You must get rid of all cooked foods to experience regeneration through detoxification


The body will not detox and drain the lymphatic system to bring you the results your looking for if you are “high fruit” but not 100% raw low fat, and low protein and if you don’t open up the channels such as the bowels, skin, and kidneys to drain the excess waste then you will have to go 100% fruit focusing your diet on sub/acid fruits and acid fruits to evoke a detox at a high enough level to drain the swamp so the body can regenerate the damaged caused from systemic acidosis.

When your adrenal glands go down and your kidneys stop filtering you will not be able to fix your body on a vegan diet! You will need to go after your lymphatic system! Cooked Foods will not get you where you want to be at this level of lymphatic stagnation in the body.

You must put in the work before you get frustrated and if you haven’t transitioned to an all-fruit diet along with intermittent dry fasting you can’t say you have detoxed so it makes no sense to complain. Do the detox first and get rid of all cooked foods then you can make the judgment to what works and what doesn’t.

This is the hard truth and most people don’t want to digest that fact that you have to stop the cooked foods for a season and even the raw foods outside the fruit kingdom in order to heal effectively and you may need to adopt an all-fruit diet for at least 6 months to 2 years to clean the lymphatic system enough to pull you out of hellville and this time frame will not regenerate your whole body from decades of abuse but it will pull you out of pain, fatigue and help you overcome the major issues you are dealing with regarding your major symptoms.

I get it not many people will become total fruitarians and even maintain a 100% raw vegan diet for the rest of their life and can be challenging just to maintain a “healthy organic diet” in today’s world let alone for most of you to get affordable good tasting fruit all year round. Regardless of the situation at hand, you can heal yourself whether you’re in a northern climate or a tropical climate on a fruit diet along with the assistance of intermittent dry fasting and herbal botanical supplementation if you can afford them. But if you are already so involved lymphatically and your glands are down and you’re not sweating, moving your bowels well and getting proper kidney filtration you need to muscle up and go to work and put your car in the shop and detox on a fruit diet meaning no vegetables or cooked foods in the diet and also make sure you give yourself some time to transition but make it happen and maintain consistency as long as you need to until your gland turns on and your pain and symptoms go away.

If you don’t want to be a fully raw vegan or fruitarian I get it and you do not have to forever but you certainly need to for a season to heal yourself and also your relationships and environment play a huge part in your healing and getting yourself to a tropical place on the earth to get quality fruit and the tropical sun is only going to help the healing process as well and not only physically but mentally and spiritually.

You also must understand the reality that if you maintain a fruitarian diet long enough and abstain from cooked foods and veggies even you will not experience the digestion you are used to just eating fruit because when the body gets used to eating fruit the pancreas and gallbladder are not going to be happy with veggies and cooked foods. It could take a while to get the body adjusted to cooked foods and you will never do ok with processed foods full of chemicals, oils, additives and the like.

In my experience maintaining a 90% fruit diet, some salads in the mix and a meal or 2 a week of eating cooked plant foods is that I do pretty good on mono cooked plant meals or properly combined foods not too complicated and I do fairly ok with salads and terrible with gourmet raw foods. My body does best with fruit and that’s why I usually maintain an all-fruit diet 5-6 days a week.

The body doesn’t want to go back to cooked after years on raw but you can do it if you know what you are doing and are in tune with your body. You don’t want to focus on cooked foods at all until you heal yourself and even when you do your better off with 100% raw but if you can’t maintain for your own personal reasons the seconded best diet apart from raw would be a diet of fruit in the day and low fat, low protein Whole Foods plant-based cooked meal in the evening. Processed foods and animal foods will not do you good and even none processed meats will only damage your organs and glands down the road after the steroid meat high wears off and your reproductive glands get worn out and you lose your testosterone and adrenal function. You’re high on your carnivore meat-based diet will soon run out with time!

Put in the work long enough on a fruit diet 100% raw get your kidneys filtering, skin sweating, bowels cleaned out and get rid of the pain and fix your endocrine glands and organs and then add in other foods and your body will quickly tell you what’s what when it comes to what’s healthy and you can find your balance down the road but for now I would be consistent detox correctly before you give up and throw in the towel because true detox is an all-fruit diet level and fasting not cooked foods and “high fruit” get rid of the roadblocks and start cleaning effectively!
