You don’t want to eat acidic proteins with a parathyroid weakness


You don’t want to make proteins a priority at all actually. But if you have a parathyroid weakness, this means you’re not utilizing calcium effectively, and if you’re already not producing parathormone to utilize calcium and time eating proteins, then your body will steal it from your bones and connective tissue to fight off acids that are coming in the body from the proteins.

It’s the phosphorus and calcium from the dairy that leaches calcium right out of the bones causing what they call osteoporosis. You also don’t want to make calcium your focus from supplements that are very high in calcium if you’re not utilizing calcium, but Instead to get it from an herb or leafy green in the holistic form, that bind to other nutrients in the natural ratio the way nature designed it. When you fix your parathyroid gland and remove the acidosis, your body will get what it wants anyways in the proper balance and ratio from the food your designed for anyways, which are fruits, berries and melons, and if your really low in calcium and need some buffering to help your body fight of excess acidosis in your body, then I would focus on the herbs high in calcium, and silica to help strengthen connective tissue while you fix the parathyroid gland through detoxification, such as alfalfa, nettle, and horsetail herb.

If you have degeneration in disk, arthritis, achy legs, and other signs of connective tissue loss like varicose veins, spider veins, herniation, depression, brittle fingernails, low calcium levels, fibroids, hemorrhoids, osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis, prolapsing of any organs, bone spurs, and the like and you start hydrating and alkalizing your body with fruit and tender leaves, you get your kidneys to filter, and you start pulling out the acids, and you start restoring the parathyroid gland so you can better utilize calcium. And you return to acid ash forming foods like beans, grains, nuts, seeds, and animal proteins, you may just experience these symptoms and reactions flair up again.

The body doesn’t want proteins, this obsessed protein driven culture does, but when you start to understand that most proteins apart from the ones in fruits and vegetables, are acidic, and when you remove the proteins from the diet, you will know first hand that they are not healthy, and they are also very dehydrating.

When your dehydrated from these foods understand that your loosing electrolytes, and also creating an Anionic environment. Acids dehydrate the body!

If you have a genetic weakness in your parathyroid gland, and your dealing with arthritis, you want to avoid proteins. You want to hydrate and alkalize the body and remove the acids, because if you have arthritis and connective tissue weakness, you most likely are dealing with some form of sub/acute or chronic lymphatic congestion and stagnation in your body.

As an iridologist not only can I detect this weakness in the eyes, and also ask a series of questions to help people understand if they have this issue, I have been able to detect this weakness in my iris, my family lineage, and also my history growing up dealing with a lot of these symptoms and bodily reactions that point to calcium utilization problems.

I have also experimented with various plant based diets as a raw vegan living foodist, and have done some deep work on my body to get rid of systemic acidosis to know first hand what proteins can do, and yes even plant based proteins while dealing with this genetic weakness can cause flair ups in the body, telling you first hand that proteins are acidic, whether that’s from a plant, or from an animal product. Animal proteins are far more acidic, but don’t get it twisted humans are not designed for protein reach complex chemistry-rich foods. Humans are designed for fruits which are naturally low in proteins, and more high in amino acids.

While doing my experimentation with proteins from plants, I started getting arthritic flare-ups in my knees and achy thighs and calves, as well as lower back pain in my l4 disk where I have regeneration in the disk there from years of proteins and bodybuilding in my past on them. I also experienced dehydration and less kidney filtration that I’m used to getting when I stick to hydrating alkaline rich foods, like fruits and low protein raw plant foods.

The thing is I’m a real practitioner, and I have done my own experiments first hand to know that what I teach, and what I learned from Robert Morse ND is true! So I’m not just parroting information I have learned, but rather from real life experience to validate them, and also from clients, I work with that have experienced the same reactions from their own experiments or cheat day hang-ups with foods outside of fruit and vegetables.

You don’t want to overwork your body with proteins, yes they can help you build muscle, and they can increase your sex drive ? but the blowback to your body is not worth indulging on them, when you have this weakness, because you don’t want to lose calcium from bones and connective tissue, and if your body is clean, and is being flooded with acids, your body will want to get rid of them fast, and will steal from bones and connective tissue to fight off and buffer acids, because calcium is the body’s preferred antacid to get rid of the acids that damage cells and tissue in the body.

When the body becomes clean, you won’t need to worry about nutrition. You have been taught that you need all this protein and nutrition from all these food sources not designed for your species, and this is why humans are running into trouble. Humans are going to foods that are very acidic, because they are trying to get nutrition from them! This is a waste of time and should not be a priority.

When you fix digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminate your waste, by cleaning your pipes (lymphatic system) with the fruit, herbs and fasting, you will get all the nutrition you need and are designed for. It’s not about nutrition, it’s about energy and hydration! Remember mothers milk is not super high in nutrition regarding the theory’s if what nutrition you need to avoid “deficiency” lol, and also mothers milk also only contains 1% protein, but yet humans, after they are winged, are sucking down other animals milks that are high in protein for the protein and so-called “nutrition” and look around suffering and pain is the results because of it!

Stick to hydration and energy for your focus to get healthy, and you will experience the results, and don’t waste your time with the AMA recommendations regarding nutrition, and also these so called naturopathic docs that are brain washed just like the medical doctors, and this may come off cocky to you, but the truth is there is only a small number of people that actually know the facts, and they are the dedicated practitioners trained by Robert Morse Nd in my personal opinion!

Also even though it’s not the nutrition that heals in my opinion, it’s cleaning your pipes with the astringent fruits, herbs, and fasting, and the energy and hydration that comes from them that heals, fruits and herbs and low protein raw plant foods happen to be very nutrient dense, and the source of bioavailable nutrition for the majority of species on this earth plane anyways.
