

You don’t have to worry and try to force weight gain thinking that your causing health problems, because this is not the case, and trust in the pioneers that have dealt with malabsorption in the detoxification world, and reversed it, not on calories, but rather on just a living foods diet, and trusting the process of elimination. Nobody’s going to die on living foods, but people die every single day on cooked acid and mucus forming foods. If you go see a medical doctor they’re going to encourage you to eat acid and mucus forming foods high in proteins and these are the very foods that cause these issues and detoxification is just exposing them.

You may not have the patience or the faith, but I highly recommend you gained the faith, and your own personal journey that you have on this planet, because you come into this world alone and you leave this world alone, and don’t let other people dictate what you can accomplish for yourself, because regenerative detoxification is the answer, and these foods are not causing deficiencies, but exposing degenerative damages in the body, and the reason why you feel worse, is because the body is rejecting and eliminating acids that have been stored in interstitial spaces for decades in your lymphatic system causing these problems to occur.

Always remember why you even turned to detoxification and a living foods diet, because no other diet has helped, and at least you will feel better on the living foods regardless of your weight issue, proving to you that it’s the answer, you just have to be patient for the body to rebuild on its time, and that could be longer than you desire, but just understand that you created this Karma by being on the wrong side of chemistry for way too long, and now this is your time to fix it, so find a good positive attitude, trust the process, and receive the reward that’s coming to you from all your hard work, and have determination and faith to endure, so that you could love yourself, which is the most important thing you could do, if you want to enter into higher levels of consciousness.
